Sehr unordentlich, Boden jedesmal dreckig…. Könnte besser sein.
Tolle Filiale.. jedoch eine sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin, welche leider auch als Aushängeschild im Eingangsbereich angeführt wird.. da ich sehr oft einkaufen gehe in dieser Filiale, habe ich jetzt sehr lange abgewartet… jedoch gibt es keinen einzigen Einkauf, bei welchem diese Dame einen Hauch Freundlichkeit an den Tag legen konnte. Eine sehr unfreundliche Dame, egal ob an der Kasse oder in der Obst Abteilung. Kaum tragbar, wie schlecht man als Kunde behandelt werden kann.
A very large and well stocked Billa with lots of shopping possibilities. We went here twice during our 2 week stay. I would highly recommend it.
Immer täglich frisches Obst und Gemüse. Am besten nach 18:00 Uhr dann bekommt man 50% Rabatt. Die Preise sind angemessen und die Qualität ist meiner Meinung nach viel besser als in den anderen großen Lebensmittel Konzernen... ich nenne keine namen aber nur ein beispiel... eisbergsalat kostet im Hofer 1,39 glaub ich... man muss den Stiel nich anschauen sind alle weiß... bei der Konkurrenz kostet er 1,89 aber man findet leider nur dunkle stiele... auch die Qualität und Geschmack der Tomaten und anderen Gemüse oder Früchte übertrifft die Konkurrenz um ein vielfaches.... Wir werden im Moment von den Konkurrenz Anbietern regelrecht über den Tisch gezogen... beispiel katzenzungen in zellofan verpackt und schauen nicht mal appetitlich aus kilo preis 99€ ... wo sind wir bitte angekommen das Schokolade teurer ist wie das teuerste Fleisch wo man kaufen kann... sorry aber für mich nur noch Hofer und sein gelber Bruder...
Absolute Frechheit nur noch, schon das 3 Elektrogerät das ich Kaufe und das nicht funktioniert!!! Man sollte das mal alles dem Verbraucherschutz melden was für eine bodenlose Frechheit. Ihr macht einen Laden für Kunden die sich nicht alles leisten können aber stellt nur Schrott her für den man Sinnlos Geld ausgibt und die Umwelt verpestet, good game Hofer. Diesen laden werde ich nie wieder betreten! Ab jetzt geh ich nur noch zu Spar weil bei Gott die kriegen es hin Elektrogerät vernünftig zu bauen für den gleichen Preis!!!! Einfach nur noch traurig

Ich verstehe den großteil der Leute die dort einkaufen nicht da die anscheinen nur mit der Hirnrinde denken.
Zieht mal den Stock aus dem A.... denn der Billa ist tiptop sauber und wird im Vergleich zu anderen Filialen in Österreich sehr gut geleitet, Wenn die Kassa mal leer ist, könnte man auch die 10 sekunden mal warten und wenn nicht dann geht nicht hin, ihr vergesst, wie auch spar lidl etc. ohne geschäft hat keiner sein Fress... auf dem Teller und die Mitarbeiter die nebenbei sehr sehr freundlich sind arbeiten auch nicht zum Spaß um sich von solchen Einkaufsgrinches den Tag zu vergaxeln lassen.
Das mal was im Regal fehlt, ist normal und man kann nocht alles haben aber deswegen eine Bewertung des grauens da zu lassen ist eine Frechheit, gleiches gilt für die 1 Sterne bewertung weil keine Bieraktion war, hat wohl auch nur Waldorfniveau der dude.
Auch gibt es genug Parkmöglichkeiten weshalb ich NICHT Behinderte Menschen nicht verstehen kann, so dermaßen faul zu sein oder sind die einfach generell schon als Ars..löc.. zur Welt gekommen.
Und an die Anreiner die sich ach so aufregen über den Bau damals, wen kümmert eure Meinung? ihr könnt einkaufen und habt immer frisches am Teller also heult euch im LKW West aus oder zieht Weg ihr Minusmenschen!

Dieser Hofer befindet sich auf der Hauptstraße in Feldkirch beim Ambergpark. Die Auswahl ist seh gut es gibt ein breites Angebot an Lebensmitteln. Die Preise sind auch tip top. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind auch alle sehr freundlich und shymphatisch.
Ich war heute in der Filiale einkaufen. An der Kassa saß eine dunkelhaarige Dame sehr unfreundlich (nicht nur zu mir). Ich wollte einen Paprika kaufen da der Paprika keinen Strichcode drauf hatte machte sich die Kassierin wennigstens die Mühe aufzustehen um nach den Preis zu schauen. Sie wollte mir den Bio Paprika verrechnen obwohl es kein Bio Paprika war. Dann wollte ich den nicht mitnehmen weil er das doppelte kostet also hab ich ihn da gelassen danach nahm sie das Produkt und schmiess es zur Seite (super Umgang mit Lebensmitteln). Abgesehen davon ist jedes 3.Produkt in der Filiale abgelaufen (MHD Kontrolle nach Richtlinien wäre angebracht).
Und ein Wiedaschaun konnte sie am Ende auch nicht ausbrechen. Jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag auf Arbeit trotzdem lass ich es nicht an Kunden aus !!!

Leider ist die Auswahl nicht mehr so groß und viele regale fast leer, ansonsten mein lieblingsbilla
Also sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt beim billa es ist immer alles leer bei denen vorallem beim Fleisch das ist dauerhaft leer bei den kalten Getränken ist auch immer alles leer und was am schlimmsten ist wenn sie den Leberkäse vom Vortag hat schlimm sowas am besten zusperren da in dem Geschäft hat kein einziger Mitarbeiter Bock zu arbeiten oder irgend was nach zu teilen katastrophal

It‘s is good, it is open during holidays but unfortunately some of its employees are not polite especially younger ones. They don’t even answer to our hello in the store check out. It’s not good for the brand MPREIS if it cares.
One of the only stores open after normal shopping hours and Sunday. Due to this it can get very busy in the shop but ideal if you need something urgently or arrived on a Sat night or Sunday

Open as early as 6 am. Has a lot of stuffs and also a restaurant/bakery/cafe with decent food. Perfect for waiting for the train. I forgot my bag on 27/12/2023 and was already in the train when I realized. I tried to call them, they picked up immediately and luckily they found and kept my bag until I picked it up.

Perfektes Sortiment! Aber ich war enttäuscht vom Personal,vor allem der Filialleiterin. Muss noch etwas an ihrem Kundenumgang arbeiten. Vor allem,wenn der Kunde Kräutertropfen um 48.- kauft....

I have experienced that they scanned several smaller buns as larger breads and got overcharged a lot. I asked first and the cashier said no, not of course. I had to show the cashier a photo of the different breads to get a refund. I am not impressed by this store. Additionally the workes there are always unfriendly and not professional. Steer away unless you are desperate.
Cheapest supermarket in Innsbruck with a good fresh bakery section too, excellent for the passing rail-traveller in need of some quick calories. Friendly staff. All backpacks were being checked while I was there, so be prepared for that... the staff were very nice when I didn't understand their requests though.

It's one of the cheapest supermarkets in Innsbruck. Every week you can find very good deals. For example, l bought one kg nectarines for 50 cents only last month. And, I can also catch very nice deals for ground beef, chicken and turkey. The variety of the drinks they sell may change depending of the time of the year especially in alcoholic drinks, but right now they sell very good wine around 3,5€. In addition to all of these, you can also find fresh flowers there.🌹
One of the best supermarkets in Innsbruck. They have a good variety of almost everything. Their budget brand is pretty decent too.

That's one of my favorite supermarkets in Innsbruck. You can find everything you're looking for here. There's even a restaurant part where you eat and drink something. Their brands called Clever, Ja & Natürlich are pretty good and cheaper than other well-known brands. I strongly suggest you to give them a try. In addition, it's possible to get 25% of discount for many products. They make very good deals in different categories in every two weeks. It's even worth going there to check what's there.
Not an easy place to find as a first time visitor. It is located in a corner on the lower ground floor of the station complex, with no visible signage to advertise or direct you to it.
Once found though, there is a large and varied selection of quality food to choose from.
There is also a cafe/take away area at the front of the shop where you can get drinks, sandwiches, snacks, etc to either at the tables provided or to go.
The supermarket is a particularly handy place to stock up at if your onward journey is taking you to one of the smaller towns/villages where their shops close early and/or don't open at all on a Sunday.
Once found though, there is a large and varied selection of quality food to choose from.

The staff of this store are very hardworking, the number of buyers in this store is high. Overall, very good.
Went and bought only two things. Payed with money and in return got less money than I should. It wasn't even busy. Explained the cashier everything but she thought that she gave everything correctly. I even showed her the money. At the end just disappointed.
Hofer for me is far more better than spar, the quality of products is better than spar budget , happy harvest products are good and prices are reasonable, also this branch is easily reached by the bus

Nicely stocked and displayed products with a fairly good selection. They are open on Sunday which was great for our arrival into town. Had a coffee at the bar and was waited on by the most pleasant server.

Preislich gleich teuer wie Spar in 3/4 der Produkte gegen früher.Marken Waschmittel in DM meistens billiger als im Angebot bei Hofer.Gehe nur noch 1x im Monat zu Hofer wenn bestimmte Aktion ist.Glutenfreies Mehl u.Spagetti die Besten,leider nur Sonder Edition.Schade früher war der Preis Unterschied zu anderen Geschäften größer.Personal sehr freundlich u.langjährige Mitarbeiter was ein Plus ist.

Hofer is a leading supermarket chain in Austria where we can get daily items and prepaid SIM cards. The supermarket is relatively small but has important stuffs necessary. Some staffs understand English as well.
