The ticket price includes a dolphin show, which is held in the place under the open sky several times a day, as well as demonstrative animal feedings (it is better to check the schedule of shows and feedings at the box office, as well as on the information stands inside).
The show of the dolphins is interesting but, unfortunately, not long.

The park was designed by the French architect Jean Nouvel and opened in spring 2008. The perimeter wall outside the park is covered with Mediterranean plants and a Gaudiesque gate leads inside. The main meeting place, the Plaça de la Sardana, is located in the centre of the park, surrounded by huts where kids can play. The park combining different habitats where you can relax in the metal chairs in the shade of lush, near colourful plants and trees.

Cool kids park. Large slides, rubberized surface safe for children. Children are very happy in this park.

Diagonal Mar is a modern park dominated by open spaces, sculptures formed by metal structures and sinuous concrete benches that evoke the waves of the sea.
Diagonal Mar Park was built from 1999 to 2002.
The park features two duck ponds and a lake, in addition to giant slides running down a grass-covered hill. In fact, Diagonal Mar Park’s various play areas include football pitches, basketball courts, pétanque "terrains" and table tennis tables and a number of children’s areas. As far as nature is concerned, the park is home to 51 species of trees, including a 150-year-old Canary Islands dragon tree.
