We wanted to try some Chinese cuisine in Mumbai and were pleasantly surprised. The wonton soup, noodles, and black pepper tenderloin with egg rice were all super tasty and well-made. A great place to stop in Colaba if you’re hungry! Our waiter was very helpful.
Very small sitting room with no windows or any natural light, I ordered no spicy and got very spicy food that I could not eat without my mouth burning, I would not come back here.

Loved the ambience, food and service. Staff was really courteous and helpful.
The food is good but the staff is arrogant. Especially lady on the counter. She don't have manners. How to talk to a customer's. I am a regular customer but Will not visit again for eating or take away parcel. Owner please give some training to lady.

We found it on Google Maps.
Once ordered, the food was served promptly. It was amazingly delicious!
I wish the sushi rice was a little tastier, but overall I was satisfied.
If you see this, I recommend you go if you like Asian food.

I recently visited this restaurant with my family and was impressed with the delicious food, especially the prawn tempura sushi and prawn noodles—they were absolutely yummy! The ambiance was good too. However, the space was quite congested, and only two families (around eight people) could dine at a time. We had to wait for others to finish before we could enter. Despite the small seating capacity, the food was worth the wait and quite affordable. Overall, a great spot for a tasty meal if you don’t mind the limited seating!
I had a fantastic time at Sigdi restaurant! The prawns tandoori was incredibly flavorful, and the sauce was rich and creamy. The staff were so welcoming and made us feel like family. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, and the ambiance was cozy and relaxed. The wine selection was great, and I especially recommend to keep dessert ! Highly recommend for anyone looking for an intimate, quality meal
Food taste is not so good like u cant even eat what's on your plate weird taste

Food and ambiance was very good. I ordered butter chicken and as a person from Delhi I can say it was exquisite but what pissed me off was their service. I waited 30 minutes for my bill, asked several times at last I had to walk to the counter. Walking to the counter is not a big deal but if you are charging so expensive customer need a proper service. So yes the service was a disappointment apart from it everything was top notch.

Located on the first floor of the Intercontinental Hotel, right in front of Marine Drive, Kebab Korner offers a soothing and peaceful ambiance with dim lighting and live performances, reminiscent of a Lucknowi Durbar. Every table provides a stunning view of Marine Lines, adding to the experience.

We ordered the famous Afghani Tikka Kebabs, which were outstanding, though the biryani was average. For dessert, we had Motichoor Rabdi, which was delicious. The staff was professional and prompt, but as expected from a 5-star establishment, the pricing was on the expensive side.

Good restaurant near CST station. Tried porotta and beef, it was good at affordable price. It's a best place near CST to get Kerala food with authentic taste.
I am pretty sure, you would not have tried something as good as their crispy chicken roll in the roll category.
Tandoori chicken was good too, overall every food item is great.
Their delivery and service is very slow, on the phone I was told 30 mins, I got my order after an hour

We have visited this restaurant before but today the overall food was pathetic. The starter Bharwa aloo was so dry & the aloo was huge with less filling. The tawa biryani was with very less veggies; its raita was sour & black dal was over cooked with its taste missing. The other 2 starters paneer was not soft & the other was tasteless ie more garam masala. Being a fine dine I would never visit again

WORST experience ever.
WORST, TASTELESS, OVERPRICED, OVERHYPED.
The food was very disgusting. We ordered Bombil Fry Thali and it was horrible. Felt like they fried it in diesel. All black in color and smelly. Mutton sukkha Thali was tasteless. Surmai Fry were plain. Tisrya thali and Prawns Fry Thali was ok but below average.
And they didn't served us Sukat in any Thali. Tables in this are congested. Cleaning staff is weird.
Spent almost 3k. Waste of money.
This place is REALLY OVERHYPED and DULL.

A casual dining space, Kuai Kitchen is the newest offering from the Royal China stable, but you never would have guessed it. Its faux-grungy interiors, complete with graffiti-splattered walls and red-and-blue accents, are a far cry from the brand’s other restaurants, including the recently launched Jia, which caters to those with fat wallets. Moreover, it is matchbox-sized in comparison to its sprawling siblings. Kuai is the kind of place where you can make a mess and still breathe easy.

While the ambience is cheerful and the menu inviting, we dropped in to check if the wallet-friendly food matches up to the standard we’re used to expecting from the brand.
we’re surprised when we spot a sushi selection on Kuai’s menu. While the absence of sashimi and nigiri is sorely missed, we’re more than happy to dig into a Volcano Prawn Tempura Roll (Rs550), which comes drizzled with mayo ‘lava’. When it arrives (really quickly, may we add), the generous portion impresses us. Digging in, however, we realise that the chef may also have been a tad generous with the salt, a problem compounded by the fact that we’ve happily dunked our roll in soy sauce. That aside, we’re thoroughly content: the tempura prawns are juicy and crunchy, and the rice wrapping is not stodgy.

The food is really great, one must visit this place if if they love sea food. The crab lollipops are really worth trying. Prices are average, and taste is great. The only thing is that it is very crowded so you have to come early and wait in line.
Good Food , Affordable Price , Vintage Feel !! Nice place grab a bite with friends .
Tried Omlet , Bhurji & kheema !! Must try their Chai & Bun Maska !! Tastes good, service is slightly slow but mainly because they prepare everything fresh.

Parking is not available so keep that in mind.

At Gomantak Hotel, the combination of chicken and wade is a culinary delight that shouldn't be missed.

The chicken is tender and infused with flavorful spices, while the wade provides the perfect crispy accompaniment. Together, they create a satisfying and hearty meal that showcases the best of Malvani cuisine.

Pairing the chicken and wade with Shimplya adds a delicious component to the meal. Made with locally sourced ingredients, Shimplya bursts with freshness and vibrant flavors, complementing the richness.

To balance out the bold flavors of the meal, don't forget to indulge in a glass of Solkadi. This tangy and refreshing drink, made from coconut milk and kokum, cleanses the palate and provides a cooling contrast to the spicy dishes.

Overall, the combination of chicken and wade, along with Shimplya and Solkadi, offers a complete and satisfying dining experience at Gomantak Hotel.

this meal is sure to leave you craving more."

I recently dined at Pali Bhavan in Bandra West, Mumbai, and I must say, it was an exquisite experience. The restaurant's ambiance transports you with its elegant and traditional Indian decor, making for a welcoming and comforting atmosphere.

I ordered the butter chicken, garlic naan, and steamed rice. Each dish was a revelation of flavors. The butter chicken was perfectly creamy, with a rich tomato base that was both spicy and sweet, enveloping tender chunks of chicken that were cooked to perfection. The garlic naan was a flawless companion to the curry, with a buttery texture and just the right amount of garlic to enhance but not overwhelm. The steamed rice was light and fluffy, the perfect base to enjoy the flavorful curry.

Accompanying my meal was a glass of Indian wine, which was of outstanding quality. It paired beautifully with my meal, enhancing the flavors with its crisp and fruity notes.

Pali Bhavan not only impressed with its food but also with its attentive service and warm hospitality. I highly recommend this gem to fellow travelers and locals alike. Whether you're a fan of Indian cuisine or looking to try it for the first time, Pali Bhavan is a must-visit when you're in Mumbai.

First couple days in Mumbai I hopped into the Intercontinental Hotel to a place called Kebab Corner. Their fixed price lunch was 2295 rupees So 27 dollars. The service was impeccable, friendly, attentive, and not intrusive The 18 different menu items they served me, were all outstanding I would give this a 9 1/2 out of five stars. I’m a huge fan of Indian food and this is easily the top place that I’ve been in my life. If the bill had been $100 I would still have considered it incredible deal, it was a really really good meal. Rohan, Prateek, Omkar, Prerna and Sancha were all great and super helpful.

Fantastic heritage cafe in lovely building. We ordered chicken tikka masala, garlic naan and rice.... food was exceptional, portions extremely generous, we're big eaters but struggled to finish. Definitely worth a visit , gets you out of the madness of the street into a time capsule oasis. Nice cold beers available too.

We had lunch here and loved the ambience and the food! Definitely upscale in its prices the decor is that of an ancient house.. a tin roof and walls adorned with photos of a bygone era!
The menu does not disappoint
We had bhatti malai broccoli, achari paneer and Jaituni malai murg tikka as starters! Finished with the Hyderabadi subz biryani and mixed raita! The mixed raita was average and the dahi served with biryani just plain curd whipped with salt , zeera and ref pepper! The biryani was tasty and just right though
The pan ki kulfi i loved!
The starters and the dessert were the highlights
A cheap and good place to eat like a hungry prince , but money of a pauper

We visited Kebab Korner in intercontinental located at marine drive, a legacy restaurant started since 1980!

The place gives a very royal vibe with traditional old fixtures and

They are currently running a new menu - Kebab E Dastarkhwan which lets you savor authentic cuisine prepared with the finest touch.

We loved the new menu which was decently priced at 2499 plus Taxes per person

You can chose any 3 items (Veg / Non Veg) can order the same multiple times.

Choices Include the below :

Veg : Chowk Ki Tikki / Kumbh ki Galawat / Paratwala Paneer / Triveni Tandoor Phool / Butte ki Seekh

Non Veg : Murgh ke Parche / Murgh Kalmi Kebab / Mutton Shami Kebab / Angara Fish Tikka / Nawabi Jalpari

My recommendation from the above : Paratwala Paneer / Angara Fish Tikka / Nawabi Jalpari – Absolutely loves these 3 dishes!

This is followed by a selection of Biriyani, Kulcha, Dal Makhani & Desserts

KK Signature Dal Makhani here is not to be missed & the desserts are truly shahi!

A special mention to Mughlai Gosht Biriyani as well

Desserts included all my favorite – Shahi Tukda, Strawberry Phirni & Baked Kala Jamun

Shootout to Mr. Jaspal Singh for his warm hospitality & Chef Lalit for the impeccable food 😋

A true royal dining experience at Kebab Korner located inside intercontinental at Marine drive!

We can't wait to visit again for a marvelous dining experience 👌

Apparently it’s quite difficult to get real good tandoori chicken in the southern states so definitely check this restaurant out. It’s a tiny place but with authentic tandoor dishes. The garlic kabab was great. But tandoori was out of this world. Perfectly spices marinated smoky charred from the tandoor and super tender and juicy! 10/10 for the chicken tandoori. Garlic cheese naan was delicious and the chicken seek kabab was juicy and tender. Fresh coriander chutney and delicious salty buttermilk/lassi. It’s also a plus they carry ThumbsUp! The chicken handi was good but not authentic it was sweeter and not as creamy or smoky as the real one. Service was great and seating was nice on the second floor. Great place and a must visit for tandoori.

It has become our go to place when we want some quiet environment to talk and good food with drinks.
Ambience - It gives the vibe of the old mumbai with antique decor and paintings reminding you of time long gone.
It is difficult to find such quiet and calm in this bustling city where time will slow down.
Bbq Chicken wings- Must try, they have been my absolute favourite.
It has good quantity. The sauces is a good mixture of sweet and spicy

The place is located on a busy street. They have valet parking. Reservation is recommended. Food was good, both the veg and non veg options. Liked the fresh lime, very difficult to get it right.
Cost of the meal per person excludes alcohol and desserts.

Place made me feel nostalgic. Rustic old world feel. Decor is done nicely. Food is expensive and good. Though portions for the cost could have been more. Try the lamb galauti, gunpowder calamari, butter chicken.

Great place for family , friends.
The food is 3.5/5 , i had butter chicken and butter naan which was decent in taste. I loved their chinese especially Schz chicken fried rice .The quantity of food is good with comparison to the price. Only thing is being in Bandra West the Ambience is not that great !!!

The restaurant enjoys a good location in the heart of colaba causeway. They have a menu with a large selection of choices. The restaurant interiors are pretty quirky. Though the indoor and outdoor seating is a bit tight and congested. We ordered Dynamite roll, Fried corn curd, Spicy chicken bao and prawn Tom yum fried rice.
Spicy Chicken Bao was good but the sauce with it was the star. Loved it. Considering the price, I would have expected to be served atleast 4 Baos since the baos aren’t that huge. Fried corn curd came with sweet mint sauce. Again the sauce was the star of the dish. Corn curd is the same that you’ll get to try anywhere else as well. Dynamite roll was a disappointment. Too much sauce on it that we could barely taste the ingredients. Also 700 rupees for sushi with that taste doesn’t do justice. Lastly, the Tom Yum Fried Rice with prawns. The fried rice was oily although tasted great. Would have appreciated at least some veggies in the fried rice but it only had rice and small tiny pieces of prawn.

The restaurant has good quality food. I guess with improvements in portion sizes (to match up to the prices that are high-end) I’m certain this restaurant will do much better. There were just 2 tables occupied on a Friday night.

One of the rare 5 stars... Absolutely loved the place... Old time vibes with dim lights & pictures.
Best place to chill out with friends over beer & good food.
Food - Bombay duck (fish) was a good change compared to the the Maharashtran style.
Steak burger - simple, loved it (fries below average) the burger compensated for it.
Bread pudding - nostalgia... Took me back to my child hood

Note - my wife appriaciated the clean washroom.

Will be back to taste the Iranian dishes

Small places can occupy a big place in your heart !
Yes, this quirky small casual dining located at Colaba, South Bombay made a big place in my heart with their incredible experience of Pan Asian dining.

Kuai Kitchen’s 1st outlet was this one, from where this concept of casual Asian dining experience started. It’s a small place but trust me the food here is just delicious and salivating.
Kuai kitchen belongs to Royal China groups, the name says it all. Veteran in the industry serving best of Chinese. So you don’t have think twice before visiting Kuai. Hands down one will have a great experience here.

The service by Mr. John, who was the manager made our dining experience a worthwhile one. He was very kind and courteous. He was very generous with his attitude towards every customer present there. I was super impressed with the high quality of service.

We ordered :-

Sushis:-
Asparagus Tempura Sushi
Crispy Cucumber avocado Sushi
They were great in a portion.

Dimsums:-
Edamame Truffle Dimsums
Corn and water chestnuts Dimsums
They were 4 in portion size
Both the Dimsums and sushis are worth trying here, Kuai is best known for their variety of Sushis and Dimsums served in Veg & Non veg both

Loved their menu, super exciting and yummy.

The mains were great, the best was the burnt garlic rice. It complimented well with the black bean sauce , truly delicious.

Even on a weekday place was crowded, despite service being great.
Kuai Kitchen is just my favourite go-to place to grab some really yummy sushi and Dimsums.

Highly recommend guys !

Located at Jacob Circle, it is one of the finest places to have your meal. Cleanliness is highly maintained and courtesy is quite good. Variety of dishes are available and they use good oil. One must visit for a meal with family.
I ate biriyani from here.
Before biriyani one sweet payasam is serving.
That was good starter.
Pappadam and salad were average.
Biriyani is kind of masala is more. And little bit water content is also there.
Not thick masala. Anyway If you want to feel Kerala taste must visit.
Biriyani cost 130
They are from kasarkode.
Nice people.
Very busy restaurant, typical thick masala food. All main dish has same thick consistency. Mutton masala had good 3 chunks of meat. Reasonable cost. Fast service.

A goldmine for those who love Keralite food, I travel over 30kms just for the food here... The meat fry is exactly what one would expect in Kerala, the parathas were as authentic as it could get and the Appam was fresh and served as a perfect company for the dishes that I ordered viz Meat fry and prawns masala.

Amazing food!
Its tiny but cute restaurant, with really cool wall Graffiti.
The service staff was enthusiastic and quick, from giving details on call to the actual service.
Their menu items are pricey but definitely worth the money! The quality of ingredients are super fresh, even the oil in which the prawn tempura was fried (being a chef I know what stale oil tastes like 🤢). The tempura batter was a thicker coating than I have usually had but surprisingly it went well with the light soy dip to cut off the greasiness.
However, they only serve bottled water which is fine by me but if you don't want to buy your water I'd suggest have another beverage or carry your own water.
They also have these really creative bowls which are not exactly edible but made of flour used for their food presentation.
I'd visit again for sure!
Very well maintained restaurant, if you are looking Kerala dishes then u are the right place , rates are very much affordable

It's a small restaurant located at walkable distance from CST, where you get superb kerala dishes. We had surmai fry (100 rs) , panner masala(Rs.100) and obviously the most wanted meat of kerala (Rs.95) ! We had this along with kerala porotta and I must say their porottas are huge and 3 should be more than enough for an average person. The taste of all the items were really good. The paneer masala especially was really good. They do give free fish/chicken gravies. Only thing i felt was that their fish was slightly overpriced for the kind of portion we received. Overall really glad to have had that back to kerala feel ❤
A very good place to have reasonable Non Veg food near Charni Road station. We had chicken stew fry which comes with just 2 pcs of Chicken but the gravy is yummy, don't go on the name stew it's nothing like stew or soup. Mutton kheema fry which is also a great tasting dish priced at just 80rs don't know how much Mutton is actually there but taste great and Your stomach is good for next day so it's not risky to have here.
Again went to VOI, to try Butter Chicken which came with dollop of butter on that dish. Chicken was good but not great but had lot of turmeric more than required so it tasted nothing like butter chicken. Then again tried Chicken Stew Fry which was good same as we tried last time.
Location is near Station. Good food at reasonable price. You should have Non Veg food here. Originally of some Irani fellow. Best part is you can get Kheema here also in evening. Had food today after about 17 years. Same good taste & cooperative staff. Should go atleast once.

One of the oldest and best Brand who started the Tradition of Kebabs and Mumbai and has been winning hearts of many Mumbaikars like us .

This restaurant is a Clearly one of the most coruscating jewel of the Queen's Necklace Marine Drive.

The Ambience is kept Classy and some of the tables provide the best view of Queens Necklace which adds to the experience and takes it to a level up.

We were here to savor the Hyderabadi Delicacies as they have an on going Hyderabad Food Festival which will be open for all till 16th December 2018 .

Dakhni Paneer Tikka :
Paneer Slices with olives in between giving a sour tinge along with the spicy marinated paneer.

Chirongi Hare Mutter ki Seekh :
Mutter smashed and mixed with amazing mix of spices . The kebabs were succulent and went well with the chatni and dahi served along side . Their dahi has a wholesome mix of 36 spices which indeed was very fascinating to try .

Subz Nizami Handi :
Mix of crunchy veggies in a rich gravy. Went well with soft roomali Roti .

Baghecha Subzaar :
Seasonal vegetables mashed and mixed in Hyderabadi Style & topped with fried golden brown onions . Went well with Hyderabadi Khameeri Roti .

Mirchi ka Salan :
This one was the star dish of the Eve . Chef Raees has really poured is heart and Tallent to make this delicacy . It is a very sharp taste and the gravy goes brilliantly with the Mirchi .

Hyderabadi Veg Biryani :
Impeccable and extravagant mix of spices in that Biryani took the taste to some great level. Highly recommended .

Zauq-e-shahi :
Last but not the list a rich dumpling of Shahi Tukda served along with creamy Rabdi . Loved to savor this one as the last dish of the day .

The meal was ended with a great of surprise of our favourite Paan .

Overall a delightful experience to taste such amazing flavours of Hyderabad being in Mumbai . Do not miss the festive season at InterContinental Kebab Corner .

InterContinental - the iconic Hotel located at Marine Drive is home to Kebab Korner. Kebab Korner is an ultra luxurious fine dine place with breathtaking bayview and serves authentic Indian cuisine along with some fusion dishes / desserts as well. Kebab Korner is located on Level 1 alongside Long & Short, which is a lounge which serves European cuisine.

Kebab Korner has recently introduced Thalis - which is a lavish 3 course Indian meal including appetizers, main course and desserts. They offer Express Lunch Thali which caters to corporate as well and is priced at INR 1800 excluding wine. For dinner they offer "Experience Thali" which is an easy going complete meal, where you can take your time and enjoy scrumptious meal. This is priced at INR 2400.

Heading straight to what was on offer for Experience Thali - Veg

To begin with we were presented with a palate cleanser - Amuse Bouche. Crispy and Spiced Masala Chana Dal packed in edible plastic. I was intrigued about the ingredients used and technique to make this, but it stays as a secret with the restaurant and chef. Very unique and impressed I must say!

We started with Appetizers and were served three of them - Jaipuri Paneer Tikka, Bhune Subz Ki Shami and Sarson Brocolli Tandoori. Paneer Tikka was smoked cottage cheese marinated with olives. The olives gave it a bitter taste for me and I personally love the smokey effect given to cottage cheese. However in this process the cottage cheese might have become a little hard. Something, which can be looked into.

Next we had the Bhune Subz Ki Shami - Round shaped Patties / Tikkis with peas and spiced beans as filling, fried to perfection. Highly recommended to try! After this, we tried the Sarson Broccoli Tandoori - marinated with mustard and grilled to perfection! Loved it! Must try!

Before heading into the mains, we were served another palate cleanser - this time around it was Mango & Lemon Sorbet served in a cutting chai glass. Loved the combination and was very refreshing. Again very unique!

And now coming to the Star Veg Thali at Kebeb Korner - 5 Vegetables and 1 Dal with Assorted Indian Breads along with choice of steamed rice / Khichdi. The thali was presented in a beautiful way. They have a shiny steel arc where all the individual bowls are placed. So all of these 6 bowls along with a bowl of salad is placed in front of you at one go, unlike other thali places where different people serve you continuously which can be irritating at times.

The best part here at Kebab Korner is that you get a thali experience without any hassles. Coming to the 5 vegetables - Bhuna Gobi Masala, Paneer Butter Masala, Subz Miloni, Lehsooni Palak and Beawar Bhindi. Amongst the five my preference would be Beawar Bhindi, Bhuna Gobi Masala and Paneer Butter Masala. Crisp Bhindi (lady fingers) with perfect potli masalas and cherry tomato. Personally I am not a fan of Bhindi, but with the way it was made and tasted, loved it.

Bhuna Gobi Masala, chopped cauliflower tossed with Indian spices and Paneer Butter Masala -creamy cottage cheese in a rich onion and tomato gravy, both came a close second for me.

Dal in the thali was Kebab Korner Signature Dal Makhani. Creamy Black Lentils Dal to be enjoyed with Indian Assorted breads as well as with Steam rice. Tasted real nice. I also tried the Khichdi, could be a good light option after heavy meal.

Finally moving to the desserts, we had the Gulab Jamun and Gulkand Pannacotta - a fantastic fusion of Indian and Italian desserts! Sweet thickened cream topped with Gulkand and Gulkand! Loved the dessert, must try and highly recommended! And towards the end we were presented with a platter of paan - Meetha (Sweet) and Saada (Plain). Couldnt have asked for more!

Overall, if I need to define my experience at Kebab Korner in one word, it will be awestruck! Beautiful setting, lip smacking food, fantastic service, soothing music, one of the most memorable experiences I have had!

Updated on 13102023: A small family restaurant on the circle. Fair enough seating arrangements. A great variation on the menu in Vegetarian options.
Try the vada ussal, manchurian rice & medu vada. & don't miss their sambar. 😋
