This is the local office for Miami.
There seems to be a lot of confusion when you enter the shop nobody's sure of what they need to do. We bought our tickets from the RUI hotel and were directed to come to the office to hand in a slip we was waiting for ages. We missed our tour and had to be landed up being put into another tour.
Once you're on it was a pretty good tour then we were dropped off at shops that we were encouraged to buy from particular shops we were ushered away from other shops. We also went on a boat trip to look at the celebrity's houses was a pretty good trip I enjoyed that immensely.

Sam 99 has a good variety of reasonable price goods. Good value for money. The store is not bad but could be cleaner.
Smashing outlet has a good selection of various shops to suit everyone's needs.
From clothing to food, accessories household items at a reasonable price. Things for the children to do so you can shop until you drop. Definitely worth a visit.

I was the only Joe public in the store.
It cleans a few members of staff present. I was in the shop for about 20mins before a staff member approached me.
I was interested in a particular sofa and a staff member was trying to sell me an ex-display sofa I had no interest in she was very pusher.
Oh this one is a lot cheaper this is more your price range how do you know how much I can afford. I felt very uncomfortable I left the store after that statement, I will not be visiting that shop again.

Valley park has a good section of shops all in one place. From sports shops to furnishings if you are hungry a few restaurants are around. plenty of parking and if you need the toilet, a few of the shops have them in the store. Can get very busy from time to time. Worth visit.
