Extremely upset. I went to W show room in M Block market today 17th Nov 2023. I bought lipstick which was on offer (they said vegan product on offer). When I reached home, I opened and saw that one lipstick was new and the other one was used old lipstick. I mean how could they pack such a used lipstick and think they would get away with such action. . I will file a consumer grievance report.
Bad attitude. Alteration charge not included. Additional alteration charge of Rs.1500/- which is too much

I felt extremely bad for a dress that was bought on 10th Nov 2021 .This was gifted by my friend on my bday .It is slightly ill fitted and I requested multiple times to the girls Mona and Sonia to help .They refused outrightly saying that their owner has refused .I just wanted some help and very disappointed with my 1st purchase and that too on my bday.Would be happy if they take note and help me with this expensive dress.Bill no.2428 bought at 3.55pm on 10th Nov @rs.5999 .Pls see if u can help .The owners should be customer centric.

Overall, good experience. COVID protocols were duly followed and the best part was courteous all female staff. The store has great collection and thankfully, it was able to help us with a stole that we had been looking for across the GK-1 market. Thank you Global Desi

Good quality items at reasonable rate. All western styles and very unique. Owner and salesgirl was very helpful. I bought one Gown and one jumpsuit from here.
Terrible, Fradulent Store. Dont buy anything from here. Cheap quality clothes, stictched poorly and owners are complete fraud. They sweet talk you, take your money, post stictching/alteration deliver poor quality product and then try to put the blame on the customer.

One of the best and classiest collection for women in GK-1. Their designs beat any top designer in the country. Not to mention the courteous staff which will make your experience of shopping there delightful.

Amit was Very rude. We asked for the arrangement of a particular piece and they told us that they will not allow the trial of the piece until we don't pay for the product before. He was so rude that he cut the phone on our face.

I had a quite interesting experience today as I saw our old CM Sheila Dixit along with some ladies, at Khan Market Atelier Stores, they purchased some excellent outfits. After that I also purchased clothes for my sister and wife from their Khan Market Atelier Stores and they really liked the clothes. Really nice quality, I recommend you to visit them once.
I visiting Atelier stores with my kitty party friends, we really like the place because every friend got something nice in their women fashion store, I got rending fashion jewel jewelry, one my friend got a celebrity matching gown, some got nice looking outfits. The price, quality and staff all were every good, now it’s our favorite shopping destination.
