If I could put 5 gold stars on this building I would. I been to about 40 different waffle houses from Florida to Delaware this by far the cleanest store with the best employees.

Finally visited with a friend for Saturday brunch & it was a treat. We had reservations, good idea because they were packed. Our server was Saphire & she was patient with a nice smile & had some nice suggestions. I appreciate her attentiveness.
Now the food... we both ordered ASAP Smash for drinks, very delicious & sweet $18. We shared a side of Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese (tasty) and Bananas Foster French Toast (flavor fell just a little flat & the bread used wasn't as fluffy) $18, she ordered the Hot Honey Wings w/ Greens & Yams (she liked it a lot).
I had the Fried Catfish & Grits $22. Now the grits were thiiiick like me & the flavor was there, but the consistency wasn't. The fried catfish helped level the dish up. It was crispy & full of flavor. I'd give the food a solid 8/10.

Really nice brunch spot. Came on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm and although the restaurant was crowded we didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes before we were seated. Food took a while to come out but once it did it was really good. Great spot for couples, families or friends gathering.
Mimi was an absolutely amazing server. She was extremely welcoming and friendly. I appreciated her knowledge of the menu, and ability to assit by making suggestions. This was our first visit, but certainly will not be our last.
🌟Top Rated Reviewer🌟Always a mess,but this year tops it off. I'm here every year for a 200K person convention🐉and they never have enough staff. What tops it off this time is the convenience fees 💸 ($16 for a plain bagel sandwich and med coffee) and minimum size order! Yes, now I can't even order a small latte, the minimum size order was medium with a 40min wait. ⏳ Someone please get this locay under control!

Tamara, Brandon and Tiffany gave me such excellent service. I love this waffle house and the crew that works here. I know when I walk in and see Brandon on the grill the food is going to be amazing. Tamara and Tiffany offer amazing customer service and make the entire experience perfect. I will always come back to this waffle house!

Best experience I have ever had at a waffle house. My server was amazing- friendly, funny and kind. The host connected with me as soon as she saw me. The food was cooked to perfection. If I wasn't just traveling in the area, this would become my main breakfast spot in a heartbeat.
Nice coffee spot if you want to skip the Seattle brand. Great iced coffee and nitro drinks
Angela was an amazing waitress!! Request here if you go. Never seen someone so dedicated to providing good service. Food was great. Portions seemed small but were delicious!! 10/10 would recommend this location.
First time visiting and was not disappointed. Our server Ms. Tone’ was great. We wanted to try more than one kind of French toast along with our entrees and she let us know that we can get 1/2 orders, so we did. Every single dish was a 10/10 or better. I personally liked the banana foster more, over the strawberry French toast. I suggest making reservations. Also, lots of photo ops inside and outside patio area
OMG!!! I really enjoyed my Birthday 🎂 here little skeptical about coming but it did not disappoint and Desiree our Server was a Gem 🔥her recommendations were very informative and on point 🎯 The food was GOOD, the outdoor dining was perfect. I enjoyed my Birthday experience here at Toast on Lenox and I will definitely be BACK!!!! Oh before I forget you have to try the Cajun Crawfish Sauce 😋
My husband and I went today on a whim. We arrived around 10am. We had no reservation and we were seated immediately. The food was worth every penny. Delicious, presentation on point, flavored well, and great customer service. I had the strawberry shortcake french toast, he had the fish and grits with a side of shrimp and both were excellent. Highly recommend! Just remember gratuity is added automatically.

My friend and I split the avocado toast as an appetizer and we both got the Beef Short Ribs Skillet as entrees. The skillets were delicious but the $17 avocado toast was pretty underwhelming for the price.
I definitely recommend getting a reservation, we got there as soon as they opened and there was a line out the door.

My sister and I were on a road trip. The food, people, environment were all perfect! We had a blast and walked away stuffed and happy!
The service was great! The atmosphere.. although a bit crowded for my taste was still very pleasant and chill! And the food was top notch. My compliments to the chef that morning! We will def be returning to try more food!
This was a small restaurant but it had the hardest working staff. They were friendly, quick and efficient. They even had time for some jokes. Food was good. Everyone in my party was satisfied.
Impressive service during a very busy convention weekend. There was a line down the hall almost constantly and despite that, drinks still came out with remarkable speed. I ordered 3 drinks and all were in my hands within just a few minutes. Food items such as sandwiches that needed to be heated up took a *very* long time, but they only have one oven to work with so it was completely understandable. All staff were nice too. Drinks all turned out great the multiple times I visited over the few days I was at the Marquis.
Im so excited there was a Caribou right by my hotel. I haven't had Caribou in 10 years since they closed the ones in Ohio. It was exactly as i remembered. best coffee shop in my opinion.
I’ve never been treated the way I was treated by this server at Caribou Coffee. She is rude AF, she will literally shut you up with no hesitation. I’m not asking for a tremendous customer service, but a basic one. She doesn’t know what manners means and gets upset with you when she makes your order wrong or when you try to clarify something. The coffee is good but I will not go there ever again because I would not tolerate that type of treatment. And the only reason why I didn’t said anything back to her was because I didn’t wanna create a scene and I also knew it was not gonna make her calm TF up, but it made me pretty upset and I hope they do something about it. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who feels like that. For people like her, this can ruin a business.
First and only time I would come here. Was YELLED at by an employee because I grabbed a straw in the wrong spot. Extremely inappropriate, uncomfortable, and overall there are better ways to handle something/better ways to tell me I was grabbing something in the wrong spot. It was my first time there, so I did not know there were straws around the corner. Unfortunate cause the coffee was fine, but would not want to run into that woman again.
Food Court style location with fast and friendly staff. Went twice so far with no complaints about anything. Can get a line but they move quickly.

I love a good Waffle House and this one takes the cake. This might just be the nicest Waffle House I’ve ever been too. Super clean the staff was so awesome and they had fun braves memorabilia to boot! Food was Waffle House but not sloppy if that makes sense. Couldn’t recommend enough. Great location right by the field.
Great place to get a bite to eat. The food choices are great too. I had salmon, white rice, broccoli and plantains. This is one of the best lunches I’ve had in a long time. And the food is fresh. They have a choice of fountain drinks ( Coca-Cola products) coffee and tea or bottled beverages. The atmosphere is very relaxed, once you dine here, you will enjoy yourself. It’s very spacious, great for social distancing in the dining area. The restroom is also clean too. Enjoy

They actively make drinks out of order. Ordered a drink 20 minutes ahead and had others ordering after me or mobile printing after mine. My ticket stayed on the dash for my entire visit. Had to remind them twice and they still didn’t work on my order for. Waited 30 minutes for an order-ahead drink.

This is the best Starbucks in the entire city and probably the country. My coffee is ALWAYS perfect and they are so incredibly nice. No Starbucks compares to this one.
Good experience with good customer service, definitely I love Waffle House, this location was one of the first ones that i visited in the country and I'm really successfully with my experience, I'm would like recommended this place to eat food like homemade food with a good price and good quantity. My favorite are the regular waffles with Mapple syrup 😋 🧇
I stopped by to get a quick bite for breakfast. I had the Lumberjack breakfast sandwich. When I opened the wrapper, the bread was so warm and soft. The cheese was melted. It had two eggs and some ham and bacon on it. Really good breakfast when on the run. Price was good and service was quick.

I am a flight attendant and I have been to Starbucks locations literally all over the world, and this location is it for me…it has the most stellar customer service and you can tell the employees are all genuine people. The complexity of my orders is sometimes embarrassing and they have never gotten anything wrong. I’m just in love with this Starbucks and will go out of my way to go to this one!

Stopped by Starbucks as I do daily they gave me a defective cup so by the time I land at my appointment and take up my cup there is coffee everywhere I call them back and let them know the lady offered me some napkins and a remake of my drink...lol..... I refused both and requested a refund what happened to Starbucks offering cards for their f up? What can napkins do for my car or me I got burn and my car is a mess what can napkins do for me? I am slowly loosing it for Starbucks. Qt will do just fine!
Food and staff are great. Just 2 suggestion, less salt in the grits please. The texture is great and creamy but the salt takes over the flavor. There is too much sugar and cinnamon in the oatmeal. Everything else is good.
OK, but the staff are super noisy. They seem to enjoy banging things around and making loud, clanging noises. Otherwise, pretty standard Starbucks. Smaller than average, but I can usually find a good seat.
Nice place with friendly staff, ample seating and plenty parking, plus they have a drive through.
Been coming to this location for years. Generally they do a good job of making sure my drink is made to my specifications, and their customer service is good. If you come either before or after the initial morning rush, you can be guaranteed to pull up to the box immediately, place your order, then pull right to the window with no wait. Otherwise, you're going to have to wait for a little while---but it's Starbucks🙄; any time you DON'T have to wait is a good day lol!☕
Freshly made sandwiches BUT they constantly are wiping the kife with a dirty rag that they then use to cut the sandwiches ...VERY unsanitary!!
Nice location. Good and fast service. Appreciate the friendly staff. I am regular at this place because of the close proximity to workspace. But taste of the coffee depends on what time you visit. It will be watery and diluted if you visit after 10 am. Caribou near Peachtree Mall is preferrred for consistency in taste and quality. Owner i have seen your staff stacking coffee powder in filter and keep it open. We all know coffee loses its aroma if its not in airtight container and exposed for prolonged perios of time. Not sure it caught owner's attention till date. Wondering howcome???
Good ‘Bucks’ with big tables and quick service.
This coffee shop is awesome! Whether you need to get some work or studying done or just looking to meet up with friends and enjoy some outdoor seating, this place has it all.

There's a reason caribou has a devoted following--their coffee is good enough to please even my pickiest coffee loving friends. The staff here is great, and we had no trouble with seating (there are tables about 20 feet from the counter).
Coming from New Zealand, which is a coffee culture paradise, it's tough to find good coffee in the USA. Caribou Coffee is a great find, and a welcome escape from conference coffee across the street. They know what a macchiato is, and did a great job. Service was kind and helpful. Would be helpful to have signage right outside the entrance. Took a little searching to find them after spotting the sign on the corner.
I am from Midwest so I was very happy to have access to Caribou in the heart of downtown Atlanta aka close to my work! Good coffee and friendly staff! I would highly recommend the Blueberry white chocolate mocha!
Long lines in the morning but it goes fast. I just wanted a simple hot tea but didn't see it on the menu. Had turtle latte that was way too sweet. Their chocolate covered expresso beans are good! So is their monkey bread if they're in stock.
This is the best cafe in Buckhead. The food is consistently delicious and the menu variety changes daily. The specials are awesome. This isn't a good place for a formal meeting (food served on Styrofoam), but for a bite to eat with friends, coworkers, or alone, it rocks! Where else can you get a meal of glazed salmon, bed of rice, fresh roll and some steamed/spiced to perfection string beans for less than $6?
