This is to complain your staff or somewhat a Supervisor, an old man named Amir, the one who used to assist for NOON Pickup. I went to pickup my parcel unfortunately the data for my mobile is very poor that it cannot upload the QR Code, I asked him for help. Well, he just ignored me like am not existing there at the front, he’s writing orders. I told him if you just didn’t help even a bit, you just have informed me instead to ignored my presence! He’s so rude telling me if really I did to talk to him. Hope this kind of attitude will be addressed accordingly. Thank you!

The staff here are really untrained. They will take order and will send only the stuff left which doesn't make sense.there is no use of taking spices with out the main dish to cook and they will deliver after 1 hours or more. You will get advise from delivery guy to get rest of the items from other store after waiting one hour.order taker should be professional one who should read all the communication with the customer and communicate to the delivery person. They don't even bother about the sale ,about customer care its very far off the ocean. Management should look into it.
The most pathetic and rude staff I have been buying for them for last three years, there staff are irresponsible they put some thing extra in my bag without my knowledge and those bag is for some one else and I hand over the product to them, now out of no where they keep screaming that it's me who make mistake by ñot returning the product instead. They ask there staff to be more vigilant they keep shouting on customers I. Front of kids pathetic service and pathetic staff

Once we ordered fresh chicken they gave us almost rotten and today ordered big onion 1kg instead of 1kg they gave us 1.3kg all rotten

Whenever we order fish, it's not fresh and we have noticed several times only for the repeated customers , they give fresh fish and someone who is ordering through WhatsApp they don't get fresh fish.
People who work in this store is friendly. There store is environment friendly. I love how they serve and help people.

I already live in shara towers so L know this super market I always come to it they are my friends the super market is amazing and it’s not dirty and There is everything in it
A well-maintained and great supermarket of my neighborhood in Al Nahda. Organized products and adequate variety of brands. Not too costly. Even with that still satisfied as it encompasses much of needs we buy. Best to go for quick shopping around Al Nahda, and if you're living near it, you can quickly buy what u need if you don't have much time to go to a much larger supermarket. Variety of foods like fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, meat, fish, etc. are here. There's also home products, pet food, stationery, phone-related products, and many more. You can always find what you need from this supermarket. However note that only phone-related products from a separate section near checkout can be bought only with cash. That section is managed by a separate man that is present from 6 PM until closing time. Other products can be bought both with credit card and cash.
Every week I usually ordered to your store, my experienced is that either very late coming or sending wrong items. I kept slient did not complain.
But recently, I have experienced very bad service from your company which I think I need to raise thia issue. I have placed my order at 8:20 pm via whatsapp business account on 25/1/23.
My orders are the ff:
1-5kg jasmine rice (I have inquired the price first- he said 15dhs), 1 small apple juice and 2 strawberry youghurt.
Then I have additional order by 9pm - 1 small cooking oil.
9:30 pm my order did not come despite of several follow ups via whats app. To my surprise the item that was delivered is 1 cooking oil which is my additional order. When I asked your staff why like this? where is my first order? He answered me I dont know it depends on the person who is delivering. So I told him pls call its late at night we need to sleep as I have kids.
Finally at 10:30 pm my 1st order came but only the apple juice and youghurt but without rice, which is I needed most. I did not accept the items. Imagine it came very late and incomplete!!
Again I called and message your staff to ask where is the rice? I did not receive any message that it is not available. It seems it was forgotten that they told me to wait again and the rice will come...

Service is good but still some right people need to be kept for answering the phone.need to check on certain availability of the goods.overall even with these experience i find satisfying shopping from this branch as there are few people are very friendly and take their jobs seriously.
Everything is available. A to z.. even the Indian stuff and also the stuff which is needed during occasions.. a life saver store.. keep up the great work.. only drawback is their delivery is very late.. and the persons who take the order over phone always messes the order…
Not big supermarket at my neighborhood, but I satisfied with the service for many years. They even manage to have fresh meat and chicken, and Russian food.. free and fast delivery, friendly stuff..

QUICK Supermarket Branch 3 has poor service. Just like the other complaint here, your order will come after 2 hours and then the order is not complete and worst sometimes the order is wrong. The staff will tell you that they have too many deliveries or they did not write down the order and the worst you will hear from them is they're not the ones who took the order. It's the worst branch and has very poor customer service. Instead of being apologetic, they will answer you back with pathetic reasons and excuses.
Their delivery service is horrible. They almost never deliver what I want. I've ordered so many times from them by phone and they've only delivered once. Worst customer service ever

Honestly, this supermarket was the best in Sahara towers but since last year when the owner changed becomes so dirty all the time and all around the supermarket especially in the fruits and vegetables area.

And lots of products to choose from.And the delivery is super fast i mean its like a bullet train no delays at all unlike other nearby stores they are very lousy. A very non customer centric shopping. The staff must all be related to the owner as they are so casual they don't respond if you don't speak Arabic or don't kick a fuss. Butchery section, they are clean and wear uniforms however they cater at their own leisure if they aren't busy in conversation with each other orbusy on their phones. Can't tell who works there as nobody wears uniforms. Fresh food is good and that's it. Unless I'm desperate I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

Well sorted products at a very cheap prices (obviously because majority of products display here is near expiry of 1 weeks - 6 months). Too crowded at evening time. All food grocery items available of daily need. Need to be careful when purchasing by checking expiry dates as sometines some products are expirying in 1-2 days. But a good shopping experience as i had saved good sum of dirham to watch a movie with snack..

Quick supermarket is a mid range supermarket. Most of the items are related to Indian and Filipino. The quality of the items are good and reliable. The service.of the staff is good. They have a decent butchery and fish area. They have a small area for bakery and electronics area.
One of the best supermarket in the locality. Stocks are well maintained. Vegetables, Fruits, Meat, etc are fresh. It has almost all the commonly needed items. The prices and offers are well placed. Staffs are friendly and supportive. Family friendly place. Adequate parking space is available. They also cater home delivery. A recommended place for shopping.
