My visit and I was in and out. The staff was very nice.
I only called for information , I was not greeted with a name of who I was speaking to and wasn't even able to get a full question asked before being interrupted with a response. The person answering the phones is likely stressed and office understaffed in a scenario like this. Get that woman some help.
This is the 2nd time we’ve had to wait an hour and a half in the lobby before we’ve even been called back. It’s inconsiderate and rude. Especially when the receptionist can’t say exactly when we will called back.
The wait time at this facility is 2 hrs. Unacceptable
The staff is awesome! I get treated like family, every time I need an appointment.
