very bad deal I went to shoemart the Dubai Mall there is a Filipino in sales He did not help me with what I wanted also a supervisor at a centrepoint dubai mall whose name is Janie is a filipino She works with his client Very bad I don’t know why they employ such people
I went to the shop of Dubai Mall for urgent purchase of shoes. I directly asked the personnel for the style that I was looking for. It happened that that it wasnt on the display. Ranjith was so quick to assist me and identified what I need.
He took my size and came back for the items.
As it was on weekend sale, he also introduced me to other beautiful ones and upsell it :) then he convinced me to leave the store with 2 pairs of shoes in my bag.
The cashier Eunice is also friendly and professional. Her quick cashiering skills helped to save my time.
I went their around 11am, so the mall and the shop was not busy, and very relaxing. The same a lot of free space in parking area. So I recommend the time before noon, if you are on pick and go mood.
