I won't be coming to this shell again!.

I always come here to wash and vacuum as the facilities are great.

Today at 10:30am I washed my car, I went into the store to extend my time so I don't get a fine and the person who served me (at about 11:40 and he was the only person on the till), was very rude as I was putting in my registration into the tablet I pressed confirmed and was double looking to check I put the registration correctly, I didn't even get a chance half way though the man said yhhh yhhh yhh yhhh !!! and snatched it out my hand to make me fhinshed, I said that's very rude and you shouldn't rush people and I walked off, this is very disrespectful, rude and degrading as I need to check so I don't get a fine, I didn't even get a chance to double check.

I know nothing will happen from this, I'll probably get a reply saying sorry for your experience or get to make an complaint 😕, what I want is to talk to someone higher by email to the manager to discuss this, so they can check the camera to see who served and give them a warning, but a that's a lot to ask.

Just disgusting customer service.

car wash downgraded massively for the last period of time, foam is not available and brush is not supplying any shampoo, no point of use coz you simple can’t wash your car without those 2 things, sad

Just stopped on our way through travelling to into London. The service shop is brilliant, has a range of products/snack and a costa coffee shop & more importantly toilet facilities! We parked outside the shop & popped in with no problem

It sells petrol and diesel, not the cheapest around.

Absolutely horrible service station. Do not ever use this service station to charge and/or wash your car. At least two of the charging points are broken at any time and you're charged an automatic £45 deposit just to find out if the charging points are broken. The car wash is miserable with such short timeouts that you're better off washing your car at home with a bucket of soapy water and a sponge.

After my underwhelming exprience of having to wait for ages for a vacant wash bay [yes, one was broken and another driver cut in front of my car while I was in the loo], I found a parking penatly notice waiting for me on the doormat two weeks later.

Euro Car Parks and Motor Fuel Group are using that station as a scam and should be ashamed of themselves. Sure, you get your £45 back after a few weeks but meanwhile they're earning interest on it. At the same time, Euro Car Parks is busily issuing parking fines to drivers who just happen to take longer than their meagre time slot allowance.

Under no circumstances ever use that service station. It's cheaper to let you battery run down and get an AA roadside callout.

Nice quick groceries inside for purchase, often cheaper than the normal Tesco stores. 24 hour gas, not shop. Well kept area. Pay and go. Added ATM on the left of the store (facing the store).

Modern Day Scammer Alert: I put £20 of petrol in at this place, walked into the shop, and paid. However, the payment did not go through. It wasn't declined, but the card machine did not take the money from my card. The staff at the till failed to alert me. Two months later, I received a £75 bill for the £20 "I did not pay." I was furious and went to talk to the manager. As always, she did not see anything. She does not know anything about it and said it was my fault. She suggested I spent the fortune of £20 and walked away. However, they have no video Evidence!!! Honestly, how many times do you spend £20 on your card and check your statement immediately? Be aware of modern-day scams around.

Decent food/grocery shop with coffee to go with your petrol on the way into London right on A40. BBQ stuff is also there. They have an automatic car wash although it is not as thorough in washing really dirty cars and sometimes broken. Service is nice for this type of business.

WARNING!!! I am a resident of Putney who has patronized this Shell Station for years. Typically, I only do a quick car wash and/or petrol fill up. Last week, I washed my vehicle, then charged it and finally filled it with petrol. The duration of the stay was 1 hour 42 minutes because that is how long it took to complete the above tasks. Yesterday, I received a penalty charge of 100 GBP claiming that I "parked" at the facility too long. With this violation were photos of my vehicle entering and leaving the facility. Note that this establishment has video surveillance throughout which would have recorded me servicing my vehicle. All they have proven is that I was at their facility for 1 hour 42 minutes. To park implies one abandoned their vehicle and left the site. If you read through the reviews below, you will see that other patrons have also been hit with a "parking charge". This charge is ridiculous for numerous reasons. First and foremost is that the Shell Service Station is in a residential area with plenty of street parking. Why would anyone park there? Second, they have vehicle chargers (which are extremely slow I must add) so it's very plausible that someone would stay on site for an extended period of time considering many patrons do use multiple services at the station.

UPDATE #1: I filed an appeal with Euro Car Park and received their response today. They canceled the fine as a "gesture of goodwill". However, they also tried to explain why I was wrong and they were right including images of a sign that's not even current. Given that their chargers are slow, good luck charging your vehicle in that time frame. I have a plug-in hybrid and couldn't even get my small battery charged. How would one even charge a full electric in that time frame? You're better off just plugging into a streetlamp. The whole thing is really mind-boggling to be honest. Sending threatening letters to paying customers is no way to run a business. My plan is to minimize my use of their facilities until such time that they rip down those signs and start operating a service station instead of London's most useless car park.

UPDATE #2: I have attached photos of Europark's signage which conveniently located behind an advertisement sign such that it easily goes unnoticed when you pull into the facility. Note that the sign does not match the letter.

You get penalty notice if you wash your car there. There was an unexpectedly long queue when I washed my car so I had to stay more than 45mins that I wasn’t aware. they don’t pay it back btw. Was the most expensive car wash for me. Not recommended.

Trying to return a package and the kid at night says can’t do it we only do it daytime. Online says they do it 24/7

Dirty, rude, zero English and extremely Expensive. 10p a litre at Sainsbury 2 mins away (but closes 11pm). I'm sure this station will appeal to Halal eating people hence they are willing to pay so much more than Sainsbury and Esso.

Pulled up late to fill my tank and get some crisps. Filled up. No staff at the petrol station window and i could see a jacket on a chair. Didnt want to get in trouble so i waited. No staff. Couldnt pay till return. Smh

Coffee machines are always dirty, and no large cups . Poor quality and service

Terrible service, you have to wait like over 5min for the pump to turn in then you have to wait a long time to fill up full tank because the fuel pumps are soooo SLOWWWW you spend 45min or mire just to fuel up. Thus is ridiculous.

Very nice clean newly refurbished petrol station, spacious, tidy, nice shop. Good air machine.

But, the shop prices are expensive compared to many supermarkets and in January 2024 they have introduced a 20 minute limit to how you can stay.

So if you get petrol, check tyres and buy in the shop what will happen?

Quaint little gas stop with some charm, but the giant mascot is a head-scratcher. It’s a nod to an old oil field, which feels off given today's eco-awareness. BP's push in delicate places, especially with environmental debates, feels off-key. A rethink for respect wouldn’t hurt.

Coffee machine never works, if it does work they always filling it with beans and milk in the morning when there is a rush, this place simply is just a petrol station...

The Tesco Express just works fine for daily shopping.

I've been coming here for years to use the jet wash and to refuel. Today when washing my car there, the station manager came out telling me that I can't use it because it's for mopeds only despite years of using it for my car, as a matter of fact I've only ever seen people using it for cars and vans. For what reason? The company is making the same money as it's timed anyway so makes no difference if it is a car or a moped. There is no utilisation of IQ's behind this decision. I said to the manager "so you don't want my money?" to which he answers "no"; zero logic. Then he starts mumbling to the customer behind me about me being unreasonable when it is him who is being unreasonable; I was minding my own business using the jet wash and he comes along making up new rules on the spot telling me I'm not aloud to use the jet wash. I do not engage with petty provocative mind games attempting to portray me as a crazed madman such as that.

The manager gets his wish, I'll NEVER be spending a penny here again after refuelling and using the jet wash almost weekly here for years. As heard from the horses mouth, the station doesn't want to earn money. I truly wish Esso Streatham Hill good luck on their endeavours with this unorthodox business model!

Pulled in to use electric charging point and pop into their porter cabin shop and toilet . Man in shop said because its gone 10pm he couldn't give us the key to use the toilet . I had my two daughters with me and we aren't local so wouldn't have a clue where to take them ASAP as they were desperate to go to the loo. What did he expect me to do with a key ? Not helpful at all , will take your money though! Will not rush back to use this please again .

It is always clean and looked after (new addition of planters helps) on the forecourt/petrol pump area. The Tesco itself is always well stocked, and the staff are friendly and willing to help. They have a costa machine which is always a bonus.
I frequent this petrol station and Tescos extra at least once a week. 10/10 keep up the good work, and thank you.

I love going here,the staff super friendly, helpful and jovial.
The ONLY downside is the food, don't get me wrong it gorgeous but I think slightly to high a price BUT you get what you pay for the pasty and slices are filled with meat not loads of pastry. After writing this to be honest it's not that high a price 🤣🤣

I come very often just to grab some food for work. The staff at the counter over charged me for a bread and a reduced product which happened before.
definitely, will not come again.

Had trouble today with pump 7 (pay at pump) not recognising both of my payment cards. Another driver had the same problem, so not my cards.
However, when reporting to a member of staff, I learnt that pumps 1 to 4 have the option to pay at checkout, which may be useful to other drivers.

I put the wrong fuel in my car, had to wait on the forecourt for breakdown services to assist me. Staff in the garage were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Thankyou so much to all staff working that day.

The new reworked store is very nice, modern and has a great selection of products. However when using pay at pump on the app I was twice asked if I had paid and on the second time was asked to wait until it had been confirmed. This was quite frustrating as the whole point of pay at pump is to speed up the process.

We have used this Tescos for years. The staff are absolutely wonderful and very friendly.
They support the school next door and donate to all the events.

Not actually 24 hours, don't go out of your way. Customer service is terrible too.

This place was absolutely disgusting! I stopped here to use the toilet and I walked in to find it was overflowing with urine and blocked at the bottom. The sink and baby changing table were brown, plus their was no toilet paper or water. The floor was wet with urine and the smell was beyond disgusting. Someone needs to take serious actions

Very polite staff. Always a queue which moves fast inside the store. Lots of groceries on the shelves available. Some times a long wait to put petrol in yr vehicle.

24 hr my .ss every time i try to get in after 10pm they barricade the doors like they try to defend themselfs against the Military or some s..t xD

Just bought a frozen dinner from this Tesco and luckily I’ve noticed before heating it that it was full of mould. The staff didn’t really know what to do besides giving me a refund which I don’t think it’s enough considering I could’ve gotten food poisoning from this

Today I stopped here to get fuel around 7am. At the cashier the man was wearing winter hat and he did not hear what i said. He was very rude, other people were witness and had the same opinion like me. This kind of person is not allowed to work in this position. There is recording of this. I hope who is in charge will do something. If I pay for a service I except a standard level.

Good petrol station in the heart of Colliers Wood. Has a local shop and a pharmacy opposite. The petrol prices are quiet cheap compared to other places. The right side of the road has traffic always, otherwise had no issue with this station.

Such a convenient shop. I go there every Monday to do my weekly shopping and to fuel up my car, and I am always kindly greeted by the staff, especially Jesuthas who, works at the till. He is always friendly and is very fast at doing his work, which gives no time to waste. Jesuthas is one of the best staff I have ever seen. If you are going to go here , you should definitely meet Jesuthas and the staff he works with. Very friendly and convenient. Highly recommend.

Awful service …. Don’t bother trying to send a Hermes/Evri parcel from this location, the staff just tell you ‘no’ we have too many for the day and then tell you to come back later. They should my offer this service as they cannot accommodate it clearly.

The air machine here is excellent! Easy to use, beeps clearly when the tires are done. 50p minimum and 50p per five minutes, and you can use both change and contactless! Machine screen is easy to read from a distance. Can't recommend it enough!

Staff are very friendly. I go into Tesco on Monday evenings and I’m always greeted with a huge smile by Jesuthas and he’s very kind and polite. The shop is also very well organised. My shopping experience is always great.

Late night jet wash to avoid the daytime ques. Even used the jet wash at midnight. Takes £1 £2 and change. Shop is OK with a selection of foods and drinks.

Brilliant place to go for drinks. They have this outdoor bar and you can drink through these garden hose looking things which is very quirky indeed. No seats though but I guess that's part of the charm.

My first petrol station when I started driving several donkey years ago. Service is still exceptional and has an Atm, several pumps, good location next to Colliers Wood Station and several bus stops as well. Can get quite busy at times especially due to road works and the St. George Hospital close by.

The worst shopping experience I've ever had. The security person there should be fired. He was on duty Saturday 11 December. I was harassed, had to nearly repay for my shopping because the lady at the checkout forgot to deactivate the security tag. Terrible shop. Incompetent staff. Aggressive security.

Not very nice assistants. Rude. Refused to help me (I have mobility problems, walk slowly with a stick, I needed help using their machine). Generally, quite disgusted.

Really like the staff here, they're always attentive, friendly and helpful. Always happy to pop in here for a few bits I need: it's well stocked, spacious and the staff do a good job of keeping the queues moving. Even the security guard here is loved by the customers who often stop to catch up with him.

Tesco has ridiculous policy of club card. They offer club prices to clients while other shops like Waitrose for everybody. They broke me when TESCO started do this with milk. I choose Sainsbury and all other shops.

The staff are really friendly and the shop is actually well stocked with a surprisingly big range on offer.
The jet wash is pound coin operated although it's not the most powerful one going. Typical impatient people who think it's unreasonable to have to wait 5 minutes until you've finished using the jet wash. If there's water still coming out of the hose it's likely that you shouting have I finished yet is:
1. Stupid
2. Likely to make me put more money in the machine.

Standard petrol station. Does get very busy. Has toilets if you ever needed to go.

Babu the member of staff who works here is very rude, impatient and has no respect for the customers. I was having car trouble (started to smoke when I pulled up to fill my car) and instead of helping he shouted over the tannoy for me to leave and threatened to call the police, I was pregnant and quite distressed...needless to say I won't visit here again I would rather run out of petrol tbh.

Arrived to collect item from amazon locker which is listed as on the forecourt. Searched the forecourt, no locker. Showed the guy the amazon email through the window, he shook his head and mouthed nothing to do with me. Told me to go in the store. He was not wearing a mask so I decided against that. So I phoned the store and explained, asked where the locker was, he didn’t tell me and hung up. As I went to drive away without my item I noticed the locked is attached to the back of the building.

What a jobsworth attitude. Amazon pay for the use of the garages space, he could have just said drive round the back. Manners are free.

I recall now when I first moved to this area using that petrol station once and thinking never again due to rude bad service. Can’t recall if it was the same guy but obviously the ethos has not changed. If you drive 1.5 miles up the A1 towards Borehamwood there is a much cheaper Shell garage with friendly helpful staff.

Went to Marks and Spencer store attached to the petrol station. They sell pretty much all the essentials. Even warm food. Store is open twenty four hours

It's a british fuel stop......You can be assured the pumps are filthy, the air hose is broken, no water to refill your washer bottle and a Mars bar will cost you more than a litre of fuel. Sign...

Mathy provided excellent customer service. The pumps were promptly activated and he was courteous while taking payment.

Although we liked this Tesco, it is unsettling that staff members are not wearing masks, as for this little shop they constitute most of the time half of the people there. I know government has not made it compulsory, but everyone wearing masks would greatly increase customer confidence returning to shops.

Complete lack of manners. It says close at 22, I arrived at 21:32 and the guy literally slammed the door in my face. I explained that all I wanted was 1 bottle of milk and that I could pay cash, he could not care less. Very very rude.

Always come here for petrol, like the fact that plastic gloves are available, never had an issue with them, apart from one time when they restarted system (Or something like that) and been told that I need to wait 15min till systems are back on and running so I could fill up petrol (it was around midnight). Had small break and still got my petrol! Keep it up guys!

The friendliest and most welcoming petrol station in London. Vivek and the team are super helpful and efficient. There are also two really good Costa machines there. Highly recommended :)

Conveniently located opposite Collier's Wood tube station and a good selection of buses as well as some excellent shops and cafes!

It is quite a small petrol station but because of its location, pedestrians have to be aware of the constant stream of cars entering and exiting.

I bought fuel at £1.40 per litre which is expensive. I asked for a coffee and he said no.

I love this Shell. There is a member of staff who is always so happy and smiley. It really brightens my day. Who would have thought petrol pumping could bring so much joy!

They have a 24 hour seven day a week alcohol licence. All you need to know. : )

Oh an also, there is a really nice lady that works there on Sunday mornings. (possibly other days too but I saw her on Sunday morning) She sold me a lottery scratch card and even though I didn't win anything she left a nice impression on me.

Oh and the diesel is pretty tasty too. My car is very happy.

Good selection of products and very handy store.They could do with some automatic cashiers as any other Tesco store. Always freezing cold in there! Take a jacket with you! Even the staff at the till are always wearing winter jackets.

Nothing special: it’s just a straightforward filling station with a typical slightly overpriced convenience shop attached.

Note that this was until very recently a BP station, but just as with the BP at East Dulwich it has now changed to Esso. That means you can no longer use your Nectar loyalty card, but instead can collect points on your Tesco Clubcard instead.

Very disappointed and angry with how a female member of staff acted here yesterday (off duty), especially with her whole family beside her ganging up on me! On your website it clearly shows where you can park and 2 cars are photographed parking where I parked yesterday. She opened her door onto my car which I clearly wasn't happy about and told her so, she offered me money then after her husband got out the car they both started shouting that I shouldn't have parked there in the first place! This wasn't my issue as I know I parked there properly - I repeatedly told her I'm not after her money but that she should be more careful opening her car door!! There are no yellow signs on the road, like on the other side, indicating NO PARKING. And then they wouldn't let me leave because they wanted their young son to take a picture of me in my car! She jumped in front of my car screaming and the husband was shouting from behind my car trying to stop me- I mean who does that!!! I will find out who she is and report her because this behaviour from staff members cannot be ignored!

Well it serves fuel, so thats that. But it's real hidden in plain site secret for locals is that it has a 24hr Budgens within! Handy for a pint of milk if you miss the 11pm closing time of the local Co-Op just up the road.
