Price are high and facilities are less, they cheat customers in the name of TOUR PACKAGE. I personally recommend not to book this hotel ,my rating will be only one STAR. NO HOT WATER,NO OTHER FACILITY, LOCATION NOT GOOD, BOOKING IS DONE ONLY WITH TOUR PACKAGE ONLY.
Room service are good but they didn't mentain Air conditioner and bathroom so I don't like so much
Worst hotel ever. There are red marks of gutka Every where in room. There is a hole in their wash room door. When I told him about this issue he did not even allot some other wash room instead told me to wait for some time he will get it fixed . Every body from staff to owner is very arrogant. Avoid this hotel.
Minus rating should be given to this hotel. Auto rickshawalas are in connection with the hotels.very poor services, rooms are worst the bedsheets aren't even changed neither hot water is provided through geyser. Flush doesn't work neither room service numbers are active, they charge double price for water.
Never ever check in to this hotel. It's a complete waste of money.

The UK hotel is bad in response, there is no facility of towel, shop, dustbin and the bad sheet are used, pillow are bad in smell and the bathroom condition is very bad, the taps are bad in condition. Overall, I suggest to all the guest for not staying in this Hotel. 👇

Plz don't book hotel online specially Hotel Decent Delhi bed sheet too dirty yellow mark on . Look like never wash .look different online when go to room totally different . Don't trust on online pics .thanks for reading review.
Pathetic and horrible experience of my life. 2000 rupess paid for one day and room seems like of rs 500 only. Please don't stay in this hotel. Please don't take any auto from new Delhi railway station they hai commission with these hotels and they will shift u very bad hotel
The rooms of the hotel are good, clean and comfortable, every room has AC machine, the behavior of the staff is very good.

When we entered the hotel Rooms were very small and cockroaches on the bed not even cleaned according to the hotel price We had just entered the room but first told some price, then one of the staff changed the matter and took payment, after that our payment was deducted. He did not refund our payment back ..and the way of talking was of the full brash type .. Honestly I say.. with me and my partner the way he talking was not good, the staff was not good at all Never go for this hotel not good for stay .. everything was so Unfair
