OMG! Truly a delicious sandwich!
Decided to stop by Saturday to make a small Santa Cruz trip!
Seabright Deli was first on the list to get a bite in! Small parking lot in the back...otherwise, pretty easy to find street parking.
We ordered The Grotto, Crab Cake Sandwich, Bag of Hawaiian chips, and a Kyla Hard Kombucha. I personally didn't eat the Crab Cake Sandwich since I was allergic, but was told it was good.
I devoured the Grotto. The bread is toasted perfectly. The aioli along with the snapper and arugula was so good! Honestly, Seabright Deli is a MUST stop in Santa Cruz. Perfect pairing with chips and a hard kombucha!

The notable Wah Fung for value eats...definitely was on my to-eat list!
Shared a two item: roast pork and duck with my friend. We were going to eat another meal right after, so we were just maximizing on all the variety we could eat. Lots of flavor and quick service for grab and go. You do need to wait in line since everybody knows this is the spot for value!
When I visited, a small plate was about $5-6. Wish they had a combo for roasted pig and roast pork, but they didn't have it as an option. Next time!
Gets busy! But line moves fast.

In the plaza, it is a great spot to try out different kinds of small bites. I had eaten some pastries from Jina Bakes, and grabbed a matcha drink at Cafe Maiko.
Ordered the spam and umeshiso onigiri. Rice is served hot. You definitely need to eat this ASAP so the seaweed doesn't get soggy.
