This local grocery store is popular in the neighborhood mainly for their South Asian and South East Asian grocery items. They carry fairly fresh ethnic fruits and vegetables. Their fish corner contains a lot of varieties and provides services for cut and clean. The meat corner is also fairly rich with fresh and frozen products. Overall price is competitive. Look for the expiry date before buying dairy products. Management needs to emphasize cleaning of the store and customer services. They also have fairly enough parking space
This tiny wage-shaped corner parkette is close to a busy downtown intersection. The well maintained parkette have quite a few benches to relax and sit on. There are a couple of historic info posters that tell a brief history of this place.
A good place for hakka style Chinese food in Scarborough. Quality of food is good and quantity is also fair. Price is reasonable They serv really quick. They have both take out and dine in facility. Recently they did some renovation, the space is now bit congested. Albeit it is worth recommending for its yummy food.
A complete shopping center at the busy Golden Mile area. Hudson Bay, Metro, Food Lockers are some of the jewels of this mall. It also have a good little food court with reasonable choices. High ceiling and skylight is a great addition. A branch of Toronto public library, city vaccine clinic, TD bank are also some noteworthy. A neat, not so crowded facilty. Lots of free parking and many big box stores located in the vicinity.
A tiny parkette close to busy intersections although not a very pleasant one. City can do better.
