Staff very bad , service very bad i know before booking its open buffet now they said no it’s set menu and if you want set buffet should be extra money

I came today to spend a good national day holiday for 1 and 2 December 2024 but i have the worst experience for ever
they pushed me to put insurance 600 AED per room i don’t know why first time i saw this even i paid my booking full
I wish i can refund and leave this worst hotel now

I don't want to give even 1 star 😡 it's always late like 13minutes every day late!!! 😡😡😡 Then when u ask the driver why late they don't want to answer!! But if they come on time they want to go fast they don't want to stay like 2mins 😡😡😡 too baaaad!!!!

Pls don't post the timing on the screen if you are not planning for a ride on the same time. We, the passengers are basing on the time showing on the screen and getting late for our office because you are not on time..

A small bus station near the market. Has only 2 routes for now which are C03(abu hail)and X25 (silicon oasis) there was a sharjah bus but still out of service. Has a waiting area customer service desk and public restrooms.
Clean and well maintained place. Using a taxi 🚖 is just a few minutes from Adcb Metro Station. It is opposite Dubai frame

It's a very beautiful place with all facilities in one place, swimming pool, supermarket, a revolving restaurant. The people are also friendly, the environment is clean and the food is amazing.
Most convenient Bus Terminal as it provides easy transport from my residence itself. Convenient timings too. On time as well..

The highest building in this area, and a landmark too. Most famous hotel group in the world. This branch they have galleria supermarket, Novo Cinemas, Baskin Robbins, Emirates NBD bank with ATM. And many offices are there in the same building. Big parking space and water front location is an advantage and attraction of this location. They having a dance bar on the rooftop.

Only defect is they don't accept credit or debit card for recharging NOL card... Only cash they accept
A biggggg hotel but very poor checkin operation, staff is bit confused, as other hotel they will keep 500 EDHR as security deposit despite you give them your credit card information. Rooms are clean and well maintained with best amenities. Foodies may enjoy continental spices and dishes here, just a 5 min walk away from metro station
It’s a big hotel. Old but every well maintained and clean. I like the restaurant in the lobby. Great food and great staff. Prices are great too. I always stay there during my visit to Dubai. The feeling is different in that hotel
Buses available to all the parts of the city. C10 towards ADCB metro and X28 towards Al jafiliya Metro . Travel time to metro 20 mins.
