Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wer richtige Schwedische Köttbullar essen will, ist hier genau richtig aufgehoben.
Für einen Teller haben wir ca. 20€ gezahlt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis fanden wir mehr als gerecht fertigt.
Würden wieder kommen.
Das Restaurant ist mitten in dem Stadtteil Gamla Stan.

Lovely spot to get authentic Swedish food. Had several locals recommend we visit this place. Great food, sat in the patio and enjoyed views of the park across the street.
Interesting and traditional restaurant. Hard to get a table. We enjoyed the food here and I loved the 3 hering appetizers, plus the gnocchi and the salmon. We will come back for those meatballs soon
We had a great time there! It is the good occasion to try typical dishes from Sweden such as meatballs! The staff was very kind and the dishes delicious!

Disappointing experience. The chicken dish was just a small piece of chicken with little seasoning and was really overpriced. There wasn't even any salad or vegetables or anything on the plate.
We also ordered sodas and they were completely flat. We complained and got another type of soda on cans, because the machine was broken. They did however keep serving the flat soda to other patrons which is just bad etiquette. We also had to pay full price for the soda we didn't really want. Terrible service.
To me this is the best restaurant to taste good swedish food. Over the years it hasn't lost quality, and everything is delicious and very well presented.
This time we ordered meatballs and cod. It was fantastic.
The restaurant Tradition is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in the city. In a warm, and welcoming space, you will try traditional Swedish dishes perfectly cooked. The traditional meatballs are a reason in itself to visit the restaurant, but if you try anything else, you will be amazed.
Came here with a group of ten. We were able to take the entire back room which was very comfortable.
Food was outstanding! Would recommend the hairy pig array that included reindeer taco, moose, and smoked boar sausages. It’s in a very nice part of Stockholm.

One of the oldest restaurants in Stockholm steeped in history, a place where the media used to frequent, back in the day. The food is traditional Swedish food, and its done very well. The staff are great too. We had a selection of dishes including the salmon, meatballs, steak tartare and they were all served to a high standard.
Best Thai food I have had in a long time.
Way better than places like Linnea&Basilika.
Very Authentic, which is also verified by the fact there are a lot of Thai people eating here.
Excellent service.
Will return next time I am in Stockholm.
First time dining authentic Swedish food. Sat at community table with diners from Copenhagen, France, Switzerland,Paraguay, Scotland and Brazil. Very Cool. And the food was great-Scallops, Swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes, pickled cucumbers, liganberries, a bread basket and creme brulee. Good service. Great atmosphere.

Ausgezeichnetes Essen und ausgesprochen freundlicher Service. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Falls wir wieder einmal in Stockholm sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
The food tasted like it came from a can. No texture, and no taste. I had the chicken peanut. Can not recommend unfortunately...
Good place to eat swedish food: the place is popular among tourists but still good to get a grasp of local cuisine. The location is nice and cozy. Service was a bit messy at the beginning but the waiters were very nice! Prices are fine for the city and the central position
The food is absolute not even close the quality of Mc Donald’s.
EXTREMELY OVERPRICED:)
This is what i got..

Excellent restaurant in the heart of Stockholm with traditional Swedish dishes.

We started with the beef tartare which comes uniquely presented as deconstructed. Our mains were the mushroom dumplings and Swedish meatballs which were both delicious. This was a great place to eat dinner in Stockholm!

Great atmosphere and great service. They served many Swedish food.

They are often crowded. So be aware if you don’t have a reservation.
Worst food experience in a long time. Hilariously enough, could not even get a pepsi max right. Overdosed sweet with no bubbles. Staff was unkind and meat was dry. Cannot believe we paid as much as we did for this meal. This review comes from a person that usually tries to find the best in people and stay optimistic. Picture looks better than it was...

WORST STEAK EVER!

I am a steak fan. I have been to many steakhouses in Stockholm as well as in many countries that I traveled to and the steak here was truly disappointing.

The food: I ordered medium rare but the meat came out almost well-done. Even though I ordered one of their most premium pieces which is supposed to be the most tender and juicy one - ribeye, what I got was the dry, very chewy piece of meat. I couldn't even believe that I paid more than 500 kr for such a low quality meat. The quality of the meat and the cooking technique was way below par. Additionally, the french fries were terrible, I wonder how they managed to fail such a standard dish. Even the Pepsi max did not make it right. It was overly sweet with no gas.

Service: On top of my disappointment with the food, the service took it to the next level of disappointment. The staff were unfriendly and cold. She did not ask me about the side dish and sauce which was supposed to be included in my option and just served me a random one. The bill took forever to come that we decided to go straight to the counter after a long waiting. This service does not deserve its price range.

Never in my life I gave 1 star review, but I want to leave this comment so others could consider if they decide to come. The location seems convenient so many tourist might visit. If you are not happy with your experience, please know that this does not say anything about steakhouses in Stockholm.
Most authentic Thai food in stockholm, dont forget to ask for spicy
atmosphere like Thailand, fun and enjoy
staff is super friendly
love all the dish we had
I had a very cozy dinner with two friends. The atmosphere is very cozy and the staff is very capable of making you feel comfortable. We ordered the plate from the North and the Minipalt, and they were delicious (maybe I would avoid the Minipalt next time, the dumplings were a bit dry). As a main course we all ordered the reindeer: the meat was extremely soft and perfectly matched with the red wine source. Also the pulled deer and the mashed potatoes were awesome. We spent in total 1300 kr.

Lunch was really well priced, served quickly no need to make a reservation, had a buffet of salads and drinks coffee. Very classic Swedish meats, the stewed salmon had a great tomato flavor, all very satisfying. The service was also fantastic.

For some reason they are often out of normal menu items like, pepper sauce, fish & chips, cream for irish coffee and cognac. High prices for their meat 550 for 200g. .

Before I came, this was recommended (by Swedish). When I sat on the plane, the ladies next to me (Swedish) also recommended this place. They said it was a pub. I came by with a friend/ someone I met on the day. We didn't have reservations, but they had a table available. Their English and Swedish are good. My friend was learning Swedish, idk his ability, but they responded back nicely and confirmed it in English.

Our coats were taken. It is 20kr per person (which we didn't know until paying the bill). I do feel that I should have been told as a foreigner, but it is a common thing in Sweden, whereas some places would purposely charge for free things if I speak English vs. A friend speaking Swedish. I believe coats are not allowed inside. It was cold, and then I got moved to another table where it was warmer as they couldn't reach the window. Later, I asked if I could just wear my coat, so then they gave me a wool blanket and had someone tall to close the window. I've travelled/ lived in 30 countries, and only one of them will change the restaurant temperature according to a customer, so I was surprised that this one place did that since the other restaurants in Sweden don't do that. They literally say no so people would just wear coats.

When we sat down, the menu was explained well in English. We got the Char and the Swedish Meatballs, plus some drinks. Every restaurant I have been to so far (1 week) only has 1 tiny toilet, which were more expensive/ high-end restaurants (other than one place). This place has 2 cubicles available and is well maintained.

The food was really good. It's cheaper and tastes better than all the other places I had to reserve. We also got desserts afterwards. The waiter always came back over (circulating the room) to make sure everyone was okay, refilling water if needed, etc. The fish is unique to the North, so having it available here to try without travelling and at this price was decent.

The only thing that wasn't as good was the party next to us, but there is no control over that. Eventually, they left, so it was fine.

At 00:21, I was informed for last call (drinks), so I got the bill and paid. They close at 1am so we left before that. Food ends around 11 pm. Most of Sweden closes really early, so this is a great option to visit for dinner since they're open. All our questions were answered accurately, and if they weren't sure, they would go check before informing answers.

Bill can be paid separately. We just 50/50 as it was probably easier, but I'm sure they could have customised it to each person's purchase. Upon leaving, we got our coats, and the door was opened for us. At the door, there are 2 gentlemen who stood there (for the entire night taking coats and keeping them safe). By the time we left, it was just 1 man left. So actually 20kr is nothing for such service. I think we arrived around 8-9 and left around 00:40, so all the staff would be on their feet all day no matter which role they had.

They work really work, very polite, and we are very impressed with their service. I'm glad I came to visit and brought someone along. He will bring his family when they visit. It is no wonder why so many people talk so highly about the pub. It really didn't feel like a pub...

It was the best restaurant I've been to so far in Stockholm over the week, and that's with me visiting "fancier" and more expensive places, too. I wish I had visited this place first. I've let my Swedish friends and non Swedish friends know so that they can have good quality food, service, and prices. My friend made a video, which I've attached, and I haven't gotten to mine yet.

Extremely happy. Thank you.

Only thing is, it's a corner space. The entrance was hard to find/ confusing... the signs were not well. E.g. pub, grill, restaurant... which door? What's the difference? We had to ask when we went in one of the doors after checking the entire corner.
We had a great experience. The Mood was quiet and relaxed but with a very attentive service. Great food! The smoked salmon fins were Simply perfect, great mushroom dumplings. Ultra recommended.
We ate here 2 times during our trip in Stockholm. Atmosphere is nice and simple, food is great. Service during our second time (late lunch around 4 pm) could’ve been better, staff was rather chatting and laughing instead of paying attention to the guests.

We had the nine course tasting menu with our own choice of drinks.

Exceptional food, creatively and beautifully presented. The drink options were excellent and any suggestions by the sommelier were well received.

The service was welcoming, friendly and attentive.

For a high quality restaurant like this the atmosphere was laid back and relaxing.

I went for dinner with a friend. We made a reservation a few days before, just to make sure. There were many locals eating here so we knew it must be good. They had some small tables outside. Many people were sitting there just drinking a beer. The interior was very cute. The food was tasty, specially the mash potatoes from the meatball dish. The portions were a good size.
The only thing I didn’t like is that the bathroom has too many air fresheners that went I went to wash my hands, my head started hurting because the smell was so strong.

We came in on our first night in Stockholm. No reservation and they got us two seats at the bar. The staff was attentive and so very kind and nice. Food was phenomenal. I had the meatballs which were the best of the trip. My girlfriend has the deer which was amazing. Great little restaurant tucked away in the Gamla Stan. I recommend highly but make a reservation!

The Northern Miniature Potato Dumplings were amazing, but everything from the starter to the dessert was very good, full of contrasts and surprises. This is what I ordered:
- Northern Miniature Potato Dumplings: Wood-smoked pork tenderloin from Jokkmokk, sweet and sour lingonberries & browned syrup butter
-Baked Reindeer Topside: Celeriac purée, pulled deer leg, cabbage, pickled beets, smoked deer heart and red wine sauce
- Soft Mazarin Cake
Whit cloudberry tosca sauce, browned butter and vanilla ice cream

The personnel is nice and friendly. It is recommended to reserve a table. I hadn't reserved and the only option was to sit at the bar, which is not very comfortable.

We had a fantastic experience.
The pickled herring was a good way to start and we had a lovely bottle of Syrah.

The ox cheek was very tender and mash creamy.
Steak was cooked beautifully. Jus had a slight charcoal taste to it but wasn’t overpowering.

Crème brûlée was lovely and the tiramisù melted in your mouth.

The wait staff were very attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic meal - so much so that I came again 2 nights later when a colleague arrived. Close to the Tube station, in a lovely part of town. Staff very friendly, and taught me how to pronounce the Swedish words which was cool. Food was delicious. Starter was amazing, followed by the meatballs. Such a nice evening.

One of my favourites in Stockholm. A classic and a staple for good Swedish food. Great old recipes, love the old school plating and presentation, waitstaff are always lovely and the restaurant & bar is an elegant time piece. A must if you’re out and about Vasastan, or simply just want a good meal.

Mediocre food. The place was separated from rest of the malls with curtains etc. It looked ok, but it was noisy due to all the noise from rest of the mall.
Nice place, good food, nothing out of the ordinary. I wouldn't recommend it if you're in a hurry. It takes quite some time to get your drinks/food/check.

Tolles Restaurant.

Came here for lunch. Service was good, but it smelled like vomit when I came in, while the staff mopped the floor. Not a pleasant scent to come in to.
The food portion was huge, great for a hungry person but the taste was almost tasteless. I couldn't get any taste of the meat I'm eating. It was too bland.
I visited the restaurant due to its high reviews but I was puzzled when I left. It is perhaps a restaurant for the tourists, you can definitely get better food around Stockholm with the same price.

This was on a list of recommended restaurants for traditional Swedish food. It was a higher end restaurant, but definitely worth the price. I got the traditional meatball dish and it was great. Each meal comes with a salad and bread plate, already on the table when you arrive. Service was good, though I wish they checked on me more often.
Landing in Stockholm and reaching around 7:00pm all the restaurants were booked and could not find a table. We found this place and bumped in and had a nice long dinner. The food beer and the service all quite good. Don’t understand why the rating is low. I would recommend it.

Have eaten dinner here a few times with groups of around 4 and the food has always been exceptional. The service is top notch and incredibly friendly and they genuinely want to ensure you have a good time.

On our latest visit we had a slight miscommunication on one of the starters - I don’t think either side was to blame, it was a combination of quiet voices and different languages - but they sorted it out super quick - without question or trying to place blame. To me, this is an example of exceptional service that means we will keep coming back again and again. Thanks for a great evening!
The food is really good, it is so tasty. But the portion is small to the price.
We try the mushroom soup (amazing), the reindeer meat goals balls and a dish with an amazing sausage and a reindeer taco. All was amazing, expensive, but amazing

An amazing experience. From start to finish the team at Nour took great care of us. The atmosphere was relaxed and engaging.

Entering into a traditional town centre apartment, everything was spacious and inviting. From the introduction to paying the bill, I have rarely felt as much at ease.

The food is excellent with lots of different tastes blended together expertly. The menu and drink pairing (sake, wine, champagne, stout and vodka all included) were delicious and unique.

I hope to get the chance to return.
Awful service. Food was pretty good though. Nachos to start, good portion and large section of dips. Classic burger was nice and cooked well. “All you can eat ribs” but never offered another portion of ribs and had to ask.

Serviced by Ellie who never asked if we need anything further, wanted anymore drinks etc. once the main course was taken away we were left for 20 minutes with no offer of further drinks, dessert or the bill. We had to ask another server to arrange the bill. It was a Monday evening and the restaurant was very quiet. Ellie walked past the table multiple times not looking in our direction.

As we were left so long without any service we decided not to have dessert which would’ve been include in one of the deals so we got charged for the full amount excluding the dessert which worked out more expensive. They also expected us to pay without seeing a copy of the receipt.

Awful service. Would not recommend

The food here is hands down amazing. Our favourite restaurant in Sweden. Started with their potato dumplings which were so well seasoned, especially with the bacon bits. My partner and I had moose and reindeer and we loved it both. I particularly enjoyed my reindeer and it turned out to be the tastiest and freshest version I had in Scandinavia. Not gamey at all, and just incredibly flavourful. Well done to the chefs!! Reserve in advance as it’s popular.

The whole experience was exceptional, from being able to reserve a table online, to being moved to an available table in the window when we arrived. We were looked after by an exceptionally knowledgeable member of the team who was able to advice us of choices from the menu that would improve our experience. We tried schnapps and (white wine) gloog that we otherwise wouldn't have that made this restaurant really stand out for us both. Cannot recommend enough.

What an absolute gem of a restaurant, from the moment we booked, to getting there earlier than expected and still being greeted with the friendly atmosphere, our waiter was lovely and chatty and the food was divine. The whole experience was so good that I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We both had the Toast Skagen and it was very tasty, then mains, I had the beef tagliatelle and my partner had the rib eye steak, both cooked to perfection!

The service was amazing, the food came out in perfect timing and the price was reasonable for a place of this quality. We had a bottle of Chianti and tipped well and our bill was just under £150, which for 2 hours in a beautiful restaurant is very good!
Cabin-like vibe and atmosphere. Great traditional Swedish food. Mainly meat. Moose and reindeer. Friendly staff. Be aware that it’s located in a very touristy area. Better to plan your visit accordingly.
If you want to look for such retro feeling with delicious foods to be served, then this place is your choice, no doubt! The foods were amazing and the waiters and waitresses were very kind and helpful. I tried the wallenbergare and it was yummy. If you want to get the table, better to book it in advance and please note that you will need to pay more for storing your jacket or coat during the cold time.
Highly recommended place to eat! We stopped by for a quick lunch and was so surprised by the quality of the food and drinks.

This was one of the best meals we have had so far in Europe to date - the Moose meatballs are exceptional.

We had Moose meatballs, Reindeer stew, beer, amazing Briska elderflower cider (not sweet, just nice), and their Vasa 1628 brandy. Everything was delicious.

*We ordered on a Friday from the lunch menu and revealed complimentary coffee and cookies afterwards.

Service was great - attentive and friendly staff who brought the orders quickly and checked up on us without being pushy.

Overall cost about 70€, but was well worth it!

Confusing operating hours. Online it said they’re closed after 2:30 PM, but was able to book a table for 3 PM. From the sidewalk, when we arrived it looked closed. Good thing I saw people leaving and entering, and seems they had a bar area for dining hours for those eating at odd hours (not lunch or dinner). There was no receptionist so I had to call a female server and asked her if they were open and she looked at me funny.

Anyway, finally sat down with my family. Our server was great (better than the one I asked).

Interiors feels like you are transported back to olden times. Predominantly wood, with thick carpets and old photos on the walls.

The food was not good. Steak was tough and hard to eat. The meatballs had an aftertaste that, upon eating more of the meatballs, was slightly sickening. I had to douse them in lingonberries to mask the gamey taste. I guess that’s traditional meatball taste in Sweden? I wasn’t a fan.

The potato puree was good though.

For the price, you are better off eating somewhere else. We paid around 1,200 SEK for 3 adults (and a kid).

Thankfully, the male server, as I said, was good that he suggested a smaller portion (kiddie meal) for the meatballs for our kid. Which was more than enough, considering we didn’t like how it tasted.

My experience of every single dish in the 9-course dinner was: “what in the world is this!??” “I didn’t know this combination of flavors existed,” and the “how is this so incredibly delicious!?”

I’ve been to 34 countries, ate all different cuisines, and went to many 1-Michelin star restaurants, and Nour is now at the very top of my all time favorite list. I could say it’s the most deserving of all 1 star places I’ve been to.

The flavor and ingredient combinations were outstanding, creative, and delightful. The photos and how the food look don’t even do it justice. Every bite was a puzzling burst of delight in your mouth. No exaggeration at all.

We had mixed alcoholic and non-alcoholic pairing, and we actually preferred non-alcoholic beverages. I supposed the bartender just had to be extra creative when they can’t rely on alcohol. They felt like drinking delicious cocktails that are complementary sauces to the dishes.

Service was also excellent. The staff created the atmosphere like we we’re being served by master craftsmen with how they explain the dishes and drinks. It was polished and refined, but not too posh or stuffy.

If you’re in Stockholm, this is a must. If you can afford it, just book it.
It was extremely useful that Wokhouse offered that any dish could be made vegetarian - it was great to have a substantial choice of food options for once!

The service was impeccable, the staff very friendly and efficient, plus the extensive use of green plants throughout the venue helped contribute to its very relaxed atmosphere.

Very highly recommended.

Presentation 10/10
Overall Amazing service as expected from a Michelin. Presentation of food was stunning, excellent choice in variations of dishes, although some were falling behind a bit in taste and surprisingly bland.

The non alcoholic menu was creative but ok, it felt bit repetitive on the after taste. To finally end with a kombucha.
The milk good idea but needed some love somehow.

Overall recommended!!

This Michelin restaurant experience truly stood out for me, and I highly recommend it. Here's why:

Chefs Sayan and Olle are culinary maestros. Their tasting menu was an exquisite journey, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor and Japanese vibes.

The sommelier's choices for pairings were a delightful surprise, perfectly complementing the dishes. His expertise added an extra layer to the meal.

The service was top-notch. Shoutout to Jack and the team for their warm and attentive hospitality, which made the night even more enjoyable.

In a nutshell, Nour brings together incredible food, unexpected drink pairings, and kind service. It's a must-visit for anyone looking for an great dining experience.
Nice place with big portions 👌😋
I had the Angel Beef, but I never had Thai with bread before. And if you tilt the photo to the left, it looks like a crazy face😅
Foodie's Delight, Service Needs Work
The flavors of the dishes here are truly delightful and worth savoring, but unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the service. As a frequent visitor, I've encountered consistently lackluster attention from the waitstaff. It's disappointing that there hasn't been an effort to instill a more customer-centric mindset among the employees. The potential is there, but there's room for improvement.

Amazing place!
The service was really the best part. The manager was extremely kind and made sure to give us everything he could and took care of us.
The portions are really big for the price and they have vegetarian options. I really enjoyed my visit here. Thank you
Food is too unhealthy; salty, fried, fat and sweet.

However prices are fair, service nice (maybe a bit slow) and room well designed.
Nice presentation of food but the taste is only alright. Service was lack of enthusiasm.

Good seating environment, dog friendly and good mocktails though!
Authentic Thai food with reasonable price. I like their papaya salad and tom sap pork a lot. But grilled pork neck, I expect more tender part with jaew sauce. Overall is good anyway. I was lucky that I got a table when they had busy hours with a big tour group.

Probably the only restaurant worth recommending from my stay in Stockholm!. I went for dinner and ordered the broiled tuna with asparagus risotto, food came fast and it was delicious. The waiter was really nice and attentive. When I informed him of my milk protein allergy he seemed well informed and was happy to help.
Ambience was relaxed and enjoyable. I'll definitely come back when back in the city. Thank you!

Overall I d give it a 4.5 stars. Service was exceptional, ambience very good, cozy and personal. Feels like dining in the living room of someone’s nice flat. Coming in sitting on the sofa to eat the intro courses with a glass of champagne felt very cozy and relaxed.

The food was pretty good as well, though for the price range it is didn’t make it all the way for me. The dishes varied a bit. We took the wine pairing as well. Interesting to try the sakes.

Recommended if you are a fan of fusion Asian cuisine especially Japanese.
A rather average wok place with a good assortment of Asian food.

I picked the special, Chicken Evil, and got the food pretty quickly. Tasted ok, not very spicy and too little rice.

Interestingly enough they drop a bun into the mix. It worked, but was a bit odd.
รสชาติคนไทย!! REAL Thai food in Stockholm! The staffs are very nice and very polite. If you’re looking for original Thai taste in Stockholm, this restaurant won’t fail you.

One of the most surprising yet amazing restaurants in Stockholm. The combination of Swedish ingredients with an Asian touch is unbelievable well done snd absolutely worth the 1 Michelin Star. I am already looking forward to Nour receiving their 2nd star very soon ad the concept of being led through this former apartment with an aperitif in a living room and then to the dining room followed by another living room experience for the coffee candy and coffee with a short visit of the kitchen is an absolute must do and great experience! Thanks for the amazing evening - we will come again as soon as possible!
Amazing Thai with amazingly good food. Very popular place and I recommend to book table for eating in the evening. Every dish we ordered were so yummy, and I hope I get a chance to come back here and try other dishes.

An above average restaurant that I’ve only had the pleasure to visit during lunch hours. I came away was a very good impression.

The service was fast and the personnel helpful. They found a table quickly even though we hadn’t booked and we came just before the rush hour.

The lunch selection was really good. Daily specials with fish, meat and pasta. Several weekly specials too. Something in there for everyone.

The food arrived quickly and tasted good. Especially the mashed potatoes. It was also well presented, considering it was during the lunch.

Well worth a visit.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Terrible food!
I gave 2 star just because the server was very attentive with us.
I ordered chicken pad Thai - the first red flag was on the menu - it said "our own take on pad Thai". Ok, I'm pretty open minded to try different versions of a dish, and I ordered it. The second red flag was that the dish came with a bread bun (photo) - a bit weird bread AND noodles. The taste was terrible: the noodles had a consistency of a pasta dish rather than egg noodles. The sauce was too spice but not in a good way. It seemed the put a lot of chilli to compensate for the lack of other spices. The sauce was creamy but also not in a good way either. I was expecting to have a nice noodle dish but got deeply disappointed.
An absolutely exceptional food experience.
I had expected just a simple lunch cafe but the food here was unexpectedly excellent! Good service, drinks, and the cod appetizer was superb.

Great place for a drink and something small to eat. We stopped for a pre-dinner drink and somepinchos with cava. I asked for a Boulevardier instead of Negroni as on the meny and was served a great drink from a bartender who was interested to learn about this drink...nice place for some talk and watching people...Recomend
