Some people that work here are rude and condescending. Mostly the more older ladies. The masculine women. The somoan lady and the maddie. Don't need to be like that if you work in customer service, I'm never coming here again.

today went to store to it wasnt open this was at 11;45am then again at midday and then again at 12:45pm not in the store lights off. No signs or anything just normal trading hours listed. Do better

Just walked into Trenery Bowral. The girl behind counter didn't turn around to make eye contact. Thrse days in Bowral its quite and every greeting helps.

I have been to Witchery Bowral many times over the years on and off and I have always had excellent customer service from all staff. Ivanka, Adelaide and Ashley have all listened to what I've said and have been happy to take the time to suggest options, even if I don't end up purchasing something that time.

I have to say, Witchery has such a great selection of clothes and I love their stock. I can usually find too many things to choose from!

Certainly Witchery is superior in their service and offerings to the recently arrived competition across the road and some other places in town. I will definitely be back! Keep on doing what you're doing!

The person who served me had great customer service. He made me feel welcomed and was very professional. I never write reviews, but his manners were excellent. I'm assuming his name is 'Symon L' from the receipt I had received from him. Great job!

I had a great experience at guess last Saturday. I was served by two lovely ladies who helped me walk out feeling happy and confident. I couldn’t find their manager but I wanted to mention how great the service was of the two asian girls that were working that day.

Horrible experiences at DFO Perth Guess today. Ridiculous staffs. Lazy, ignoring customers, giving loads of reasons not to check or to help or to find the things I requested for and enjoying their conversations between 3 of them at the counter. Holy! I dropped all my clothes that ready to buy and bye! If they're still there nextime, sorry Guess. I'll skip your shop. Will not recommend any one anymore to purchase from your shop at Perth. They spoiled my days. Horrible. Worst staffs ever in DFO.

Worst customer's service ever in Australia. Rude, lazy, and extremely unprofessional in servicing. Keep chatting and ignored customers. Been there on 5th of March 3pm. Trying to request to check for the sandals I wanted. Both of the ladies at the counter answered they don't know. Might have the stock might not. LoL. I asked them to search for me and let me know since I only have one side of the sandal. They answered they don't know, they can't check, they can't search and the most ridiculous answer "maybe the thief stole away another side" . What a day for us. We dumped all our stuffs that we wanted to purchase and left the shop. We will never ever purchase a single item from Guess at DFO Perth. Never again! Disappointed! Where are all the previous great professional kind staffs??

A place you can drop your kids and wife there and have your own time. 😄

Great shop and great staff. The store is nice and tidy, easy to find things and the staff is very polite and helpful. I liked the good vibes there are in the store. I’ve been served by the woman with lots of tattoos and she knows what she’s doing.. she’s super friendly and very competent

Upon paying the shoes that i bought for my wife at GUESS DFO, the cashier offered me a membership to be able to avail 20 percent discount. I told her your store offers 30 percent discount on this shoes but she said it only applies if i bought a minimum of 3 items which is not written anywhere. . Discounts on Guess DFO is fake, is this a scam just to invite the customers in? You are deceiving the customers.

Love the cotton wear here, a nice shop. A good range of clothing and sizes though I don't think they are size selective and dont like to cater for plus sized, I haven't noticed any. If you want 22 and up 3xl and up its probably better to order online. Too posh I think.

I have never experienced such professionalism and excellent customer service assistance. Grathia went above and beyond to help me. I walked out the store with more than I thought I would (Happy customer) . Shopping with a toddler is hard enough but having her to assist me make it worthwhile. I will definitely be back here again.

Highly recommended, this store is one of the largest, stocking most of the clothes I had seen online. I was looked after so well by Prue today, she gave me her time and offered lots of suggestions and advice regarding the look I was going for (conservative for a family christening). Thank you to all the staff, and I also appreciate the great discount!

I never write reviews but Ivanka is SO exceptional and Witchery are lucky to have such a dedicated employee running their show in Bowral. She is the only reason i shop at Witchery or rather the only reason i keep coming back. She does not pressure sell and is a delight and great at helping you find just what you were looking for. The staff are always most helpful and friendly, and the store is always presented beautifully. I never walk out without purchasing something and feeling happy. They have often stayed back past closing time to assist me as I normally can't get in until later in the afternoons. I buy the vast majority of my clothing from this store because the service and attention I receive are always fantastic. Thankyou to Ivanka and her fabulous team.

I went to DFO for the first time today and went into the Guess store. I was welcomed straight away and was offered assistance. The girl allowed me to browse. The range was great and the vibe in the store was great. I asked for help as I wasn't sure of the sizes as I honesty thought I would have no luck as I am a size 14. This girl was helpful and really knew her stuff, she recommended jeans and T's that would look great together and she even assisted me in the dressing room. My feeling of dread turned around as the sizes she gave me were perfect and in some cases with the jeans went down a size. I ended up buying jeans, T-shirts and some great sneakers. I just wanted to acknowledge her and the staff for making me feel great. Thank you. I will definitely be back.

i get most of my clothes here. the clothes are great quality and absolutely stunning. they always have sales which is good too. the only problem is the expenses

Awesome Modern Fashions. Huge range for men and women. Cheap prices. Not just clothing, also accessories like bags, sunnies, shoes.

Unfortunately was not greeted when we were in the store. The two girls I guess had more important personal topics to be talking to each other about instead of working. When it came to buying clothing we felt like we were interrupting their conversation.

Staff were most helpful. I may have left a wrap in the store. I have called the number on the website numerous times and can not get anyone to answer? Could someone advise how I can contact this store? thanks

Underwhelming customer service. I wanted to purchase a pair of nude heels that were in stock, however, I could not get any assistance from the staff member who was putting out stock. After 10 minutes I unfortunately had to leave empty handed. Very disappointing.
