there is no update of when subway at JLT near cluster W will be re-open

Thats how Subway served me a sandwich when i asked the staff to toast it and they burned it to me and wrapped it like nothing happened
Obviously inwill not make a scene but thats not how u should handle ur food

It’s a 24hrs outlet and they literally don’t have anything in stock and the AC doesn’t work.
The basic veg patty was out of stock including the cookies rack and drinks except moutain dew and water. And there is only one subway outlet in the entire JLT.

Ordered honey oats bread and got a whote bread sandwich. I explained everything to the store manager and shared picture , instead of accepting mistake they started arguing. Very bad experience and would never try again

Staff lack knowledge of the sandwiches on the menu and don't have the faintest idea how to built a decent sandwich. I get the feeling they don't actually want to be there and definitely have zero customer service experience. food looks as though it's been there for days, soggy lettuce, dirty counter tops and just looks like it needs a massive revamp. I remember when they had Phillipino staff who were fantastic when they opened. Subway used to be amazing. Not sure what's happened but this place certainly won't see me back again until they fix up n do what needs to be done. Disappointed to say the least. This subway actually needs to be reported to the Dubai Municipality!

It take ages to deliver and when i finally received, this is what ive got. Will not order from this branch anymore!!!!!

Im vegan and ordered veggie patty sandwich, it came with turkey and some chicken, dont know if it was some kind of joke or if they just dont know how to follow simple instructions and make simple sandwich. The potatoes i wanted withou spice and they delivered them with too much spice and wet and old like one week, disgusting. All order went to trash bin. NEVER ANYMORE FROM THIS PLACE. The owner of this branch should fire each employee because this is big disaster and shame.

For 30 years I have had Subway at least twice a month and in many countries
The last 4 times and to be fair before writing since I used to love their sandwiches was very disappointed
Not being fresh
Wrong order last 3 orders
Missing some good sandwiches that no longer there
Got sick after the last order
I think it is time to say goodbye to subway until I hear some major changes happening
