Visit winter park. Here is the biggest open ice skating rink in the city. Here are a few cafes and entertainment centers. You can visit and spend your whole day here. You can also find deer here, here are a few of them and also there is a big ice slider which really worth it to try.
Also take a note that they clean ice on 15:00, 17:00, 19:00 and it takes 30 minutes. Go a little bit soon to feel the clean ice.

Idea is good. So if you want to go Greece, Lithuania, Spain or Croatia you can get your visas from this center. Service was not fast but everything else is okay.
