We went in around 10am to get the breakfast special . The restaurant was empty so we seated ourselves at a table for 4 with the permission of receptionist . While we were having our food the waitress/receptionist asked us to move tables since there was a 7 member party expected to arrive . Out of courtesy our whole family moved to another table . While moving the plates one of the plate fell and we lost most of the food to this move . Disappointed with the incident we reach out to the waitress and tell her that moving tables wasn’t required since the “expected” party hadn’t arrived yet and expecting that with the food dropped if we could get a replacement or a polite acknowledgment . She said we chose to move and dropped her plate so there’s no reason to share feedback . We asked to speak with the owner but looks like the kitchen manager showed up saying that since we paid the bill they can’t compensate us but he acknowledged the bad customer service .
This is one of the classic cases of where customer just needs an acknowledgment of the bad service but restaurants have hired such egoistic unprofessional staff that they don’t bother to speak to the situation . We understand Iqbal serves niche products and may have a very loyal customer base but if they try to work on customer service skills and hiring better people I feel the community can benefit from it.

We had a private party. Food was great! Especially their desserts on our menu. I've never had the desserts anywhere else before.

Service was amazing. Servers were always available for us.

Surprised by how cute the patio is! Had nice drinks however they accidentally gave us virgin lemonades and then 30 minutes later came back with two shots which was really unexpected…. Would have preferred them to give us the proper drink made again.

Veggie burger was great!

Wonderful fine dining experience. Very experienced hosts and servers, the service was top tier. Atmosphere is cozy, quaint, romantic and electric. The food was excellent, steaks done to your preference and served hot. Absolutely enjoyed the bananas foster. Would 100% return.

This is place not for ordinary people you really have to have money in your pocket to be here. It pricy, but you want to calm atmosphere this is it. The food was good but one person alone with a non alcoholic drink was $94.00. Was only because it was for a friend.

Good burger spot. The spicy chicken sandwich was surprisingly good, and I might say it’s better than their burgers. Crinkle fries are good combination of crispy outside and fluffy inside. Poutine gravy was clumpy and did not melt the cheese. Just get the regular fries or sweet potato fries. Food preparation is a little slow so expect to wait a bit after ordering.

Sarah was delightful, super friendly and the food was absolutely amazing! I came here for my birthday and spending my dinner with loved ones here was something I would happily do again! I would highly recommend this restaurant for a really nice variety of food, I had the tofu bowl and it was honestly one of the best dishes I’ve had at a restaurant. The dessert which was a crème brûlée cheesecake was also one of the most amazing desserts I’ve had too.

Had a dinner and Jasper was really nice to us and very friendly! Helpful and was joking around with us :) Also food is always 100/100.

The other day I was trying to get alcohol drink but they thought I was underage and didn’t sell, I only had my digital ID but they don’t accept them unfortunately.

I have been coming here for years. Always fresh and delicious! I tip my hat to Jack and his wife for feeding us!

I would request to please reeducate the staff working there. Not welcoming at all, no greetings also they were not giving enough quantity which i am supposed to have.even the portion is dead less , i have never got such a less portion food from any burrito boys

Went back to Burgers Park a 2nd and a 3rd time and no, their burgers aren't like Mcdonald's :-) Not to me anyways. Patties are juicy, tender, and flavourful. The only big CON here is service so be prepared to wait at least 25 mins.

Was able to try the fries this time and they are better than your average crinkle fries. They are seasoned but not too salty or spicy. Comes with a mayochup-like sauce that's peppery and goes well as a dip.

Price wise- budget 25 per person if getting everything: drinks (2.99), fries ($6), burgers ($9-13). Milkshakes are about $8. Plus taxes of course :-)

Easily one of the best burgers I've tried. Worth a visit. Also try their milkshakes. The patties are thin and everything else (tomatoes thinly sliced, thin layer of dijonnaise, one or two pieces of lettuce) but it's so tasty! And they use a brioche-type bun that's perfect each time.

The chicken sandwich is alright, nothing special. We wanted to try their fries but they ran out by 5 PM 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️

Be prepared to wait even when not busy. Food prep can take up to 25 mins and everyone is parked on the curb for takeout, however, if you park inside the building, Burgers Park will validate parking by giving you a ticket that acts like a coupon.

Service was kind of slow even though it wasn’t too busy. I ordered a sangria and it wasn’t good. It tasted like it was just sitting out, not sure if it’s premixed? It was cloudy… all of the sangrias I’ve had are dark red like the wine was freshly poured not pink and cloudy. Then the steak bowl was…. Very lacklustre. The steak was medium rare but it was so tough, very chewy and had no seasoning. Then there was cabbage, rice, avocado and cucumber. There was no sauce, dressing, seaming, nothing. I was just eating white rice with raw veggies since the steak was so hard.

Amalia was our server for a birthday dinner and she was absolutely wonderful! The food was good, our food allergies were accommodated, and we got a special birthday dessert! We would definitely come back!

WORTH IT!

Guys, this is probably the best ramen I've ever had! It was sooo goood! I had the Tonkotsu Black! It was really flavourful and super balanced. The egg was perfect! Nice and soft and creamy-like. The broth! Omg the broth was sooo goood! Slightly salty and a yummy garlic flavour! The meat was also perfectly cooked and the portion was worth it!

The ramen was so good that everytime I tried to make a post on my social media about it, I actually had to put my phone down to just enjoy it. So delicious.

I also had the original gyoza. It was okay. I thought they were wayy too oily though. They were a bit flavourless. I'm not sure if they were just flavourless or they lose their flavor in all the oil. Even when I dipped them in the sauce, the sauce would just slip off and I'd taste nothing. THAT'S how oily they were. I wouldn't recommend this if that's how they usually fry them. BUT THE RAMEN! Get it!

I spent a total of $30 (including a 15% tip). The server was kind. I felt welcomed. She greeted me and wished me a good day when I left. First glass of water had something in it so I asked her to change it. She apologized and changed it.

The dining room area was calming and chill. It has a very nice atmosphere, especially since the restaurant isn't too big. It gives it a kind of homy feel to it which was nice. The bathroom is decently clean. Could be a bit more clean but otherwise I have no complaints.

Great food and great service as usual!

We were seated kind of in the middle of the hallway and asked if we could be seated at one of the tables beside the windows because there were a few available, but we were told that they were reserved. No one took those tables for almost two hours. If you don't want to be seated in the hallway, mention this when you make a reservation.

We ordered halwa puri. Worst ever tasted!! Felt bad quality oil smell and service also not good. But karrak tea was good!! Water jug and plates are disgusting!!!

Our server Kacey was absolutely lovely! From the moment we sat in her section she was very attentive and gave great recommendations for food and drinks! You’d be lucky to sit in her section! The food and drinks were amazing as always! 10/10 recommend!

The food, service, and ambiance here is impeccable. I came for a work event with 20+ guests and comfortably sat for 2 hours just eating and chatting.

Servers today were a little unsure about which dishes were for which guests due to our large group, and what appeared to be servers-in-training. Ultimately, everyone was still fed warm delicious food in our group with no problems.

I loved the shrimp tagliatelle’s lemon garlic sauce and the addition of shredded asparagus to add flavour and texture. Dessert is always delicious here. I’ll be back :)

Have been here many times and always had a good time. Food is 8/10 and service is fast and great. Parking is limited on the streets (green p) and there is a rooftop patio in summer. The burger is 8/10 and fish and chips is 6/10. I prefer to have snacks in here with drinks 🍹 instead of going for dinner. Overall I give 8/10.

Went there on a Saturday and it wasn't busy, but it still took them probably around 15 to 20 minutes to prepare burger and fries. Very slow service considering it's fast food. Burgers are overpriced, and just taste average. McDonald's and Burger King tastes better and costs less.
The decor in the restaurant is nice and modern, and they have booth seating available. They can give you a free parking voucher.

First time ordering; everything was AMAZING! We ordered a gyro wrap & large souvlaki dinner. Definitely will be picking up dinner from here again!

Never in my life at a Sushi Shop / Poke shop have I gotten a bad attitude from the worker for asking for Soy Sauce for my Spicy crab poke. It’s a sushi shop and you can’t give me soy sauce ???? For a rice bowl???? Please make it make sense. And they don’t have any signs saying that getting the special item, they charge you for soy sauce…
I love this place but one of the workers attitude made me change views about this restaurant.

Edit: after trying the poke bowl, I realised they didn’t even have anything spicy in the bowl, not a single bit of spicy mayo, or the crab was not spicy whatsoever. Very disappointed ☹️

- I quietly went up to the counter to show them and did not cause a scene. The person quickly apologized and got them to remake the burger.

- 🍔 Burger was like any other regular smash burger nothing special, greasy, salty and soft bun.
If you like that type of thing come here.

- 🍟 Fries just reminded me of McCain crinkled cut fries. Cajun season and house fries sauce was what saved it.

This has been our staple place for our anniversary for a few years now. What was nice tonight as our waiter was the guy that served us a few years back remembered us even remembered why we were there. I was very impressed. But this place is outstanding.

Very bad customer service, the cashier lady was being very rude to customer. Shouting at customers, not listening to them, not polite and more…
Food was okay but quantity was less compared to other stores and limited options.

I got the large chicken souvlaki dinner and it was delicious. The salad was fresh. The chicken was tender. The rice and potatoes were delicious. It’s more of a takeout place than a restaurant, however, there are chairs and tables if you do want to stay there to eat. It’s a very down-to-earth spot and the food feels homemade which was so nice. The people working here were so friendly. I will definitely be going back.

Overall a good experience, I found my burger a touch over salted. But was flavourful and the bun was great. The fries were excellent! The poutine was excellent and the dipping sauce that was provided was tasty as well

Food is not bad but some items are just okay. Like got veggie samosas they were horrible made with frozen mised veggies and had no taste . And it was 2$ i think 1 samosa😤. I have trued sone other items those are okay like halwa puri and naan.

Great quality food and very good customer service. They use two types of potatoes which is really nice.

Excellent service, food and atmosphere. Rib Steak was flavourful and prepared as requested, medium. The special for the evening, risotto with grilled lamb was delicious. Complimentary birthday dessert was an unexpected delight. The calamari and caesar salad prepared table side were delicious.

Excellent burger. Perfect crust without being dry, pillowy bun that holds up well to being squished, nicely wrapped so it doesn't drip down your hand onto the tray. The chocolate coffee shake was great, rich but not too sweet. Poutine was alright, maybe a little under seasoned.

Met a friend here for lunch and we were both impressed. We shared a platter (can't recall the name, but it had a variety of schnitzel, kofta, and rice) as an appetizer, and it was fantastic.

Speaking of entrees, both the schnitzel and kofta were delicious. The portions are very generous, especially considering the reasonable prices. Our waitress was also excellent - very attentive and friendly.

I had the most amazing birthday experience. I honestly love the service at this location. The manager claire is amazing, and very accommodating, when I arrived she had a birthday card made to greet me. All the servers are friendly, and food is amazing. I love the fact that the chefs at joeys aren’t afraid to season the food, it all tastes fresh, and well seasoned. The Manager, and staff went out of their way to make my birthday special even offering us all sparkling wine. I will definitely be back over and over again.

Came here last august for their barbie menu and it was so worth the experience! I ordered their fabulous hummus and it was so good. The lovely latte was below my expectation but still okay. My friend ordered the berry bliss french toast and it was delicious as well. Love the vibes of this cafe and great service.

It’s the 3rd time I come here and the same woman is always the cashier,I thought she just had bad days but it’s just her attitude, her tone is very rude, the food is very overpriced as well 30 dollars for a few rolls and 4 salmon slices and dragon fruit juice , I don’t recommend it at all, I don’t mind paying but the cashiers attitude is very rude, DONT wais your time here!

Quite a good smash burger. Well seasoned with a nice sear. A bit burnt on some parts but still really delicious. Their menu is very simple so you won't have trouble making up your mind.

The environment is modern and well lit. Tables could be a bit cleaner.

I would recommend this if you need a quick bite for lunch.

My boyfriend and I went to the David Duncan House for our anniversary. This is the best restaurant we have ever been to. The service and food were amazing, the waiters were always prompt and ready to serve. Our food was cooked to perfection. We would like thank Rita and our waiter Chris for such an amazing night. We will definitely be coming back!

I went on a date with my boyfriend. It was a very cozy cafe. They have nice selection of food. The service was great! Our server was Daniel. So professional and polite. We loved it! Thanks Cafe Lavender

Had a combo Nihair + 2 Naan + 2 Chicken Kebob + 2 pops for $30. I think price is really good for the amount of food these days.

Nihari is very good. Lots of meat, I would say more than other place.

Service - The lady was nice and professional but this is the type of place where you pay first and pick up your food from the counter. No after service, you have to ask for anything you need.

You have to pay upfront at the time of order. The machine gives choice to pay tips. Usually tips depends on service provided. I don't see the point of paying tips upfront, it takes away the incentive for providing better service.

Overall good place. I will go back again.

Went for Sunday lunch and they were quite busy! The restaurant has cute green decor with various seating options.
The burger and sweet potato fries were both delicious! You also have the option to adjust some toppings.

My gf took me here for a celebratory dinner. It's located right near the Don Mills and York Mills Rd intersection and sits next to the Ontario Association of Architects building. It's got ample parking and the house doesn't look that big from the outside but it's actually massive inside. In addition, they have a huge patio as well.

We arrived for a 6:30pm res and were seated promptly by the hostess. Having gone on the resto's official website, going through the virtual tour and then experiencing the decor first hand was really cool. I think there's 3 levels to the resto. We were sat on the lower level.

8oz bacon wrapped filet mignon: My gf said her entree was cooked perfectly and the peppercorn sauce that it came with was nice and creamy. She's not the biggest fan of veggies but she was appreciative of the fact that the meal came w/ broccolini and not broccoli lol. It also came w/ some onion rings. Her filet was extremely tender and juicy.

16oz ribeye steak: My entree came w/ the same default sides and it was also cooked to a perfect medium rare. I do wish from a sides perspective there would've been more choice/options provided given that it is a steakhouse.

Bananas foster (for 2): For dessert my gf and I indulged in some bananas foster. The older, portly gentleman who cooked the bananas and flambéed the rum for us was pretty funny. The liquor didn't catch fire the first time so he added an extra shot to get it to catch LOL. That was a nice show and hilarious.

Service as a whole was quite good. Our server for the night did have a drier sense of humour but that could've just been nerves.

When it comes to fine dining, the closest comparison I have to this resto is Peter's in Markham. The Duncan House itself is way nicer than Peter's (super luxurious washrooms I might add). There's a lot more seating, the decor is modern and the lighting is great. The bananas foster was better in comparison. The resto is also much more affordable than Peter's! Aside from these things, Peter's still sits on the throne for me when it comes to service and food.

A good dining experience overall!

Delicious and great atmosphere. Visited for the first time yesterday. Restaurant was not too busy, really pleasant vibe and the food was really good and was made really quickly. we didn’t have to wait a while to be served and food came almost immediately. We ordered the falafel platter, sweet potato chestnut pasta and the bolognese pasta. Was very pleased with all the vegan options available. All the vegan options had symbols which made it really easy to read and order.

Shawarma sandwhich, not what I expected, tasted curry chicken. Pancake tasted like muffin. Pasta, few pasta noodles seems uncooked.. Been to few of there locations, yorkdale location is a disappointment.

I had a great experience at Cafe Landwer. It was my second time. It wasn’t packed and it was comfortable to talk and the food was delicious. Our server was super lovely! Highly recommend her. She’s super sweet and attentive, her name is Karen! The salmon salad was delish! I’ll come back soon to have it again 😋

The salmon poke bowl was on sale, and it tasted great. Price was reasonable (considering it was Japanese cuisine), and the salmon was incredibly fresh. The rice and whatnot tasted excellent too.

Was trying to get a Poke Bowl from the spot beside it Tuesday night around 8:38 but they closed early and I ended up having to get a $18.02 Salmon Poke bowl from here which has now caused me to lose on 4 days of work and suffer immense abdominal pain and yup you can guess what I'm about to say... diarrhea. Is this food poisoning? Is this poorly stored raw fish? Is this a poorly cleaned surface? Who knows... only thing I know is that I've never experienced anything quite like this and wouldn't wish this even on my own enemies. Good luck to anyone eating here.

I would like to commend our server that day. He was very attentive, focused, and full of energy.
The food, in my opinion is a little overpriced but on the skimpy side.
The decor is tasteful, but the atmosphere is a little bit underwhelming.
I would say it's good for experience in trying the restaurant but not for being a regular.

Ordered the promotion 40$ combo (location specific) yesterday. Very fast service, barely four minutes of wait time before we got our ramen. Very friendly staff, calm atmosphere, and the zangi chicken was incredibly flavourful. Overall, great experience!

Haven't been to this location, tucked away before finch station. We went for a promo deal sansotei had during January. The dining area is a bit small but there were many Uber orders coming through.

Ordered the usual spicy tan tan with extra noodles and the tonkotsu with chicken karrage on the side.

Would come again for a date night :)

• Rose Ravioli (Schnitzel add on): decent, but the ravioli became hard when it cools down. The Schnitzel (their popular dish) was a little disappointed, dry and hard.

• Merguez Shakshuka: they didn't warn me how hot it is, I burned my tounge. Not so much sausage but it was good, I also like the bread.

SERVICE: I was waiting forever for somebody come by and refill my water but no one came. Other than that service was great.

VIBE: lots of space, not to busy, I love the interior.

I ordered my steak to be cooked medium-rare, but it arrived well-done. However, the staff corrected it without any hassle, and I appreciated their prompt action. Overall, the food was decent, but nothing outstanding. My friend also felt that the fish dishes were overcooked. On the bright side, the fries were exceptional and had a satisfying crunch to them.

Food is tasty and fresh always! Top this with the friendly and helpful service from the owners and you got yourself a customer for life! Not too many places nowadays that serve great food and good serving sizes so this is a gem of a restaurant 😊

Our first time here trying Nihari and paaye and it exceeded expectations. The taste was authentic and everything tasted freshly made. The naans were soft and fresh out of tandoor. Definitely give it a try. There’s no service and not many staff working here so there are delays but overall we had a wonderful experience. Masala tea is really good too.

The food is not the issue…fluctuating prices, and non existent customer service needs FIXING! Unfortunately I’m not sure that even Christ Himself could preform this much needed miracle!

Our manager chose this location for our staff Christmas dinner this year. It was not very busy when we got there and the ambiance was very inviting and pleasant. I ordered the Smokehouse Deluxe Beef Burger which is served with fries. I enjoyed my food even though the meat was a little more charred than it should have been. Our waitress was great and gave our group exceptional service. I think this is one of the best premium casual dining and socializing venues in town.

This is a very well known chain in Toronto, known to be a lot of people’s favourites- for me, it’s in the top 3 for sure!

The thing about the location is…there’s some problems.

Let’s start with the food though, it was the best part. I got the black garlic and my friend got the black miso. We also got seaweed salad and corn croquette.

The ramen was amazing. The noodles were chewy, the broth was heartwarming, and the meat just melted in your mouth. I ate the corn croquette, that one was mid. It’s a new item and I like croquettes a lot so I thought I’d give it a try, but the flavour is just in a blend very well, but like every single Santosei Ramen store, the ramen was very good. Is it pricey? Yes, it’s 16-18$ for noodles 😭 but that’s Toronto for you.

Now, the service. The people themselves were really kind and nice. They did their job properly, it’s nothing on them. The thing this mostly relates to is the layout of the place. Where we were seated and where they are standing, they can’t see if we need their help at all.

They didn’t really check that much, especially for when we wanted to order at the beginning. Again, this is nothing on the workers, this is more about how they created the layout of the restaurant.

Another thing about the layout is the washroom. The lighting is really bad. And I’m not talking for bathroom. Mirror pics, I’m talking about about can-I-see-if-the-toilet-seat-I’m-about-to-sit-on-is-dirty type of deal. You really can’t see anything. I get that there’s not much space in the washroom, so it definitely feels cramped. Your knees are almost touching the wall when you sit down. But it’s mostly the lighting.

This leaves into the smell, there was a really odd smell around the middle of the restaurant…not sure what’s that about.

No complaints for the workers and food, just saying how it could improve.

You know what? It isn't bad.

I know this is just a food court quick bite, and the quality of the meal may not be the best. But the flavour is actually quite nice for what it's worth.

If you need some poke at Fairview Mall. This is a nice spot to try it at.

For the most part everything was good. The food was tasty and the premises were clean. The issue that I had was that management should take note that their POS machine is programmed to ask for tips yet there is no table service that was found. The customer has to go to the counter to collect their food so it does not make sense that the customer should be given options for tipping specific amounts starting from 15%. It would be appropriate to ask first whether the customer wants to leave a tip and then specify the amount if a customer still wants to leave a tip. We went ahead and tipped the 15% thinking that we would be served yet no service. Just left a bad taste no pun intended. The establishment should clearly have posters that there is NO table service so the customer can make an informed decision.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Union Social Eatery and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend trying their avocado dip, which was not only tasty but also reasonably priced.

During happy hour, the drink prices were incredibly affordable, making it the perfect opportunity to enjoy some refreshing beverages without breaking the bank. The quality of the drinks was excellent, offering a wide variety to suit different preferences.

Our waitress went above and beyond, providing attentive and friendly service throughout our visit. She even took a memorable picture of my girlfriend and me, which was a thoughtful gesture I

The taste was excellent, setting was also good. Customer service wasn’t the greatest not sure why.
One thing I noted was they can use one spoon for the stews one for soups.
Personally I prefer one each for the different food.
For instance I may not like ayamse but you use the same spoon to serve normal stew.
Or I may not like snail but you use the same spoon to serve stew or rice.
Other than this, its good food

I had been to this booth at least three times for the past 6 years or so, every time I got disappointed by the downhill of food quality. The food was fresh at its grand opening back then and now it is hard to match. I understand food price goes up but if you are going to lower the ingredients quality to cut cost, I think it is not a wise decision. Sorry it will be my last time. All the best for your business.

If you are looking for a great place to enjoy a warm bowl of Ramen during the chilly winter season, then you must visit the Sansotei Ramen located in Yonge and Finch area. I’m a big fan of their ramen at the 9555 Yonge St Unit 12, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 9M5 location and I was not disappointed here. This location is a part of the Sansotei Ramen franchise, known for its delightful staff, rich broth, and mouth-watering ramen.

Upon entering the restaurant, you are greeted by a friendly staff that is always ready to make your dining experience memorable. The menu is short and to the point, featuring only the best and most authentic Ramen dishes. The broth, which is the cornerstone of any Ramen dish, is a blend of tonkatsu and is rich in flavour, providing the perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness. I personally prefer the tick noodles, perfect chewiness and just a great bite. The cha shu pork belly is melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the creamy ajitsuke tomago ramen egg provides an added depth of flavour to the dish.

The beef gyro and chicken shawarma plates were delicious and perfectly seasoned (including the potatoes). Salad was extremely fresh. The space was bright and clean and owners were incredibly nice. I also have to mention that the washroom was spotless.

With all food inflation going crazy right now, this place still maintains its food at an affordable price—another gem hidden in the North York neighborhood.
Service: The owners are super helpful and friendly when I have difficulty choosing what's for my dinner.
Food: I've tried a couple of places for chicken souvlaki and I'm amazed at how soft their chicken is. Someplace might be overdo and the chicken is too dry. I'm not sure what salad dressing they have but I love it so much and lick the container to make sure none of them are wasted 😅. Remember asking for the hot sauce! It's something you'd be happy to get.

If I could give this place a 0 I would!!! I went in and asked for a menu and the rude lady pointed to the hot table and said this is it. No prices were listed or anything. I got a SMALL portion of egusi and fufu and another small dish and it was $55!!! The lady put aprox 1.5 spoons of food in our bowl. How is this place so expensive??? There is no price control and the portions are extremely small and the service is poor. They are robbing people and they do not care!

Best place in town to have a naked burrito/burrito bowl. The food is tasty, affordable, and worth the price. I've never seen them out of any veges. I go there from time to time and never had any complaints.

This location is always consistent with their food. I’ve always been satisfied after my meal. I would recommend asking what noodle type is best suited for your choice of ramen. The thickness does make a different in the overall experience of the dish!
This location does have limited seating but it is worth the wait.

Tried this spot for the first time and really enjoyed it! I was especially happy with the quality of the noodles as they tasted really fresh, as well as the flavours in the dish. I would’ve liked more garlic in my dish, but I still really enjoyed it. I liked that there was a small menu- it shows that they stick to what they are good at without an overwhelming menu.

The service was prompt and good, and I will be back to try their other dishes. I liked the spice level of my ramen.

Its so incredibly delicious. I love burrito bowls and i had been craving a good one for so so long. Had ch*potle and it was absolutely garbage. Burrito boyz never lets me down. For $15ish its absolutely delicious

Honestly my experience was not as bad as some reviews. Solid food, generous portions (except for the meat) at reasonable prices. Taking your time to scoop something does not mean it's going to be a generous portion. Service was speedy and the kitchen was well manned.

I ordered the pulled pork naked burrito. I found everything done well, including the pulled pork which was a bit watery and not saucy as you'd expect. Despite it being take out the tempersture was just right too. Overall pretty good!

My wife and I went to this location and ordered a large steak burrito and a small shrimp burrito.
Here is what was wrong with our order:

1. Instead of a shrimp burrito, we found out when we got home that they gave us chicken. We called the location as soon as we found out and they told us "not to worry because they charged us for chicken and not the shrimp" after first trying to blame us saying we ordered the chicken. My wife is pregnant and hungry, and was craving the shrimp burrito after a 12 hour shift at the hospital. When I said we weren't calling because the issue was the money, and that we didn't get the shrimp we ordered, their response was, "oh ok" followed by silence. When I asked how this is going to be rectified, all I heard was mumbling. It was clear that none of the five employees we saw there was capable or even cared to fix the situation. At that point my wife couldn't take the hunger any longer and opted to eat the chicken burrito.

2. The chicken and beef were cooked to oblivion - dry and tasteless. Actually, the chicken had a bitter aftertaste that was not pleasant, probably from charring.

3. We always get a lot of the sauce options on our burritos. Myself, I got the xxx hot sauce. The burritos were dry and tasteless and we could only taste the rice and the lettuce. No flavour whatsoever. It was so bad we could barely get through half of it.

4. The size between small and large is negligible, - when I saw how similar in size they were, I weighed them and the large was only ~70g more. And that was all rice, not beef.

We've been to burrito boyz at different locations for many years and we've always had a good experience. It's sad that the last few, both in-person and through Uber Eats have been abmissmal. Perhaps better training staff and upholding the original quality that many people love might fix this as we're definitely not going back anytime soon, which is truly disappointing to us.

A bowl of Ramen during a cold rainy day or winter always hits the spot, and this is the best spot in the area for it.

Update - came back to visit and ordered Tonkotsu Black ramen, zangi chicken and mango cheesecake and the quality is j ust as good as pre pandemic

Amazing food, very tasty, owner has an amazing attitude, very friendly and with great manners, place is clean and food was superb, totally recommended! The plates are a great portion for a fair price, beef gyro, chicken shawarma and chicken souvlaki are the top 3 best dishes of the house. I had a great experience.

Very bad to my opinion.

Toppings are plain. Avocado, cucumber, lettuce, few seaweed shreds and Panko bits

They didn’t even give soy sauce or anything. I had to come back and ask for it.

Very little amount of protein, mostly rice. Very very bland.

Save your money. Don’t get poke bowl. Maybe try something else

Food was good, I had the UFO burger with the market salad. The salad was delicious and definitely different than an average house salad. The kitchen was out of a few ingredients at the time, our waitress very kindly apologized for this. The staff were nice and welcoming. The rooftop patio was a cozy environment, although we were seated a little too close to another table. Overall, great experience and food.

This place is the absolute worst! Terrible customer service!!
Called here on Saturday to place an order for moi-moi and I was told to come pick up my order 5:45 PM. Got there a little earlier and was told they didn't know who my order so they didn't reserve any moi-moi for me! I drove almost 40km and the only thing y'all could say to me was sorry o, moi-moi is finished! They did not offer to make it right or show any empathy.
This place does not know anything about running an ethical business. It is obvious they do not care about their customers!

Ordered the jollof rice,plantain and beef. Unfortunately the plantain was very dry and the beef was chewy as well unlike the time we had it at an earlier visit. The flavours were there but couldn't enjoy it because of how dry it was. Will give it an other try in the future.

The poke bowl was good with the spicy tuna freshly made. Negative side is the lack amount of veggies and tuna due the price. Overall was a good experience. I recommend this place.

Friendly staff, fresh food, cleanest Mexican place I've been, and quality burritos for great value! Free parking above the restaurant too. The staff was really nice, I brought a friend who had never had a burrito before with me to the restaurant. They walked them through the entire order, from picking the proteins to the toppings. The kitchen was very clean, the cook changed gloves properly, the floor was clean, the tables and seats were clean, the washroom was: everything was clean. Best Burrito Boyz experience so far!

Ordered from here through Skip The Dishes and it came fast and fresh. I used to go to the original one downtown after a night of drinking and it always hit the spot. Even sober they great. Wow! This one is just like to original. Tastes is amazing. Got a large steak burrito and a chicken casadia. There's just enough meat for what you're paying for. I live close enough to this one to visit regularly.
