This area definitely great spot to take pictures of the amazing city view. You can also see the Statue of Liberty and Governors Island which is so beautiful to see. The water is very therapeutic take a seat and watch the boats go by. They have tables and chairs as well as grass seating.
Truly awesome place to experience Manhattan from Brooklyn side specially during sunset.. Nearest Subway is - York station’ which is just 15 mins walk from here.. You can have an awesome view of Brooklyn bridge from here..

Perfect spot - just sitting near the water and enjoying the view of the skyline, Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan Bridge.
Tip: stay there at sunset, when all the lights of the city light up- one of the incredible foto spots around.

Wish I could give this place 10 stars, breathtaking views of the manhattan skyline & definitely worth taking a stroll around sunset. May be a little cold in the winter time but definitely worth it & would highly recommend visiting. I’ll be going back!
Breathtaking view of the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan Skyline. There are “Agali Awamu” sculptures on the both corners of the terrace.
