I couldn’t find the paper towel but this young man with the sunglasses seems to know his way around the store. I’m greeted when I walk in and the customer service is great. I once saw a man stealing uno cards from the store and he was stopped by the security team. Great staff ✋🏽🙂↕️

This came recommended by my Embassy/Consulate for passport pictures. This cute Japanese owned is efficient (in and out within 10mins), professional and knowledgeable (they know all the specs required for different nationalities - USA, Australia, Canada, China..etc). I paid $19.95 for 2 pictures including a soft copy. Went to my renewal right after without any problems. Thank you DOI!
What an amazing place and people!! I went here to print out some art to hang at my local climbing gym, but messed up the brightness calibrations so that the initial version came out too dark --- the team (Laura and Mandy) were incredibly helpful in getting a reprint and making sure that things came out the way I expected it. 100% recommend, and also very affordable prices for the quality of the work that they do :)
They specialize in international passport photos (Australia, UK, China etc) and do custom sizes as well if country isn’t listed. Got my Canadian passport photo done here to spec (including the stamp on the back). In and out in less than 10 minutes. Would recommend.

Not only did my print come within 24 hours, Mandy was super helpful sizing, cropping and ensuring that my non-pro-printing mind was getting exactly what I wanted. Don’t bother researching all the printers in NY! Just go here! Laura was fantastic and so fast in getting back to me! The large urgent orders were turned around quickly, efficiently and with not too much back and forth between us. Our client was delighted with their prints and I’ll use Tribeca PRINTWORKS for all my printing g needs going forward!
It's more expensive than Walgreens but they actually know what they're doing especially for foreign passports. The result I got from Walgreens never would have passed Canada passport requirements. These guys are professionals.

always changing their pharmacy hours to times that are totally not available for people who work 9-5 jobs. never have anything good in stock and the self check out kiosks never work.
Print machine always has a problem, staff is working without knowing anything. Listed as passport photo service but refused to do so. Just stop providing a service if you don’t have resources and staff

I came here yesterday (Tuesday) at 11:20 in the morning and it was closed. It was my fault to think I could walk in and get photos 30 minutes before my passport appointment. I had to rush to a Walgreen’s nearby to get my photos in time for my appointment. I’m putting down 5-star because I’m not trying to drag down their rating. Just want to warn others that they aren’t always open during published business hours so you should have a plan B.
I came here again (last time was 10 years ago) for an Australian passport photo.....these guys are great, super pro and know all the specifications exactly so tell them what you need and they'll sort it out in 10 mins flat.

Had a successful trip here to take Taiwan passport photos. The owner clearly knows exactly what's needed for each country's quirky photo requirements. It was quick and professional, I was done in about 15 minutes. Don't be put off by the small spot: you will get what you need!
Got very bad experience everything come pick up the photo. Same day pick up but the photo never be ready. And again today have to wait for 30 mins for 1 photo [ it's my test print before big order] the man by the cashier he said he will help me and keep taking another customer and ignor me. Will never be there again no matter what.

I'm shocked that the photo machine doesn't offer Bluetooth print. It takes forever to scan my whole phone. It's better to upload online and then pickup in store.
Met Ms. Setsu Ko today, she is a very friendly and helpful Japanese woman. Highly recommend for taking passport photos. They know the requirements for any country. Price is reasonable and the photo came out fast and nice!

The ladies at this store are all very sweet. The line goes along swimmingly. My pictures were actually ready in one hour! The quality was okay for the quality of pictures I took.
They're not very good at taking and processing photos. It's pretty expensive for such a sub par job. Was rushed by the employee to have it done quickly, they didn't seem to care and it didn't come out well. Now I have a messy passport photo for the next ten years. I don't recommend for passports.

Not bothering anymore....they've already given up as a company with being competitive overall in this market. They made a total amateur to lead the way with this staff. I am a resident from across the way, but they've made it quite clear that helping a customer is beneath them. I'm never going back.....
