I love the park. It’s very huge. It’s perfect for photographers to take beautiful and aesthetic photos of flowers and trees. This park offer kayaking. I know how to swim but scared of fishes 🤣but everything was great. It’s in NYC so worth it
You hear many bad things about Central Park, but it's a really beautiful park. There's so much to see. There's people relaxing on the lawn and different vendors along the path. I recommend this park because it's full of adventures.
One could not imagine NYC without Central Park and that’s completely right. Even though you are still surrounded with skyscrapers you will feel differently than in other parts of the city. The park is always relatively clean, meadows are great, grass is green… You will always find a spot to relax or do some sport.
Such an interesting place and includes the diverse people. Spend all day or multiple days there. Sit on a bench and just watch the people, or performances or just breathe in the atmosphere around you. The kids liked it as well as the adults. I expected more food carts and bathroom locations.
A great and iconic big city park! Welcome respite from the relentless towering concrete jungle of Manhattan. Plenty to see and do whether walking, riding or in horse drawn carriage. It's the second best big city park I've visited (behind Hyde Park in London) with its only detriment being some dingy gross corners across the north and eastern sides.
The only man made park that’s so beautiful and clean, we visit every year and spend at least 3-4 hours in the park. Visiting the lake and the Strawberry Fields is one of the few things that is worth, the battery powered rickshaws are not cheap but you can negotiate with them. Best time is around evenings as in summertime its nice cool area. Parking is only on Sunday free and if you find one.
Now this is what all parks around the world aspire to be like. To have such a lush extensive area within NYC is already amazing. Add on the different activity areas, dedicated walking and biking routes and you could very well spend an entire day here. The grounds were clean and well manicured and it was very easy to arrive via the subway.
