Disappointed with the services at Moroccan embassy India. I've been trying to reach them through emails ( even though it has been marked urgent) and phone over 2 weeks. The receptionist is quite unprofessional and hangs up the phone if she doesn't have a reply. I thought it must have disconnected at first, but on calling the embassy again 2-3 times it was clear that she on purpose wouldn't answer the calls as to avoid any kind of communication. I've already had to cancel my flights and I can't rely on the Moroccan embassy in India anymore. They are incompetent and terribly slow.

Very Cumbersome process of Tourist Visa

The embassy in chennai doesn't provide you Visa and for submitting documents in person and then getting the interview scheduled if we write an email its only a template reply from them. Quite not easy and when we reach them through the number they ask us to write mail. Its quite cumbersome for a person in chennai to travel to Delhi to give the documents in person and then schedule appointment in some other day. Really the honorable consular of Peru should think of making this ease for indian travellers to Peru.

Why you guys put the contact number if you never wants to answer the calls ? Pathetic

It is a absolutely third rate place. Scant regard for any laws. All they want is money...that's all. Arrest a tanker also , or sell some one else property. They will do anything.

There is a new lady hired at the Embassy who has no sense on how to speak with people, has no decency or respect when it comes to the age or reason for call. This is such a shame to see an Embassy hiring a staff who is not capable of doing their job right. They have also partnered with VFS who has no sense to read and understand a persons requests or history of travel. After travelling to Morocco multiple times to meet family members via a Invite, they still harass us stating there is no hotel booking hence we will not process the application, but the embassy confirms there is no need for hotel booking when you have an invite and a place to stay in morocco. Dealing with the embassy directly was so much better.

Great experience of hospitality and good service from His Excellency the Ambassador to all staff.
