It is an amazing place!
The artist, Lidia, gave me a private tour of the house, and I had an amzing time with her. She is an extremely intelligent and passionate lady. Cannot believe that she is 85 years old, and still so full of life!
The mirror works are beautiful and the paintings from her late husband, Khalifa Qattan, (displayed upstairs) are great. You rarely see such great paintings in Muslim countries.
Lidia spent almost 3 hours with me, and I felt so privileged. Such an honor to get to know a great artist.
Also, Lidia and her daughter showed me such a warm hospitality. Prepared cold drinks for a humid day, small snack for the road, and lovely souvenirs. Thank you so much!
Definitely worth visiting in Kuwait!!
They have a bit strick Covid regulations, but it was understandable, cause the artist still lives in that place. (It was private residence, and the artist is getting old. Her health should be taken care of.)
Should be appreciated by many people.

I loved this place!!
Located at the entrance of Negarestan Garden Museum, this cafe was beautifully green and so breezy.
The food and drinks local people were eating looked so interesting, but they didn't have an English menu. A kind male staff tried to translate and explain the menu. (Thank you so much!!)
Lovely place, kind people and great food.
I just hope that they have an English menu ready, cause this gem should be known to many people coming from abroad.

I absolutely adored this place!!
A beautiful garden with two musueum buildings (one builing had an exhibition of a contemporary Iranian artist, and the other one had the paintings from the early 20th century, silver crafts, mural and etc.)
So beautiful.... I didn't want to leave the place!! I walked around the garden again and again, and had a great coffee time and a small lunch at the museum cafe which is located at the entrance.
Hope many people come and appreciate the beauty of the Iranian garden. Highly recommend!! (Entrance fee was 400,000 Rial)

I loved this cute little place!!
Actually I expected a real nice cafe (somewhere I can sit down on the carpeted floor with the nice atmosphere), but it turned out that it was a tea kisok in a small alley.
However, it was a wonderful experience to sit down on a plastic chair like local people, watching busy people passing by, and sipping the great tea prepared by an old gentleman. Cinnamon tea was great. Interesting experience.

It was a small museum with a beautiful garden. Even in the winter time (no blooming flowers), it was still beautiful.
Only, there was absolutely no English explanation (what was this place for, who was the owner), and they only took card payment. No cash.
As a tourist, I didn't have a local debit card, and didn't know how to pay. Luckily some kind iranian girls helped me with the payment.
Looked like this place was a popular for young girls. Instagram spot. Many ladies came, and they made hundreds of photos.
Fun to watch them as well.
They had a museum cafe/restaurant in the garden, and the food was beautifully presented and tasty. A bit pricy considering the local price.
Truly a jem of Tehran.
