It took me more time looking for this place than them unloading me that was a great.but the guy was rude they had me waiting inside to get unloaded he didnt say a single word to me he just took my paper and gave it back after he was done without saying anything
Make sure you have delivery order printed before you get to this place. they dont print it out. And yes they have printers🤨 but still don’t print…👎
Very slow to get unloaded. 1st in line when they opened and it took 1.5 hrs to get 4 pcs of freight off. Check in people late arrival by 20 min.to open, and dock rules , and workers are slow to get freight off. This location has LONG lines to pick and drop off freight.😤
Worst run business ever. Never use them and definitely never try to pick up cargo in Chicago from them.
No one working here waiting for hours
Just don't take loads from and to here, trust me you'll not miss anything except that you'll have your time to drive and actually make money instead of sitting in a lobby for 6 hours.
Office was quick, dock took 2 hours for a pallet
