Absolutely loved this hotel and it’s amazing location with beautiful views of the city. The rooms were extremely clean, and service was excellent with staff bringing what we needed to our room promptly. Me and my family were disappointed to hear upon checking in that their pool was out of service and would not be open for the duration of our stay. Not a deal breaker, but disappointing for sure. Overall, I would stay again especially for those looking to head into the city as the ferry terminal is literally right across the street.
This place is beyond words! Absolutely breathtaking and the view is incredible. Checking in was a breeze and the service was exceptional. However, the balcony doors need to be opened by the staff so a spontaneous coffee on the balcony is not possible but definitely worth the wait for a couple of minutes. Highly recommend!

It was love at first sight. Chrome meets wood, his and her sinks, large standup showers with dual shower head and handheld device, room robe and a front seat view of the NYC’s gorgeous skyline that sits across the harbor it’s just sexy!

My husband and I love returning here for a lovers’ retreat. Service is amazing. Introducing the one and only Ched who always greets us with her bubbly infectious personality. She always makes our stay so welcoming. I just adore her. She is the person to ask for. She is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Whatever you need, she will do her best to accommodate and make your stay worthwhile.

The rooms are clean
and well appointed. You can take a seductive swim in the pool or a stroll with your lover along the water.

The hotel has a roof top lounge which is mediocre. It has the potential with its 🔥 pits and igloos to romance even the coldest heart, however the lackluster decor and ambiance hurts the vision. In addition the service does not match the expense. The meals and drinks can be costly and If you happen to visit, watch out for the less than friendly waitress, Sherryl or Cheryl. I’ve had two encounters with her and each time was unfavorable. Her service is unbecoming of the hotel’s brand.

Luckily, PF Chang, Acme, Dunkin Donuts and other food establishments are in walking distance.

If you are looking for sites to see and things to do, there is the ferry or train to ride into NYC to make your stay more enjoyable and entertaining.

We love this hotel and look forward to returning soon!
This hotel has a great location, however the front desk and management personnel are unprofessional and lazy. We have used this hotel numerous times for our corporate travel to NY. I am no longer going to include this hotel in our corporate travel plans. After our holiday travel dates changed we cancelled reservations well within the cancellation policy and were charged anyway! I had to call Marriott Bonvoy and initiate a refund case number. Calling the hotel front desk is a joke, these people have no interest in providing customer service. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
This hotel is advertised as a 4-start hotel which it absolutely is NOT. I paid 4-star hotel prices for may be a 3 start place. Here is the list.
-Their bed is simply just a mattress on a wooden plank. it constantly moves and not really secured to anything.
-They do not have room service of any kind. I called to ask for couple of things and they simply hung up.
-The room phone did not work at random times.
-They do not have hotel associated parking.
-Very limited supplies within the room.
-Rooms looked ok overall but have light bulb fixtures on the side of the bed coming out of the wall, which could be dangerous if you are planning to go with kids.
-this is a 3-start hotel at max. the only good thing they capitalize on is the fact that it is located across the city view.
All the potential in the world, but ran by people who know nothing about customer service.
All the rooms start past level 6…on level 6 there is a bar. At that bar there is a rooftop lounge. Starting at 5pm till midnight they play music that can easily be heard all the way to the top floor. Called the first time at 10:45 pm and was told they couldn’t do anything but send me to the bar managers phone. They never answered so I went down to talk to someone. Just to find out the bar manager wasn’t even on property. The greatest part about it all is that there were less than 4 people on the balcony. Blows my mind how much people don’t care.
The location of the hotel is nice and the rooms are modern. Unfortunately, the management leaves little to be desired. I am loyalty member, ambassador level. I spend lots of money with Marriott. Averaging around $8000 a month in hotel stays. Unfortunately, at this hotel, they will never upgrade an aambassador level guest. Also, the rooms facing the courtyard are very loud and the rooms feel a little dingy and dirty. They do not properly bleach and clean the bathrooms. Dirty grout on the floors. You’ll see if you ever stay here. But if you care about loyalty, cleanliness, or a good nights sleep… Don’t stay here!!! Marriot should be ashamed of the people running this place.
Pretty great hotel in a super convenient location. Right across the street from the ferry terminal and a subway station. Room was very nice and clean, but the “courtyard” views facing the middle of the hotel are pretty bad. If you can get a city view, it’s spectacular. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t have any food but had a drink at the bar, which was good but extremely expensive. It was nice to sit out on the rooftop patio by the fires and stare at the beautiful skyline though.

Would definitely stay here again. It’s a nice alternative to the ridiculous Manhattan hotel rates.
