Springhill Physician Practices

My doctor here is spring Hill physicians is awesome it's gotten hard to find a really good doctor and I have I almost didn't go here after reading the reviews I'm so happy I did reception to the doctor is awesome

I hope the reviews are not as bad as I am seeing but had to find another doctor USA has gone down hill bad messed up a biopsy 3 different times I don't trust USA

This office and its entities need to inform their office when being professional versus unprofessional. Reaching private data is not a good thing when dealing with patients and the law known as HIPPA. I do not know who does the hiring process but learned that privacy was breached by a third party. Take heed and be mindful of people’s privacy. Professionalism is very important also. Thanks!

Always a wonderful experience at Springhill. Wonderful staff at Dr Beckers office. I don't know why anyone would go to any other hospital in Mobile?

Recently I visited the office to have a medical clearance performed my primary Doctor Blessey was booked out which he is an awesome doctor! So I was referred to a NP, Ms. Racheal Bridges Rostas, told her what procedure was being done and this is where it got weird, after results from an EKG she explained whats next which meant I needed to wear a heart monitor for 24 hours, never called after sending her emails and messages took days and she had another nurse to call after an inaccurate reading, never followed up,all the medical clearance that was performed magically it was something wrong with them all which I know she did personally, She made my visit personal so I will make my complaint with the Nursing Board personal, it’s a shame that you are getting billed for poor medical service please stick to your primary physician, this was clearly a way to run up a insurance bill instead of providing personal healthcare, From this point I will be sticking to my Primary Doctor I will not see another NP horrible experience with this one.

Worst place to deal with, I apparently had a bill for a small amount of $40 I did not know about and they sent it to collections after 60 days and ruined my perfect credit and now I do not know who to pay and they are zero help. They never called to collect payment or see why I was it was not paid yet, they have no problem destroying peoples lives and you think they would try to extend a pay period or at least reach out with it being a pandemic.

I see Dr. McKelvey who's been my provider for 20 years. We have a great patient/physician relationship. He's very thorough, but allows me to advocate for myself as well!
I like this office setting for him better than the former place. Never had a problem with the front desk, lab techs, or anyone there. Sometimes takes bit past the appt time to meet, but think that's many practices.
I do appreciate they've adjusted to accepting web call appts in the midst of this time of COVID-19. 👏🏽👍🏽
