Shree Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj statue is located in the premises of SSPMS {Shree Shivaji Preparatory Military School}. It is the very first metal statue of Shree Shivaji Maharaj in the entire India as well as in the world. The statue is quite tall and portraits Shree Shivaji Maharaj riding the horse. Around the statue, a very beautiful garden is maintained. During summer season various beautiful and colorful flowers can be seen here. Shree Shiva Jayanti is celebrated with great enthusiasm here. Shree Shiv temple is located on a small road from Mangala talkies towards Pune corporation. The temple is small in size. The main idol of Shree Shiv is very beautiful. There is also a very nice Ganesha idol in the same temple. Various Hindu religious festivals like Shree Mahashivaratri, Ganesh Jayanti, Shravan mahina are celebrated with enthusiasm. This Ganesh temple is located on the Laxmi road near to the famous Tulashibaug. The Ganesh idol is very beautiful and is made up of black stone. Due to this temple the chowk is called Ganapati chowk. Shree Guruji Talim Ganesh, the third Ganesh from the Five important Ganesh in Pune have their pandol in front of this Ganesh temple during Ganeshotsav. Do visit and take blessings of this Ganesh. Mandai market located in the Shukrawar Peth is mainly popular for various vegetables and fruits. People from various areas of Pune city came here for vegetable and fruits shopping. It's mainly crowded during morning and evening and on weekends. On Saturday very less sellers are present as the main market is closed. Previously it was also called Ray market. Now the official name is Mahatma Phule Mandai. Most of the seller sit outside in open area and some sellers are inside the market. You can also find separate area for potato, onion, garlic sellers. Do visit and enjoy fresh and variety of fruits and vegetables. Currently Pune metro work is ongoing hence some of the areas are closed.

A very small temple of Shree Swami Samartha located near the Akhil Mandai Ganapati Mandir in Shukrawar Peth. The temple area is surrounded by various artists making different items from cane.
