Living at Aris for the past two years has truly been an exceptional experience. From the warm welcome of champagne in the lobby to the thoughtful gesture of breakfast before starting the day, the attention to detail here is unparalleled. I am consistently impressed by the swift and efficient handling of deliveries and everyday needs, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by our dedicated concierge team, Rotlhe and Richard. Additionally, Marlene made the move-in process an absolute breeze, adding to the seamless experience of settling into this wonderful community.

The convenience of living at Aris extends beyond the walls of our apartments. With an array of restaurants within close proximity and breathtaking views from my own apartment, every aspect of daily life here feels like a dream. What truly sets Aris apart and keeps me eagerly renewing my lease year after year are the engaging resident events and the genuine friendliness of the staff. It's not just a place to live; it's a true community where residents are valued and cared for. I couldn't imagine calling anywhere else home. Simply put, I love it here!

We moved in about 3 weeks ago and over all the experience has been great! From the touring and application process to actually being/living here, everyone has been so kind and patient with us. Love the area and being so close to the park!

I am very happy living at the Aris. Great restaurants near by and love the spectacular view down town. I had the pleasure of meeting Mahi Melese at the Aris. She was the one who showed me my unit and has continued to help me out throughout the leasing process. In addition to Mahi the entire staff is great.

I love this place. I have lived in luxury apartments in other states, but Aris is so much better. The key differentiator is service. The staff here are top caliber. Every day when you walk in you are warmly greeted by the concierge or valet. The maintenance staff are also a delight to talk to and are very quick on maintenance tickets. Yes, its downtown so you might here a very small amount of sound from outside the building on a Friday evening, but that beckons me out to enjoy the city. The amenities are truly amazing. My friends from the east coast are always blown away by the entire floor dedicated to social amenities, a gym and a pool. I love this place. Aris, keep doing what you do 🙌

The Aris Market Square and their team have been exceptional over the past year. The property has undergone numerous improvements, making it one of the most luxurious high-rises in town. Shelley, Marlayne, and the entire team have been welcoming and professional, ensuring each resident receives their money’s worth and a true luxury high-rise living experience. However, some amenities, such as the grills and pool area decoration, need to be upgraded. Nevertheless, overall, I am extremely thankful for the entire Aris team and their accomplishments thus far. Keep up the great work Guys! :)

Her unwavering attentiveness, patience, and exceptional helpfulness have made my experience here truly remarkable. Marlene's understanding and cordial nature have been invaluable, and she consistently goes the extra mile to ensure residents like me have an amazing stay. The Aris team is so warm! Property is stunning! Love how close Aris is to Houston’s best bars! Including their very own: Soho Garden… So many events going on there on the weekends! The views from their amenity level are just spectacular, it’s every city girl’s dream
