Very well preserved and beautiful. Definitely go inside and under the temple. I’m not sure if you need a guide for this or not. There are guides (well they might be guides but not official guides) who will take you in and under and will charge 5JD. Very cool to explore around it and will only take like 10 minutes. Neat to see how the columns were made to move to be earthquake resistant too.
Beautiful arches and columns. The architecture here is exceptional and it is very peaceful to just sit here for a bit and reflect on the history. You can only imagine how many people use to be in this ancient city and what the busyness of life was like. So cool that it is preserved for us to experience a little of what it was like.
Incredible entrance to and incredible site. This is just the beginning and it gets bigger and better as you go along. Great way to enter into an amazing historical site that keeps going on and on. Great spot for pictures. I highly recommend it.
Oh boy was this a bad experience 😖. 1. The looooong wait. Expect 20 min wait at least. 2. The table was dirty and I had to clean it myself. 3. They didn’t accept visa and couldn’t make change for my order. The guy owed me three riyal and I had to make change myself from my wife later. 4 they use cheap chicken 5. That isn’t real tikka sauce, that’s ketchup you are tasting (cheap places do this to save costs 🤑).

Update 2023. They upgraded the seating and sprinklers outside, but now you pay for it! Mix grill plate will cost you 39sr and you don’t get fries. Quality of the meat isn’t as good as before. I don’t recommend this place anymore.
#TOP rated Kabob 🍖 restaurant in Riyadh! If you want good quality meat 🥩 this is the place to go. I always get the mixed grill plate and LOVE it! The hummus is delicious 🤤 as is their bread. They even have outdoor seating now. I highly recommend you try this place. You won’t be disappointed.
