Yanchep Beach
2020 May 16
Beautiful beach with soft white sand. Doesn't get too busy either. You can walk from the lagoon all the way along the beach heading north to to point. There are toilets and showers including changing rooms near the surf life saving club carpark and also plenty of parking
Paper Avenue Cafe
2020 Feb 12
Decided to come here with my parents they had been once before and said that it does nice lunches. I totally agree the lunches that we had as per the photos I've put here were very tasty and fresh, although not a large range of things available as in hot dishes, it was more breakfast items. burgers amd wraps.
The coffees were also very good and I would rate them definitely in the top 10 that I've been to for the best coffee taste , size and smoothness. At the time we were there only seemed to be one person on staff when we were there so we did have to wait a little while at the counter where you order as the Barista was making the coffees but he was also taking people's orders for food.
One thing I must say though is $6.50 for a lactose free long mac is extremely expensive & I've never paid that much for a coffee anywhere in Australia. Singapore yes but Australia no, regardless for the fact it has lactose free milk.
Bath Street Jetty
2020 Jan 18
Bath Street Jetty is located just off Bath Street Reserve. You head down some steps from the reserve down to the water and you get to this very historical Jetty. Its so peaceful and quiet there. Great place to sit and relax or do a spot of fishing.
Lake Bungana Reserve
2020 Jan 17
This Reserve is hidden away and is situated behind the old Maylands Brickworks. You can enter either by parking at the Maylands golf club car park or there is a very small car park off Peninsula Road opposite Wall Street. The reserve is mainly Bushland with parts of it being grassed and includes park benches and a beautiful Lake with a fountain in the middle. It runs alongside Lake Bungana. A beautiful spot for a picnic or sit and relax away from any noise or just to walk your dog. This is a real hidden gem
Ascot Waters Marina
2020 Jan 07
Ascot Waters Marina is a decent size Marina with moorings for what looks like approximately 80 to 100 mooring lots.. The are plenty of CCTV cameras for security and each jetty is fully secure with security gates.

The Ascot Waters Marina is overlooked by cottage style double storey townhouses and the new Marina East apartments on the waterfront, and surrounded by beautifully well looked after lush green grass, native plants and shady trees.

The surrounds of the marina is very well lit at night with Street lamp style lights and looks stunning.

The surrounds of the Marina is a beautiful area to just sit on the grass or one of the many park benches and relax, read a book or meditate. It is so very peaceful and quiet.
