It's basically just food trucks and carts that you can find anywhere in the city.

A big grass field that you can't go on. It did look like fairly recent sod though, so maybe it is normally open.

Not a lot of vendor variety, but a decent selection at most vendors. Space is pretty limited since this is just on the sidewalk, but it usually isn't too crowded.
