Food is ok. Service the staff needs to be more attentive while acknowledging the order and also delivering the same as desired by the customer. Ambience is fine.
I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday and provided a reference. They failed to follow it and delivered an unsatisfactory cake. After cutting, we noticed the bread wasn’t fresh. I called again, but they said the owner would contact me. I feel cheated and this is unacceptable.

They charge you premium rates. Their average rate for fruits cake is around 2000 and in that too they serve you cake made with rotten bread and pathetic quality of fruits and other stuff. I used to purchase cakes from here almost every month but my last experiences have been really bad.
I recommend not to purchase anything from their shop as they simply fool customers.

Don't even think to order cake from here ..ordered 2 kg of fruit cake ...no fruits only sponge and sugar granules in it...German bakery is thousand time better then this ... person sitting on counter is not customer friendly.
What a mouth watering chole bhatura.. Unlimited filling of chola n other aloo n chutney n pickle.. Cheap n best breakfast in dwarka palam area.. ₹50/- enough for one person.. Recommend please try at least once.. Just near Sulabh International HO.. Ample space n good quantity n quality food..

Apparently they are one of the oldest bakery, but their cake was very outdated and pathetic. They ruined our experience of a birthday cake kids look forward too. Moreover it was not at all comparable to picture shared. They took 100% advance so you cannot do anything later on. Never ever recommend this to anyone.

I ask them is this fresh one guy told me yes today only we had a order for someone.I ask the counter guy is this for today then he told me the packing is from Sunday.Why you making fool of people to sell your products if someone is asking the date of manufacturing you guys are telling 2 different dates.

I had attended my niece's birthday party here . The decoration was excellent. The staff was very cheerful, helpful and were performing their duty very well. The sitting arrangement was very good. Everybody enjoyed and everyone was enjoying the food which indeed was very tasty. Enjoyed fully here. Everyone had great time and most importantly no complaints. This outlet is quite spacious and located at a good location in Preet Vihar.
Had a good experience of courteous staff and meri wali chai (customized tea).

My friends and I went here for chill hangout to grab an evening snack. The place recently got renovated. However while we were having our food a small cockroach was crawling over the wall. When we complaint it to the management they ignored and simply said "Vo chala gya hai". (Trusting the insect xD). But still we switched the tables and next thing we saw its crawling on the sofa we were sitting on.

1. Chilli potato - it was good crispy, didn't contain honey and had accurate amount of spices.
2. White sauce Pasta - It was okay. Garlic bread is always served with pasta. But in our case it wasn't. So when we asked for it. The guy who was bringing the food was literally bringing it like that with bare hands not even in a plate ( because I saw ). But fortunately it was brought in a plate , however was a normal toast.

Bakery is good but staff is kinda lazy. They won't treat you well and most of the time, unnecessary people would be sitting inside store whole day. And, even when you are there, they will keep watching you in a way that will make you feel uncomfortable.

At the Rajouri Gardern outlet, Abhilash the Manager is really humble and polite ready to serve, always suggest you their right products and make the customize for you.. This is very old and famous shop in Rajouri Garden, earlier it was in name of Gulati Baker's, but with some trademark related issues, they renamed it to Mister Gulati Baker's.

I have always a knack for cupcakes or anything sweet or desserts too you may say. ;) And while looking to order something last Sunday, I came across this fancy looking bakery with an even fancier name. Ratings were positive so I decided to give it a try.
I ordered an assorted set of 4 cupcakes; #Blueberry cupcake, #OTIK special cupcake, #Fruit custard cupcake and #Hazelnut cupcake. It arrived in around an hour which is fine enough by me as long the taste is great. The packaging was fabulous and looks nothing less than premium. Even the paper carry bag looked fantastic. With huge appetite, I opened the packaging and to my utter dismay two of the cupcakes were spoiled, because of probably not being handled properly by delivery executive during the commute. I tried my best to make the two cupcakes standing, but the damage had been done with toppings blemished on the top lid and the tray. The taste for all the cupcakes were supreme and they tasted delicious, which I'm not going to take away from the bakery. Pricing is at par with any decent or premium bakery. If only, if only they were handled properly. Although I'm surely going to try again from the bakery because the taste was that good and update my ratings if the experience turns out to be pleasant.

They make some amazing cakes. They have a wide variety of cakes and the prices are very reasonable. Right from patties to the pastries is quote delicious. Their staff is very friendly and helpful.
