Called to place a to go order tonight at 8:40 and the lady said the kitchen is closed? Even though they close at 9pm. How weird, anyways, she was rude on the phone and I know that’s not how it works there. Hire better people maybe?

My wife and I love this place! The quality is great, prices are very reasonable and the staff is always warm and inviting (we're on a 1st name basis).
No frills here, just quality sushi that leaves some $ in your pocket.
Pro tip, try their AHI tower for the most bang for your buck.

Just bought from them for the first time and the sushi is incredible! Their hand rolls are super full so you get your moneys worth and they taste great :)

I highly recommend Sushi Zen. All the sashimi and rolls are very fresh especially salmon. If you’re craving for some sushi, this is the spot!
Awesome food. Best curry ever. My husband and I go to this place at least once a month, we love it. Food and service are great!

Great food, if you know what you're going in for.

Most of what I've eaten here has been just great. The Yellow curry dish is amazing, and the Pineapple fried rice is good, and served plentifully. The chicken satay is good, but should be more for the price point.

The inner seating area is small, but comfortable nicely themed.

Love this cute little place. You get what you pay for in terms of selection, but compared to other restaurants of similar size and price, Sushi Zen is probably one of the better kaiten restaurants I’ve had in the area in terms of quality.

This place is great for a calm atmosphere even at Its busiest. People that work here treat each other like a family and tend to the customers needs whenever possible. The food isn't the highest quality sushi but it doesn't need to be, it's delicious as it is and the vegetarian options are fantastic! They really try to cater to the needs each person has. Go experience it yourself. It's a casual sushi experience that's soothing and fun to look at, the kids will love all the fun pictures and figurines. Here's a picture of what they did for my birthday even!

Was hungry after work and remembered this restaurant. Had eaten their food before several times and it was always good.

Was not busy at all when I arrived and was seated right away.

Ordered the Drunken Noodles with chicken. The food came out very quickly.

It was absolutely delicious! Lots of flavor and I enjoyed every bite. Good balance of noodles, chicken, vegetables and sauce.

Have also tried the Pad Thai with chicken and it was very good and flavorful 👌.

Thanks for the great meal!

I highly recommend stopping by and trying them out.

Highly recommended!!! The restaurant is very clean and well organized. They also have Kids-friendly menu and you can ask less salt for kids. My daughter loved their food. I can definitely say that Sushi Zen is the best sushi restaurant around this town!!
My favorite yellow curry! So sweet yet full of flavor. It’s that perfect blend of “spicy” but warm. You can see all the yummy seasonings!!

We were hoping to like this place but it was below average for us. We got takeout of the pad see ew with fried tofu and the spicy catfish curry. The noodles were way over cooked in the pad see ew so they all melded together and the flavor of the sauce was not very strong. The catfish had a great flavor but the dish was small for how pricey it was. The service was good and fast, but overall, very underwhelming :(

One of my favorite places to get a steamy hot bowl of soup , the broth Is on point, and the beef is so tender it melts in mouth. From the presentation to the flavor , absolutely incredible. I gave 5 stars because it's so zen inside the restaurant, the customer service is amazing they are very welcoming and very friendly .

Best place for raw fish in the area. <this review is from 2018/19), the food is still good.
However, the service is terrible. Possibly due to the new ownership.
My wife and I began frequenting this establishment back in 2010 when we moved into the area. The owner (I wish I could remember her name), greeted us like we were family and took care of us even when on one visit, my mother was rude to her.
The service was excellent as was the sushi itself. We were introduced to the Sushi Cake (pictured below, might no longer be available, ask for it), here and it became our favorite dish.
Sadly, with Sushi Zens new ownership, I have noticed a steady decline in the customer service area. The wait staff is uncommunicative, the greeter tends to be biased (or even racist) towards the customers. Regardless of how many times we dined here we were always treated poorly, if they even acknowledged us at all after seating us.
All in all regardless of how great the sushi is here, I will not be patronizing this establishment anymore.
Fare thee well Sushi Cake.
Sorry, it ends this way. 💀
