Do not use Parkwhiz to park here. I reserved the spot and the valet man will come to tell you to pay extra apart from the one you already paid on app. Eventually, you wont be able to park here

I have to echo the sentiments of others here. This is a parking scam location.
As soon as you arrive, a man will rush to block your car in with a truck and charge you a flat fee of $30 in order to get out. This is regardless of whether you've parked for simply 5 minutes.
The erratic movement of the attendant suddenly rushing at us, and then taking off to block our car in felt like we were about to be robbed.
The entire experience is scary, threatening, and completely unpleasant at best. Do not come here if at all possible.

No one was there. And after I followed the instructions the gate never opened. I called the manager and he told me they were closed! Like what?! And there was no sign saying that. I had to call another number to get my money back. DO NOT PARK HERE.
Even if you miss the closing time there is a phone number and at no charge they will come and help you get your car. Great customer service.
Wanted to park in here on Saturday- I already pre paid via app but I couldn't get in. Called valet twice, got disconnected both times. Called LAZ parking, they didn't pick up. A really nice guy exiting the garage let us in. But then, when we tried to leave, the garage wouldn't open. We called the valet and LAZ parking again, no answer. We finally found a manual button to open the gate and I'm not even sure we were allowed to do that but it was the only way to get out. It was a nightmare. Would not recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE. It is a complete scam and
cash grab. The sign indicates that the hours are until
7pm, which a person would reasonably assume is when
the attendant leaves, like every garage in the District of
Columbia. Instead, they close a gate over the entire
garage, lock of all the doors, and essentially steal your
car to keep it overnight to make money so you can't
access it. They also charge a $50 fee to have someone
open it for you "after hours" because they're broke,
desperate, and unethical. If someone was in the car
waiting for you at an appointment they'd have
essentially kidnapped them, as there is no way in or out.
Do not under any circumstances use this garage.
Additionally, the attendant here needs to take a class in
customer service or try meditation because he's
extremely miserable.

Attendant told me to park in spot #10, took $17 from me. Went back to my car, found a note from the actual owner of spot #10, threatening to tow my car.
This place is a scam. No signs, but they will block your car in with other cars until you pay them.
I parked here on my way to the rally to support Ukraine yesterday. I had yellow and blue face paint on my face and the valet attendant asked me if I was going to the demonstration and which side I was on. Obviously I was on the side of the flag that was drawn across my face. I told him I’m against the side that’s bombing my family and he proceeded to tell me that it’s all America’s fault and that Russia is innocent. I was hysterical, in tears. and started yelling “Russia is bombing my family” and he was still arguing with me. He started this conversation to get a rise out of me on purpose, on a day when my family and friends are hiding in bomb shelters to escape Russian bombs. What a horrible thing to do to someone. I hope no one supports this business.
Parking looks recently renovated. Staffs are very friendly. Garage is secured close to area attractions. Elevator will take you to the front of the building. Rate is cheaper than the other garages. I strongly recommend.
Don’t park here on Friday after 6pm! They close at 7 and keep your car in until Monday. Other places warn you an hour ahead that they’ll be closing but this place just wants to get you to pay extra to retrieve your car.
Said 24/7 but garage was locked and no one was staffing it.
They have a sign that says Saturday parking will be a flat fee and the attendant even notified me that i would be able to get my car after operation hours. However, when I parked there on Friday I was not able to get my car until the next day in WHICH they charged $50.
Say they have Saturday parking but are actually closed and make you pay a $50 fee to get your car. Basically a scam
I always get good park at a reasonable rate. The grounds stay clean and has good lighting. The attendants are always nice and respectful especially Abute. He goes above and beyond with his customer service. He told me about the monthly parking so I could save money since I park here everyday. I have been to many parking garages in the city but this is by far the best. Thanks Abute for the suggestion!!!

The parking attendant screamed at me while not wearing a mask because I ... didn't see her when she was sitting INSIDE HER CAR and then was livid I went in, thinking there were automated gates at the bottom. Rude, avoid at all costs. Also overpriced.

Rude valets, second set of car keys missing out of the cup holder when I picked up my car . No help from the manager, had to file a police report . I do not recommend using this parking garage, if you do end up having to use them DO Not leave ANYTHING in you car
Don't forget to get your car out of the parking garage on Friday night-the carpark is closed on weekends and we were locked in with no car key-the valet had our key. The LAZ didn't return our calls....it really ruined our triP to DC. We lost a whole day waiting in our hotel lobby.....
Never let the valet park your car there! They damage my bumper with two large scratches and the paint chipped off. When I asked for the claim, they asked me to fill out a form for the claim. After more than a week, I still didn't hear from their claimed office. The claim office never pick up the phone, but only respond to email. Their Claims Director emailed me with a fake vehicle survey. On the survey, it marked as pre-existing damage. They are very dishonest.
