Been a member here for three months now and I absolutely love it. The coaches are all incredible in CircHIIT & Crossfit. The community there is so encouraging and fun and I highly recommend whether you are new to working out or a retired athlete you will be pushed. Trained with Chris, Juliana, Pat, Phil & Julia and they are all incredible. If you are reading this take this as a sign and sign up now :)

Incredibly friendly community of people. Been going here since June 2021 with a 1 on 1 trainer after being super inactive after wfh but also just having an office job in general. I was originally afraid that I would just embarrass myself and not be able to keep up with any workouts due to my low fitness level and inexperience with gyms, but my trainer, Ligia, understood I needed to start slow, learn the basics, and all while still pushing me to my limit. I’m already seeing a difference in my body, my stamina, and how I view gyms and working-out altogether. I never thought I’d want to keep coming back to workout, but a caring community and trainer have me wanting to push myself more to keep seeing progress!
I highly recommend CrossFit Middle Village.
After about 6 weeks of being a member here, I’m blown away by just how much I like participating in this community. Every coach takes care to cultivate the right level of intensity for each member. They know the strengths and weaknesses of each of the folks in their classes and always have a supportive and constructive attitude to help them grow as athletes. This is all on top of the excellent workout that you get when you show up and put in the work.
I have been a member of this gym for two months now. I do the CircHIIT gym once a week. I consider myself a gym rat but this workout takes my workouts to another level! The coaches are the best of the best! The community of people are supportive and very friendly. The workouts are intense but can be modified to fit every fitness level from beginner to athlete. The individual attention to each member is outstanding. The workouts change each week and you are encouraged to always push to challenge yourself. If you want to take your fitness to the next level, I encourage you to take a class and join this amazing community in our neighborhood. The team of trainers are local people who strive to make this facility a community hub for athletes and just your average Joe or Jane looking to get in shape. Teamwork and support at its best. I’ve been going here for a little over a month now and the progress I have made in such a short time is incredible! Not only have I lost 10 lbs but I am so much more confident in my lifts and in my strength. The coaches and members make 5am workouts worth the early wake up for me and has kept me consistent. The facility is conveniently by a lot of public transportation and has free parking so I have no excuses. I can’t wait to see what else is in store for me. They have made me excited about my fitness goals again!
