4.5 stars.
Venue: very impressive aisle from the lifts to the restaurant. Wonderful view on 49 levels. Recommend reservation for window tables. Elegant and relaxing setting. Good ambiance. Comfy seating. Nice design of toilets. --- 9.3/10

Service: very satisfied with the server of our tables. General, it reaches fine dining / Five starred hotel standards, like robots. They will clean the table before desserts. Only delayed to serve coffee & tea. I was looking at the manager, and he realized what's missing. He prepared the coffee and tea for us immediately. We asked our server if we could collect Asiamile points, but the waitress told us that it would be very slow. We didn't understand and felt that she didn't want to do that for us.--- 9/10

Food: delicated presentation. Small portion. High standard. Distilled water, $38. Set lunch, any 3 courses, $528, 2 courses $468, including bread, coffee or tea, and chocolate.
Bread: Crispy outside. A lot of black olives. Served with Olive Oil. It can be refill if you want.
Appetizers:
- Leek & Potato Soup, served with crispy Leek and croutons. --- 8/10
- Prawns: big prawns. Well seasoned and cooked with garlic and onions.--- 8/10
Mains:
- Squid Malloreddus, unfortunately not all the squid were tender --- 7.5/10
- Beef Cheek: It was cooked to perfection, very tender. Silky potato mash. Apple & Croutons were matched. I wanted a little bit more the beef jus. White Cheddar wasn't prominent. --- 9/10
Desserts:
- Tiramisu : not very traditional. Coffee ice cream is in the middle. --- 8/10
- Tangerine: eye catching presentation. Tangerine with Chocolate Mousse. Also delicious. --- 9/10
Coffee, and Hot Lemon water: Coffee was nice. Hot coffee was served with cold milk. I like the sugar cubes. But the little tongs were on the container. That's high-risk for contamination. Lemon slices didn't remove seeds.
