I recently visited Caribou Coffee and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The AC is NOT On! And the main issue was the customer service, particularly the approach taken by the girl barista named Mads.

When I first approached the counter, Mads seemed disinterested and preoccupied. I waited for a few minutes before being acknowledged, which was the first sign of poor service. When Mads finally attended to me, there was no greeting or smile, just a flat "What can I get you?" This lack of basic courtesy set a negative tone for the entire interaction.

As I placed my order, Mads seemed impatient and did not offer any suggestions or clarifications. When I asked a couple of questions about the menu, I received curt, one-word answers that made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The overall attitude conveyed by Mads was one of annoyance, which is entirely inappropriate in a customer service role.

The service was ok when i approached her and give her a feedback regarding my visit. She said she’s ok and she’s not doing it intentionally. But when I finally received my beef rolls, the other one is warmed but the other one is still frozen.

Customer service is a critical aspect of any business, especially in the food and beverage industry. Unfortunately, Mads' approach was a clear example of how not to treat customers. From the lack of basic politeness to the unwillingness to rectify a mistake graciously, every aspect of the interaction was disappointing.

I hope that Caribou Coffee addresses these issues and provides better training for their staff, particularly in customer service skills. Customers deserve to feel welcomed and valued, and my experience with Mads was far from that.

I will be hesitant to return to this location in the future even hesitant to refer this place unless I hear that significant improvements have been made.

I should mention that I'm a very selective coffee drinker and rarely leave reviews. When I ordered this coffee, my expectations were low. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The packaging is impressive, the beans were roasted the same day I placed my order, and the coffee tastes incredible. Great job, and keep up the excellent work! :)

I’m a regular online customer for almost 2 years now, and their coffee beans are freshly roasted and consistent in taste everytime I order for new batch. I tried almost every variety of their roasting, never disappointed.
For milk based coffee I always go for Brazilian beans and I recommend the new “Brazil Milky Haven” amazing and well balanced, and taste even better for Americano.
They have decaf too, for those nights you struggle with caffeine cravings 😆
They ship orders very quick. Good customer service. Keep it up👍🏼👍🏼

Falcon Coffee Roasters offers great coffee and service and that's thanks to a dedicated team. Both the owner and manager are always very welcoming whenever I visit. Their versatile specialty coffee products and range of services sets them apart. I also enjoy their space which is surrounded by real greenery. And when it comes to cleanliness, they're one of the cleanest coffee establishments in the market.

Shawarma is so bad. Totally dry. Bread was also old. It was getting tear off as old bread do.

I've been drinking coffee for more than 20 years, I can tell fresh beans when I see them. But what was delivered looked like it's been on a shelf for ages and tasted 1000 times worse than anything I could have bought at the nearest grocery store. It was the most gisgusting and flavorless cup of coffee I've ever had. I feels almost like a scam. It's hilarious they advertise themselves as the best coffee beans in the UAE. Stay away from this company, you can buy better beans literally anywhere.

Some customer service people are horrible and sometimes there is no one at the counter! The tall philipino guy is horrible

I ordered take out Bun with Carmel and hazelnuts and I received little carmel and few Hazelnuts same picture , if you think take away customer will not complain face to face they will publish it, I will never go there again other than Jumeriah branch

Order one bun with Nutella and Hazelnuts but comparing to Diera City Centre branch was bad, the Hazelnut is not crunchy and old stock, as well the Bun was not Well shaped

The bread was delicious and the tea was nice. But the service was very slow.

The service level is very low, staff not professional at all. No business ethic’s at all. I gave order and mentioned what I needed. All order were mixed staff no attention to details.

Cozy and comfortable coffee spot for work or just chilling, I recommend their tumblers they are very great and strong enough for traveling.

Tried saffron latte and loved it. Tea was not that bad but it was not up to my taste. Try having your favourite beverage with the bun and toppings it tastes way too delicious.

Im a fan of mocha drinks and I went here couple of times to try their drinks. And it's really nice!!! I liked their campfire mocha among others.
Their sandwiches and chicken terriyari rice bowl is really amazing, so tasty!

The staff is very friendly and quick too.

Huge cafe shop .. serve coffee and buns .. good coffee but not especial .. tables are available and because we still at the pandemic it was not crowded and almost no customers. staff was friendly and kind. The barista made the coffee with love. I only tried hot Spanish latte and it was good and enough to release your thinking.. take a break and try the coffee there it deserved. Good luck 🍀

The karak is very good, but the saffron is not worth the premium price! Maybe some improvements could be made to the saffron karak!

If you are in business bay and have time to spend waiting for some meeting or friend it's the best place to stay , 2 hour free parking and 4 hour of internet access

This is a newly opened branch. I loved it because it's very cosy and calm. You can work from there totally and find a parking slot easily. It's also next to the Canal, take a break and walk there.

Its a great cafe...understands and caters to individual liking. Was happy to get loctose free cappuccino in their souk al bahr branch. Very clean and socially distant arrangements.

I ordered a bun + dark chocolate + hazelnut. The sweetness of the chocolate was a bit too heavy for me but overall it was delicious. The toppings did not overtake the bun and I could still taste the bun and the butter inside. The milk tea was delicious as well. I thought it was slightly pricy.

That area at night is a bit scarily quiet and dark, but it was not unacceptable. The shop was clean and well maintained. The service was good but can be better.
