Food is good but the kitchen is slow in preparation. The service was amazing, Abdulrazzak was brilliant from taking care of my allergy requirements to suggesting drinks.

I visited MINA this evening through an invitation by the Four Seasons Hotel management and, unfortunately, it did not live up to the expectations. While the staff was welcoming and friendly, there were noticeable issues with service quality and training. Upon arrival, we received the menu promptly, but it took some time to find someone to actually take our order. The waitstaff appeared untrained and unfamiliar with proper dining etiquette, leading to several mishaps throughout our meal.

First, our orders were mixed up—a salad we hadn’t ordered was served instead. Furthermore, nearly all the dishes that were supposed to be served hot arrived cold. The idea of eating a cold lobster pasta was disappointing, to say the least. The food was indeed flavorful, with the beef carpaccio standing out as exceptionally delicious, but the temperature issues really detracted from the experience.

Another surprising moment occurred when a server removed our salad plate without waiting for our response, even though we had specifically requested to keep the remaining salad. Although she later apologized and offered to replace it, when the new salad arrived, there were no dishes or cutlery on our table, and she seemed surprised when we asked for them.

One more thing to add that the live music was too loud and we couldn’t hear ourselves on the table.

Overall, while the food itself had great potential, the service quality fell short. I strongly believe that with some urgent training for the waitstaff, this restaurant could improve the guest experience significantly.

MINA Brasserie is one of this places that surprises you at every step. From the ambience to the delicious food is a non-stop enjoyment since the moment you arrive. The food is out of this world. We had the privilege of trying chef's signature tasting menu and I have no words to describe how delicious it was. The king crab pasta was so delicious and the grilled octopus was cooked to perfection. Also special mention for the tuna tartare, its a must try!. The service was outstanding and we had a lovely night that we hope to repeat in the near future.

The Mina Brasserie at DIFC is an impressive venue with exceptional food and drink options. The menu is well-curated, offering dishes that surprise with both flavor and presentation. Additionally, the ambiance is pleasant and provides a choice of seating areas: one can opt for a fresher atmosphere at the bar or a more classic experience in the main dining area. Whether for a business lunch or a special evening, the Mina Brasserie is an excellent choice for those who appreciate a quality dining experience in a sophisticated setting

The ambience in this restaurant is super nice, a little bit cozy but at the same time lively.

The food was amazing, the steak, the octopus and the crab linguine were our favorites, and to finish we have the pineapple dessert so good 😍if you don’t want something too heavy.

Had amazing dinner with friends at this cool place. I liked the atmosphere a lot. Service was 5*, such a professional and friendly staff, food was absolutely fantastic. DJ & cool singer was a great addition to such a lovely place. Very convenient location with available valid and self parking. I also liked the place because music wasn’t very loud and we could talk and hear each other with friends during the dinner. It was such a great time and experience. Highly recommended

WOW. This restaurant has done everything perfectly. The welcome to the restaurant followed by the incredibly personable server. Service was fast and she was very happy to give recommendations. The welcome sourdough bread with the whipped ricotta and honey was so good.

Tried the porter house steak and added a side of creamed spinach which was beautifully cooked and tasted delicious. My mum went for the wagyu burger which was so so good. The fries were cooked perfectly. Ended with the banana tarte tatin which was the perfect sweet end shared between us all.

The interior of the restaurant is so beautifully done, the perfect ambience.

Highly recommend Mina Brasserie and I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu.

This place is a gem within the Bay Square area. The oriental burger was nothing like I’ve had before- SO good! My favorite were the potato chips as they tasted house made and not greasy at all (guilt-free!). Thank you to Neshani for making sure we had a comfortable time!

First thing that you will notice it’s super friendly stuff that will make feel you as at home. Food was there delicious 10/10.

Pay an entry fee of 100 and you get a bar stool with one single drink. Pay 500 and you get a table and 5 drinks. Not a good deal for stags. All the tables were empty, yet they didn't offer me one. The stools are extremely uncomfortable. 🤷🏽

Rock Bottom is my go to spot almost twice a week for sometime now. The live rock music performance sets an incredible energetic vibe with both the service and food being great. The staff, are all amazing, cheerful, greeting you in a friendly manner, especially Tatiana with her genuinely contageously positive cheerful big smile. She is a gem! Super pro and takes care of us whenever i visit with friends! It is people like her that make a valuable asset for any business i hope she's well taken care of.. atmosphere is amazing, live music rocking all night🔥 See you soon friends 🤗

Dipen and the rest of the staff were great. Drinks are reasonably priced relative to other pools. They play chill house music and it’s definitely a chill family friendly vibe.

Went here long ago when it use to be called "The Cellar" night club. Had a great time here especially when I had a local friend show me around. I drank the bullfrog drink and it messed me up so bad I nearly missed my flight the night day. Great place to party for sure despite the name change.

I am regular to rock bottom and visiting the club fir over an year... now this club has changed so much and people are very respectful... The manager of the club, guess he is new.. is so welcoming and kind..the rest of team is also kind and welcoming.. kudos to the new team... regards , rose

Customer behavior is not at all good from the door staff, also very 3rd quality sound system.

Staffs at entrance are very rude to customers and shouting at customers for no reason.
Customers are being charged stag entry fees everytime they go out and re enter. They treat customers like beggars. Same attitude to all customers who are visiting.

Sound quality is also not so impressive.

This place effortlessly feels like the 30s, without any need to jump on the speakeasy bandwagon. Classic cocktails, plus their own signature concoctions. The staff here are a class above and seem to have been brought from a classier era. Four stars only because of the very high prices. The Entertainer app makes it just about doable for ordinary people.

My favorite spot when in Dubai. Everything amazing. All staff always smile,they know how to treat clients. Well done guys!

Oh my God, this is how I felt while enjoying my time with my closest friends. David, the singer, adds an amazing feel to the place. The barman is world-class, and the menu is a delight. Will be back again and again

I visited Rock Bottom Cafe located in Barsha Heights on their ladies night on Tuesday.
We were greeted warmly by the manager Mr Karim. They give 3 free drinks vouchers to all ladies on ladies night and entry is free.
There is live music by Soul Factory band and a dj too which adds to the lovely ambience.
The food is really delicious and is prepared fresh by their chefs. We tried their Steak 🥩🍖sea food platter 🦐🦀 mixed grill and starters all of which were fingerlickingly delicious. They serve lovely cocktails and drinks 🍹🥂
I would highly recommend Rock Bottom to everyone who loves to party while having great food and drinks ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The service here is so amazing! The waiter are too friendly, they treat us like a majesty.
Also the view and seats are nice. We have our great time in here!

Rock bottom is a bar and restaurant at Ramee rose hotel. At this place, you eat, drink, sing, enjoy live performance and play pool. It is almost always busy and crowded.

The food is good, and they always have good offers for drinks. The staff is friendly and the service is good.

The quality of this place in general can be improved.

Regal Plaza Hotel where Rockafellas was located is closed. Rocka fellas is therefore also closed. Go around the corner to Orchid Vue hotel for a similar experience.

Interior of the cafe is really good as I am huge fan of bikes so I just loved clicking photos..Also you have a stage with live music..On drinks they have offer 1+1, food is cheap and taste is good too although if you are looking to have something spicy than this isn't the right place for you..

We go there very often, the lounge is nice and cozy, decent pool with great music 🎵 but most of all is the staff who make a difference, specially Lakisha, Sunita, Amir and Nissan, thanks to them our experience turns out to be great every time we are there. The club is lucky to have them 😊🙏🏻

I have been there on Halloween night, they have pretty much event decorations, all the waiters and waitresses were in zombie's costume, I enjoyed there alot, Arabic music and dancer giving a good touch.
Must recommended place. But yeah you have to go there with your partner if you're seeking a free entry, otherwise there is a fees to enter.

Been to shangri-la hotel a few times as my friends stayed there and offcourse to iKandy many times ( it used to be one of my favorite place ) with my expats & local friends . Recently Went to balcony bar for the first time its bit cozy place and quite busy in the night yet all staff were smiling/welcoming and well attentive . I was attended by Sergey - **** VERY GOOD **** service and informative
(4/5 for his service ) ,he also informed me about happy hours . The only thing I didn’t like much was there were some business ladies at the bar . It’s good place for afternoon work meeting also . Next time I would more prefer going late afternoon or in evening for drinks !

And there are no cats in the bar :))

Good Dance Bar inside Regal Plaza Hotel. Service is good. Not best in town. Guinness Beer is 45AED here. Sometimes there will be offers which is good.

Excellent service, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. However, the massive TV is too bright and does not really fit the overall vibe of the bar.

Used to be a great bar with good service and ambience. With recent changes the place has rapidly gone downhill. In my visits in the past 2 weeks the staff was too busy gossiping or singing rather than paying attention to customers. Lady bartender has a serious attitude - rolls her eyes like she is doing you a big favor serving you. She is also rude to the staff in front of customers. The staff should not argue in front of customers. The service is incredibly slow. The bar has become a hangout for drunks and there are regular incidents. The bar is also a hangout for many business ladies. One can’t sit at the bar without them trying to get your attention. The lady next to me asked me several times if I was busy tonight??? Does the hotel encourage this type behavior from the staff and guests and ignore laws to make a profit? The place has really become very bad and trashy.

Spent an after work afternoon at the Bay Club in DoubleTree By Hilton Business Bay. The Shisha lounge is located on top of the Bay club. It’s one of those relaxing spots for shisha and some nibbles. They serve both alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks!
