We were looking for a few items to bring home and we didn’t want garbage souvenirs like a T-shirt or some other cheap gift.
This stores sells many interesting or unusual items. Not one of your basic souvenirs store but rather a place to buy something of better quality.
The store offers a great variety of items, is well stocked, clean, well labeled and each item comes in a variety of styles and colors.
The staff is knowledgeable of their products, patient and not pushy to make the sale!

The self service machines are all seriously out of date and only 3 working when I passed through , he was bad tempered and totally unhelpful to a couple of people before me which slowed down the slow process even longer , would suggest giving him a sweeping brush and a job outside.

Tried to buy brandy for my 6am flight back to Glasgow but was told they don't sell alcohol before 7am.....never heard of this before at an airport!!! Plus Málaga airport doesn't have this rule when o an early flight...not impressed

Ahora ya no es el caprabo de siempre.lo han vendido o un Indu.han hechado a los trabajadores antiguos por 4 centimos para traer sus paisanos haciendo horarios precarios y explotarlos.van a destruir lo que era caprabo años antes.no vale la pena ya ir a comprar a ningun.caprabo

This store felt more more local and authentic when we visited 2 years ago, almost like it has new owners. The staff also seems new and less involved.
I placed an order online on the 7th of June. A completely incorrect product arrives 2 weeks later (it was a white table instead of black and double the size). Casa re-orders the items themselves and places the incorrect address on the delivery. It is now the 26th of July and I still do not have the item. No apology about messing up the address, even after I emailed to complain about the experience, nobody cared to respond. Officially my worst online order experience ever. I will not be back

This is more expensive than tax free at home. Also we wanted to buy 2 small miniature bottles of liqueur for souvenirs. But they don't sell alcohol between 10 pm and 7 am. What is the difference between 5am and 7 am. Then don't open the store at 5 am.
Nice ceramics but piss poor service. Not even capable of properly wrapping a present. She even left the price on one. I should have bought my gifts from one of the little family owned stores in Born.
Awesome store (and awesome store owner)! A great selection of interesting products (from tarot cards, to incense, oils, ceramic art…) and books. Definitely one of my favourite places in Barcelona
Misleading prices. At the checkout, a higher price is requested. If you complain, you need to argue a lot and a supervisor had to come even. It took 5-10 minutes to finally get them to admit that I was right and the price was actually calculated too high at the checkout. In the end, there wasn't even an apology. Take photos of the items you're buying! Never again!

I was looking for something different and I definitely found it at Casa de Las Flores❤️ I was ordering for 30 th Birthday on Valentine's Day. Initially I had an issue with Canada mailing address,but Istvan resolved the situation very quickly. The communication was great,the box of flowers with Wine was gorgeous 🌹Thank you so much for great service and delivery!!!
I always buy my flowers here. They are the most charming people and it is always a pleasure walking into their shop. They really listen to what you ask of them and never fail to impress with their gorgeous flowers. I also love their products.

Selection is big enough, however the prices are ridiculous. I also don’t appreciate the Sales Assistants breathing down my neck while looking at the products. Do not stand in a customers face and force them to be interested in a product or lure them into purchasing. That is off putting to the point where I will purchase online instead.

Beautiful little store right in the heart of Barcelona. But don't be fooled by its size: It's chock-a-block with artisanal products, prints, clothes, books, great gift ideas and a wide selection of tarot and oracle cards. The staff are super helpful, and - which might be important if you're a tourist - are happy to help you with any purchase you've made even after you've left Barcelona and returned home. Huge recommendation and basically a must on every trip to Barcelona
As opposed to most other "high end" stores, this store does not offer refunds in-store -- only exchanges. This is even though, by law, companies are supposed to refund purchases within a month, but if you wish to get money back, they obligate you to go to a government office to file paperwork to request your money back.
We just love Casa de las Flores! Marcel and István helped us with our dream wedding - so helpful, easy and flexible and ofcourse gorgeous flowers. Strongly recommend for your wedding or just your every day bouquet on the dinner table 🌸

I can recommend everyone in Marbella to go to this flower shop. The owner makes the most beautiful bouquets and really listens to your wishes. The decoration they sell is also really beautiful and luxurious, especially the vases. Perfect place for the perfect gift... any time!

Very small shop for such a airport. No contact telephone number in case of returns or faulty items, email only which they never respond... I don't recommend really, nothing special that you can not find on the high street.

Llegué a las 10:30 un viernes y estaba cerrado... Tanto en Google, como en la puerta sale que abre a las 10h. No es la primera vez que pasa. Al final fui a comprar un regalo a otra tienda.
Good affordable prices/quality. I like the different plates and mugs. The collection is very nice. My only concern is the amount of dust sitting on all the plates, mugs, and some other items. It's clear that they are not cleaned/dusted on a regular basis. The ones on display look like they've been collecting dust for months. It's the same issue at another CASA store.
