Love taking a stroll through the trail along waters edge. There are so many things to discover along the way. The views are spectacular of the city line. There is street parking as well as Green P. Usually on a nice day, the area is very busy so parking is hard to find. A handful of restaurants, food trucks one cafe, Tim Hortons closely around. There are a few benches but mostly people will sit on the rocks or ground.

Absolutely love taking strolls through this trail along the waters edge. There is seating along the way. Usually I find this side of the park more quiet and calming. There is a children park.

Decided to come enjoy their weekend brunch which is fairly a new addition to their menu. Firstly, the ambiance early morning was very calming. Though located in byward market, this restaurant is a steps away from the busy parts.

The restaurant itself has an outdoor patio & 2 different dinning areas. One seems to be more vibrant in colour the other room is dark interior with mood lighting.

The brunch menu was a fusion of Turkish and parts of Middle East.

Here is what enjoyed:

Muhamara was our favourite, the perfect blend of cashew and red peppers.

Stuffed Grape leaves were alright.

Lubneh with Dukkah beats was tasty. The beets added a rich flavour to the yogurt dish.

Beef lahmoujoun, the mint/dill sauce it was paired with was absolutely delicious.

Turkish Egg, poached eggs with labneh. It was good but eventually the flavour of yogurt was too empowering & it needed a something to balance. I ended up mixing muhamara with it.

Shakshuka, this was alright.

Black seed pancakes, this was a savoury item served with tabouli. This was probably the least favourite on the table. The flavour was bland.

Overall, the experience was good. The service was great! Our food arrived in a timely manner. The server did a great job at examining the menu.

Finally decided to try this place and I am glad I did. Located in the highly dense plaza surrounded by many options for all types of cuisine. Saraya sticks out for its modern design, fusion of cuisine and now it’s flavourful dishes.

Tried the chicken Mandi, it was cooked so well, the chicken was tender and juicy. The rice was full of flavour. The mixed platter consisting of various meats, the tenderloin was my favourite.

Overall, enjoyed the food and ambiance. We had preordered the food and it was served within minutes of sitting.

I’ve been coming here for the last little while. I highly recommend booking an appointment prior to arriving though beach time I did visit it wasn’t too busy in the waiting area. Even with appointment I sometimes ended up waiting for an hour. The only issue is the parking is hard to find the area.

The apple tree itself is clean, front desk staff has been kind.. there are several treatment options at this particular location, walk in, foot care etc.

I’ve seen multiple doctors here, they have been efficient.
