Miniso Store Anna Nagar

It was a very small store, there was very little variety available as compared to other miniso stores
So not get any items

they forgot to remove some tags in items purchased and treated me like a thief for the same. They made me wait for an hour , while rest of the customers were giving us demeaning looks. Will never return to minso again.

The staff is generally not very friendly or forthcoming and found the person in billing counter rude.. The store is also very cramped, hardly any space to walk around without bumping into one another and as usual find that people don't move or give way for another person to pass through 😒.. Bad shopping experience.

Store not open still now time is 10.31am but in Google it's open.... but staff not allow us inside the shop they tell us it's open by 11am nly then y the he'll u keeping in Google like this

Very bad experience. Went to buy an umbrella but it was out of stock. I asked the manager if he can arrange from the other branches and I can come back in 2-3 days. The manager said he can get it to me in 1 HR from T Nagar and asked to pay for Dunzo charges. This is unfair. Infact it is just a stock transfer from their own branch which is also of the same franchise. As a customer I am giving them a sale and for sorting out their stock transfer issues they are asking me to pay for it. Good bye Miniso. You have permanently lost a customer and will continue loosing more if you follow this kind of behaviour.

They won't accept return for defective or exchange products. After they got a cash, I noticed one of the item, pouch is not good. I want to return they won't accept. The lady look like Korean, not even listening.

Also many products, they scratched the original price.

Better avoid this store...

Very small outlet.Have cute things.Only valuable items you can get here are Footwear and purse. That too is a little costly otherwise nothing useful is here.

Perfume are fine but not long lasting.

This is also located just opposite Kora food Street. There are so many shops available on the same road so it is amazing if you go here. you will have a lot of options to shop from.
