Finally! Wasabi. ACTUAL, friggin wasabi. You must request it as they do not waste it on the uninitiated.
Their menu reflects the populist palate of "Asian fusion" that rules the day as a gateway to purist epicureanism, they excel with the more traditional Japanese options.

No doubt that the food that we have is good… The chicken teriyaki… The side salad… The brown rice… What we found shocking was the four small little thin sliced pieces of eggplant for seven dollars! What a rip it upset us the most… We open up the package after Home delivery… It turned us off to tell you the truth… We can get good food just about anywhere right? They’re very few places that survive… But there are places that don’t survive because of high prices… I don’t care what anyone says… Eggplant is not expensive!
The food was excellent and well priced we each got miso soup and sushi rolls and everything was delicious and came out promptly and the service was really good. The sake and wine were pretty well priced and were also very tasty.
The restaurant is really nice and comfy, the service was super nice and courteous, the menu offers an infinite selection and everything was fresh, tasty, and presented with a lot of care. And you definitely need to see the bathroom gallery!

Very good sushi and reasonably priced. I used to order from here very frequently for lunch; the maki combo lunch specials are very reasonably priced and fill you up. They have an extensive menu of speciality rolls which is nice and that’s what we tried tonight. Very delicious. The manager, Tony, is amazing 👍🏼 If you’re not in the mood for raw fish there’s plenty of other options to choose from on the menu like hibachi bento boxes and fried rice. Highly recommend Sushi Yu for a low-key Japanese meal 👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I went to this Fushimi for the second time today with my friend for dinner. I had a great experience, starting with the courtesy of Mr. Eryc, the manager, and excellent customer service from the waiter, Kevin; he was polite and attentive to my friend and me. This Fushimi has a tremendous and diverse menu of sushi platters. I loved my food and drink a lot. You must try the Fushimi fried rice, it's delectable. I am happy that I visited again. Thank you, Mr. Eryc and Kevin, for welcoming my friend and me. I will visit again, and I recommend visiting that place, especially if you are celebrating a special occasion or a date. The bathroom is also super clean and beautiful. Overall, great vibes and I like the place. 💯

I stopped in randomly on my way to the city about 2 weeks ago for some shumai and shrimp rolls and I really enjoyed my experience. The restaurant is very clean and the staff are very inviting and attentive. I sat at the bar area which was pretty cool. Ordering was very easy( I asked for a small substitute on my roll of which they happily accommodated). They have a lot of menu options that range from rolls, the bento, to soups , the full out entrees. There is ample variety to satisfy most palates. I ordered a drink called the Blushing Tiger and it was really good, not too strong. My food was very fresh too, as I had the steamed shumai and the shrimp roll . Their pick up/takeout section is right at the bar so there is constant traffic in the bar area , however, there is ample seating if you want a quieter dining experience. I have ordered takeout twice since my visit and it’s been exquisite. Definitely 10/10 for sushi
I had the stewed beef noodle soup last night and it was really tasty. For $10.95, that really is not bad. The beef was really soft and tender and the broth was flavorful.

Greenpoint roll and tempura veggie roll, both great vegetarian options. Prefer the sushi over the noodle dishes here. Been here several times, always good, efficient service. Only improvement suggestion is more non alcoholic beverages- only have sodas, Snapple and water.
This is by far my favorite sushi place in the area. Ive dined in and picked up food from this place and dined in. Amazing quality both times. I've had sushi around the neighborhood and a lot of it has been not good. This place is very fresh.

Nagoya Special Rolls (ones cost more) became a lot smaller. Like regular $4 ones, but you pay 3 times more. Dragon roll is tiny now
All food has no taste. Sashimi is defiantly not fresh, make your mouth dry as if there is some chemical in the fish to make it look fresh. We had stomach pain the second day.

Excellent little sushi spot. Great atmosphere, portions are generous and food tastes amazing. Nice little get together spot I went with some friends. We were all pleased with our meals. Fantastic service. Would definitely go to again next time I'm in the area. Totally see this palace as a great date night or group gathering spot.
I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience at this restaurant. The food was exceptional, particularly the fresh oysters, flavorful pineapple fried rice, and delicious sushi. However, there were some areas for improvement. The service felt rushed, with mains arriving while we were still enjoying our appetizers. Additionally, the drinks were unbalanced and could have been better. Despite these shortcomings, I would still recommend this restaurant for its decent service, good food and great ambiance.
The food here is very good. The beef noodles has good broth and tender beef. I also order a fried chicken that is tender inside. The pen fry dumplings are descent. I highly recommend this restaurant for good Chinese food.
I think 🤔 this may be my new sushi spot in Williamsburg…. The food was fresh, the service was great and the atmosphere was relaxing. When you in the mood for some sushi 🍣 I say give them a try you won’t regret it.

I recently dined at Sushi Meshuga and had a wonderful experience. This kosher sushi restaurant is a true gem, and the manager, Emanuel, made all the difference. His passion for the cuisine was evident in his expert recommendations and attentive service. He was the perfect blend of professional and friendly, making sure that I and everyone else felt valued. Not only is the sushi delicious, but the atmosphere is exceptional thanks to the outstanding management led by Emanuel. I highly recommend Sushi Meshuga for a delightful culinary journey.
One day walked pass and said hey let me try the food here and I like it here. The staff is patient, kind and very helpful when it comes down to food suggestion. So if you want something to eat try the food in there. I would recommend it. My server Tommy was very helpful and did a amazing job. Wanted something new and he suggested the hibachi steak and shrimp.

This place is a solid spot to get great sushi. It's understated, but the staff are all very kind. The only thing that would improve it would be occasional live music.
I order pickup here almost exclusively when craving sushi and it's definitely the best in the area. That said, some things on the menu just shouldn't be on there at all. If you're going for the first time the standouts are spicy girl roll, rockstar roll, firecracker shrimp app, and any of the classic sushi rolls.
What a great Asian fusion place! The menu is really creative, there were many things I wanted to try which is usually not the case. Fresh food. The only downside for me - the spicy items were not spicy enough (surprise)! Other than that, would be back!
Excellent quality rolls at good prices. Can get busy during lunch so order ahead of time. Has a few tables but no table service. Mostly a takeout place.
This is the best kosher sushi I ever had, They use real high quality fish, It was the freshest and the best tasting sushi I ever had , it's just mouthwatering, and on top of that excellent customer service and very well priced, I highly recommend this place for everyone, I'll be coming back again, place is very well managed and the owner is on top of his game, Thank you

I went with friends for my bday Feb 3. We had happy hour at the bar then dinner. Took lots of fun pictures...Yuan was our server. He's so attentive and on point.. he was great. I enjoyed the cocktails and food. The short rib was excellent!!!! The crabcake was yummy. Fried rice with shrimp and chicken!!! My friends had a variety of Sushi. They brought out a chocolate lava cake and ice cream for me. I really enjoyed every bit of my birthday dinner. Will surely be back. Thank you

Came with a big group of friends here and the service was on point. Food was incredible, goooooood sushi. the prices are very reasonable and you can try bunch of stuff without breaking your pocket. This place is definitely a must try in Brooklyn!
Ambiance was very good. The place was in middle of no where almost so it felt a bit unsafe if I were to walk in the neighborhood. It was night time. However, once I walk in, it was completely different. I luckily parked right outside the restaurant and it was a cold day with barely any customers inside. More takeouts than dine-ins. The drinks were okay. The appetizers were pretty good with the karaage and eggplant. My friends and I mostly got sushi. We’re simple people who like salmon and thought it was really good. It’s not amazing but pretty good. I felt the cost was a bit high, but we had fun and nothing tasted bad. I like the ambiance more than anything though. The waiters were attentive and brought the food in a timely manner.
Beef soup is very good. The spice is right when I need my spicy fix and the spring rolls are refreshingly hot and crispy. Definitely recommend this place! Has become one of my faves
not sure if this is affiliated with all the other kiku' s in the neighborhood, but this place was bustling with a bunch of people on a Friday night. night mostly people who are laid back and cozy and overall food tastes great and presentation wise could be better, but it was a good place to have some nice tasty noms. we had the salmon avocado, that you'll avocado, and the crunchy spicy tuna roll which were all very good, but the crunchy was probably the best in terms of flavor and texture. then we had the chicken udon and the broth was lacking that umami flavor, but the noodles were very bouncy and nice and portion size was great. we had some green teas that were bagged green teeth. oh yeah! kani salad can't go wrong with that. overall not bad
I usually don’t give a bad review. But wow. I must be honest. Chicken karaage was not fully cooked (see picture). The sushi tasted OLD. Definitely not eatable. I’m giving the food of my order a 1 star. The presentation of the delivery was pristine but I’m hungry.
A very exciting atmosphere very busy and full of large parties. I sat by the sushi bar and loved every second of it! Sushi is fresh and the lobster roll specialty was my favorite. Oysters were fresh, loved the presentation. Perfect for date night
Very disappointed. I ordered an Alaska roll, the sweetheart roll, and the edamame for takeout. First, there was no soy sauce included. My sweetheart roll, which was supposed to have tuna, spicy tuna, and avocado, came with shrimp tempura and an unknown mayo-based dish on top. Not to mention the sweetheart roll was supposed to be in the shape of a heart, this was just in regular shape. Sushi is lacking flavor. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great sushi in Greenpoint. The chef uses excellent ingredients. Reasonable price. The staff are friendly and provide good service. Most importantly, the chef pays great attention to details in making sushi.
The main thing that threw me off about this place was how small the nigiri sushi was. We ordered a sushi dinner special that came with 16 pieces of sushi. They were half the size of normal sushi. They also don’t give the standard assortment of sushi. There was no unagi or shrimp sushi. Instead we had 6 pieces of the same fish which I think may have been snapper. It came with a dragon roll that was very tasty. So my advice is to stick with the rolls at this place. Don’t bother with any nigiri sushi as they’re the smallest you’ll have at the same price point of other places. Also, do not order the chestnut Mille crepe cake. The tempura cheesecake was awesome.

Went for the Omakase, not cheap. I didn't mind the price if the food was worth it, however for an over a hundred-dollar meal per person when they serve "a spicy scallop roll" - first of all, it already sounds a bit inauthentic, but ok, I ate it and it was FULL OF crunches and very oily... seriously? I was very close to return it on the spot but I did take a bite... anyway that was just one of the 7 other things about the meal that we didn't like and the rest I just don't want to mention since I don't like to go through the emotions again. And I would kindly suggest to the chef - he is kind, but if you are going to explain your food to your customers, please actually let us understand what you are saying, it's not the English, it's care. Never again.
I love this place. I used to go years back and I started to go again recently. Now it's a weekly routine.
This is a great sushi spot, with a variety of different options to choose from, including vegetarian and dietary restrictions. The cost for two people, plus sake and dessert, was just around $100 with the tip included. The ambiance has more of a club setting with house music when I was there, but it was not overpowering or distracting to have a normal conversation. Had a great time, and I will return the eel with cucumber roll was my favorite.
We have been there a couple times. First time we ordered online and the quality was super good and fresh. We finally went there for my birthday and the space is really nice, all wood and cozy, nice low lights and atmosphere, great service and drinks. 100% recommended
I adore this spot! Ever since I relocated to this neighborhood two years ago, I've exclusively been getting sushi from here. They offer the finest sushi, and the owner and staff are amazing! They are always incredibly kind, and the food is scrumptious and reasonably priced, plus the portions are generous. On my recent visit, they surprised us with complimentary ice cream and sang happy birthday even though we didn't ask for anything extra (thank you, Tony!). Super grateful for them!
Good bowl of beef noodle soup that would fill you up with reasonable price point. Noodle has good chewiness with tender meat with refreshing bok choi. Pan frided dumpling was a nice addition to the meal. And the waiting time is pretty short.
Only catch would be small dining space which won't fit someone expect some sort of banquet.

Found this place as we were looking for somewhere to sit down and eat dinner after 10. Staff was super nice. Food was pretty good. Got a few pieces of sashimi, baked bass roll, sweet potato roll. The sushi was pretty much what you expect for the price. Also ordered the Thai basil tofu which was ok. Liked the crispy ness of the tofu and the heat but there was zero Thai flavors.
I am delighted with the service and the beautiful presentation of dishes! Everything is very tasty, the recommendations of the waiter are professional, despite the noisy child, they fed him and made friends with him! If they asked me where to go to eat tasty, beautiful and with good service, definitely Nagoya!

We were a party of 8 on an early Sunday afternoon. We had the largest table by the window and the nicest server Robin. We had a delicious meal of chef’s choice Omakase and a variety of apps, desserts and sake. I was pleasantly surprised as I have never been to that part of Brooklyn. It was a nice relaxing meal because we were not rushed. Would definitely return to try other things on the menu!
Got the Rou Jia Mo (pork stuffed sandwich) and it was really fresh! Outside part is very fluffy and crispy, and the inside meat is flavorful. Tastes like the ones I’ve had in Xi’An.

Small little hole in the wall. Has about 4 tables to sit down at, and has only 1 waitress. She was very cute and nice and they have the people making sushi visible but in the back. They run a lot of delivery’s so the place is flooded with door dashers, so it’s not as romantic as it could be. I haven’t had sushi in a while and I went in and ordered the fire roll, which includes salmon. And I can tell you from personal experience that this fish was FRESH, it had a very good taste and it mixed very well with its other components. It costed me $15 after lunch hour. And it had only 8 large pieces. I would come back here. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is because their menu pricing is a lie. My roll was supposed to be $12 but instead they charged me $15. When I asked the waitress why she charged me so much. She said “because of tax” and there is no way in hell that $12 taxed equals to $15. But for what it’s worth I will still come back, the quality is still definitely their. All I would like to see is for the menu to reflect its actual pricing.

Perfection! Food was simple, tasty, and fresh. The scallop sushi was my absolute favorite.
We wanted to eat at Naruto Ramen but discovered that they are closed. We passed by Kiku last week, and we wanted to try it. My family enjoyed this beautiful restaurant, it's clean, and the employees/workers are friendly. The food was so flavorful, and it was well seasoned. The sushi rolls are out of this world. We will most definitely be back.

The taco was an interesting take on sushi and absolutely tasty. Miso soup was not salty - FULL of flavor, as it should be. Photos attached are after we devoured our fill. Never really had leftovers, but portion sizes are generous and fulfilling.

Placed a home delivery from this restaurant, I can truthfully say it was HORRIBLE. The bill came out to a decent number $174.00 for what I would consider worth it if the fish was good and tasted well. The fish was not good, it was very bland, felt like there was no flavor in it whatsoever, and I was surprised because of all the good reviews and raves I hear from people about this place. I ordered a variety types of fish, hoping that not all would be so tasteless, but they all were. I usually do not leave reviews, but i hope I can save at least one person the money and frustration with this place. I called the place back and explained to them how horrible everything tasted, they said i am the only person to complain. I am not that picky of a person, but if i am paying that amount for food i would expect it to be somewhat decent. Sorry to leave this place a bad review, but it is the truth. It was three people that ate the food and all three said it was tasteless fish. What a shame. Save your money, order from a local place or just travel to sushi seki and enjoy the real experience with great service and amazing fish for the same money.
