Pricey but the amenities, location, and most of the staff are great. Quiet and perfect to WFH. While other buildings in the city and in the area have removed restrictions in common areas, the Chelsea Landmark has not so can’t fully enjoy the rooftop, patio/grills, etc. which is why you’re paying the premium. That being said, happy so far with the experience.
I fell in love with their amenities. The 3rd floor outdoor space did it for me! Staff is wonderful.
Great building, and very conveniently located. The facilities have recently been renovated to include a shared working floor, and an outdoor bbq. The roofdeck offers the best view in the city, in all my NYC renting experience. The staff and manager are very responsive and professional. Only downside is i wish the management was more flexible with leases.
