Very nice park and local trail to walk on any time. It is not maintained in the winter , but as long as you've got good weather, it is a great spot to go for a walk.
Yet again a calm, serene, safe trail! With lots of greenery around, you'll never find yourself alone here - either in the company of cyclists, walkers, joggers, birds, swans & ducks in the river and the occasional deer too

Cool place to go to
It's a great park.. small but nice.. there is a tennis court as well.
People drive by on the DVP but rarely take the time to enjoy these green spaces. 🚶🏾 🚲. Toronto is more then just a concrete jungle 🚧🏗️🌲🐦
Don’t come here for tennis, it’s always busy and the court is uneven and full of cracks.

I come here in the summer for tennis! The nets are maintained once a year. The courts just got re painted. Occasionally one of the light stands don’t work

Dude it's a fun park for older kids like 4+ but my daughter who is two has fun with most of it.
Near a pool, and tall trees for shade. Benches no picnic tables.

Loved it the kids had a blast! They loved the water park, the playscape and they rode their bikes up and down the trails.

It is a quiet neighbourhood park.
It is not a big one but has a playground for kids and it is big enough for pets.
It is well maintained.

Well maintained and dog friendly park
One of my absolute favorite hikes in Toronto! It's a nice easy walk, with a slight steep at the end yut if you don't want to do it you can turn around. The rainbow bridge is a nice add on to the views.

Nice flat trail along don river, beautiful all year round, especially in autumn. Still be able to spot some salmon in the water. Parking at lawrence ave is quite limited, can hear the noise from highway in the first section of the trail.

It's a great place mostly the ground is so soft in case if a child falls won't get hurt seriously

Was here tonight, park and splash pad were very dirty and the portable toilet was not serviced and no toilet paper or sanitizers.
I walk through these areas and think of what it must have been like to cottage and experience the don the same way this areas namesake experienced it.

But not just him but the pioneers that he wrote about and work up did to preserve the don valley area.

These walks are some of the best in Toronto.

From Milnes hollow, you could junction to so many places in the city and connect with other trails up and down the don.

Small park with clean, well-marked trails. Adjacent to the York Mills arena. Park has quite a few benches, hilly areas, a small creek and a forested area. Not much wildlife to see (only a few birds) but many people bring their dogs for a quick walk.

The water park is not just for the kids, but for everyone.. 💜The play ground is so amazing, but would be better if it's the padded ground than the mulch. They also have an amazing field to play soccer or just to run around and play tag.. They have a pizzapizza at the intersection,. So getting hungry is not an excuse not to enjoy what the park has to offer. Ice cream truck drives by every once in a while, cold dessert is to die for in season..

The only reason that I didn't give this park 5☆ is because there is no washroom. Otherwise, great park for toddlers and maybe up to 7. It has sponge, tile ground, lots of climbing, swings, a little play house and 2 soccer nets... and a picnic table under tree-shade if you want to have a serious lunch. My favourite for my 3 year old grand-daughter.
Clean, well kept park that leads to walking trails. The York Mills arena has a parking lot so very convenient. Ball diamonds, Basketball net and a playscape.

Beautifully kept grass and fields. Lovely in the later afternoon for ball games and dog walks.
One of the best biking trails in Toronto. It’s a gorgeous path in the fall. I come down to watch the Salmon migration. Also, the downhill is a dream but you might have some trouble cycling back up!

Quaint, clean, and we'll keep park. Covered seating area and lots of grass to play. A little small, but rarely packed. One of the only parks in the area with free parking.

Went to the park over 50 times and have no fuss about it. There is a waterpark right next to the park which is really nice. A huge field for soccer and baseball and etc. I went there a few days ago and found one of the items (ladybug) there have been broken which you could not ride on anymore (needs to be fixed) overall everything else is perfectly fine.

Nice small park, soft ground under the playground and a small soccer field with kids sized nets. Can get busy in a hurry and is close to the main road with an open pathway so can be a little dangerous for young kids.
Children love this park, it's small it's apt perfect for those tiny tots to Play! It does have a foam ground so kids don't get hurt. Best to get a frisbee or a badminton set to play, keeping the kids and the adults occupied.
Nice little park. Very small playground. Walking area. Open areas, benches, stairs down to a open area. Trees. It's just a nice area.
Nice place to jog, run, walk and just chill with the nature but you must also be cautious for snakes, i found 2 species of snakes within a week. They are all juveniles tho. A lot of birds, chipmunks, squirrels, ducks, spiders, bugs etc but do not worry these creatures will not jump on you (well not yet 🤣) a little bit crowded during weekends. It gets a little muddy on some part of the trail. People I met ehile walking will greet you good morning, so be nice and acknowledge them too. Have fun!

Great space , great for toddlers my 3 year old and 12 enjoyed it. The splash pad is fun also but doesn't have a spongy floor so its risk of falling but still safe and fun i highly recommend to come early as there is not much tree shade of more than about 8 family thats visible enough to see the kids. But its a great experience. Very clean also

I enjoyed this park and the splash pad. The water is ice cold but on a hot day it's perfect for the kiddos. Some benches and a spattering of tables (not enough). I would like to know where the water is funneled from though

This park is a lifeline for our young family. Lots of good structures to climb, a field to kick a ball around, and a pool nearby. It's a great place to connect with other families. Sadly one tree had to be cut down, so there's less natural shade. But still lots of places to sit and relax while the kids play. Without it... I guess we'd be way more isolated having to buy and build the same activities in our backyard.

This is a really nice local park. It has 2 jungle gyms (1 for toddlers and 1 for older kids), a splashpad with seating area, baseball diamond, soccer field, garbage and recycling bins, water fountain, and currently has 2 porto-potties.

Nice little park. Has huge flood lights so you can play basketball or tennis in the evening. But the basketball nets always have holes in the mesh and the poles are a tiny bit crooked. Uneven pavement leaves puddles on the court after rain

A nice little (sad) playground that is perfectly fine to use but is outdated. Toronto has forgotten about this playground while all the other ones in the centre of north york are being updated. Very busy during hot weather in the summer. Pretty quiet during the mornings on the weekends. Sandy and wood; it's nice to play but we all wish it got an update.

Nice little park with a community Centre ( 5 stars, lots of events and social activities held here ) an ice rink, swimming pool, kids playground, nice flat field for soccer, and shady areas for hot summer days.

Always clean. Dogs have great fun. Like that pet owners leave the different toys in the tree in the park.

This rennovated city of Toronto park is awesome. Somehow they found the right balance of fun and challenge for kids but caregivers dont have to helicopter after them lifting them up to reach climbers all the time. The ground is solid but soft at the same time... no wood chips! Even has exercises for grown ups posted around the park, if your so inclined lol.

Love the flooring...sponge rubber. There is also a large green space to kick a ball, play Frisbee or walk the dog. Good amount of shade where benches are but playground isn't shaded. Lack of washroom and drinking fountain facilities otherwise I would give it 4 stars.

My favourite park - I grew up just around the corner. Great playground, outdoor pool & arena including an indoor gym, daycare and bocci court for the seniors. Also, very safe.
