It's located in a big beautiful basement which makes you feel comfortable. The quality of food and drinks is good and I loved their milkshake very much. The only strange point was peculiar servants which by the way their service was excellent.

Ivan Cafe is one of the bests in Tehran. The place has a beautiful view to the old Pirnia House which makes its environment very different with other cafes. The quality and quantity of their food is good, however you may find the price a little high. In their menu, I love Kanafe and Chocolate Shake. Over all, I think it's the best cafe in this region of the city.

The most positive point about this place is that you can seat in the open space outside the cafe where you have a view to Mellat park and you can breath some fresh cool air specially in the summers evenings. The menu covers a good variety of options but you should remember they are a little overpriced. I tried their Sunshine and it tasted good, but i realized that the apple in it was not fresh and it was a disappointment.

I like this place because i love its Mocha and also its good environment for working/studying. It's also a very good place for friendly meetings. One of the best characteristics of it is the wooden decoration that makes the place full of the coffee smell.
