Kind people and very tasty and good pastries and food in general, they even took the time to teach me some French, we could speak a mixture of French, Spanish and English. Thank you so much folks! Prices are very fair and the place is just lovely

First things first: this place had the best pistachio croissant I've ever had.
I didn't enjoy the pistachio babka too much.
The croissant d'almande was beautiful. Other than that: people need to chill. It's a bakery in a very busy place. Be kind to the staff.
Very well furnished grocery store. Great to have a parking lot.
Two cats run free in this boulangerie, don’t go if you’re allergic!

I love this place. The staff is so wonderful and accommodating. And I speak NO French. That says something…. anyway, yesterday I had chocolate croissant COVERED in chocolate. It was/is decadent. Everything they have is incredibly delectable. Their espresso and coffee is top tier. And their overall ambiance is so inviting. I love this neighborhood spot. PS I’m a New York City native so to me, these prices are great! Especially the baguettes!!!!

Good products choice for such a small place, and ideally located. They always have good fresh products and especially green salads. More expensive than elsewhere, and without nearby parking spots it isn't adequate for large groceries, however for quick shop it's always satisfactory.
Baguette sandwich was disappointing, not crispy and crunchy at all, was told that heating it up would destroy the mayo but I went to microwave it and it tasted a bit better.

Chocolate chip cookie was simple but addictive, still too sweet though.

I had the apricot cake. It was absolutely delicious.
The only bad thing… there was a hard long hair on it. It looked a bit like a animal hair. Very thick and grey/ brownish.
I removed it and ate the cake anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️ but you need to becareful working with caked that have a sticky surface. Extra caution would be good

I was racially abused!!!!!!!

I heard this place has a champion Croissant so I came by. And the girl at the left counter just ignored me! When I first told her about bonjour, she first served a lady next to me and ignored me, because it was understandable that the lady came first. But then another man came to my left, and I continued to greet her and she looked at me and went to greet the man. I don't think I was impolite at all. I said bonjour to her three times!! Her actions seriously hurt the image of Paris in my heart!! The counter on the left is totally different! First the shop assistant told me where to stand in line, then asked me what I wanted and gave me advice, I felt very friendly!! I spent 5 days in Paris and I can feel that this is discrimination !!!!

It's recommended to anyone who is looking for poor and rude services.

This is my first time visiting Paris, but I'm quite disappointed as it brought me the first negative impression. Staff who are serving me to pack the breads is ok, and actually, I think the food quality is fine.

However, a baffled and fury incident happened in cashier. I have clearly mentioned what I had ordered in a nice way and am ready to pay.

But it seems he brought me the wrong bags, and i can't tell if it's right or not as it's packed in a bag. The next customer pointed out that he had brought the wrong one. Then he turned and blamed me in an impolited way that "You don't know what you ordered?"

I really feel shocked about it as I definitely explained it well. It's an unpleasant experience and rue my days. Service ranking is for the cashier, other staffs are fair.

Went in the morning and had a classic croissant and was pleased with how buttery and warm it was. One of the best croissants I’ve had in Paris.

Nice selection of baked goods. I will come back to try more.

Sourdough baguette made from corn, buckwheat and wheat was crunchy outside and soft and dense interior. So good! (5⭐️) We tried the original croissant and a pain aux raisins and those were okay. (More bread like) We visited on a weekday before 8am and we had time to peek at the full set of offerings and choose something. Soon after a queue of 5 patrons gathered so we felt some pressure to get our order and move on out. Appears to be popular with regulars.

The food was nice and presented really well, but the checkout and seating system were terrible.

There were huge queues and only one person taking orders and one on the checkout - it took more than 10 minutes for two items.

Additionally, they didn't provide the option of seats until they saw a tray from a purchase, despite showing that it was their fault for taking so long to get to the checkout.

Amazing Canelé! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ love it! The caramelized crust is super tasty .
Excellent croissant 🥐 buttery taste.
Many types of baguette 🥖, we tried Tradition and Levain Naturel (shelf photo
, right bottom), both is great.
The lady and mister (I think they are the shop owner, baker) are very friendly, felt very welcoming. The shop looks like a home baking, traditional village vibe, it looks very warming to me
Will try out more other pastries here💝
freshly baked/made sandwich my favourite food of this trip. Was 10/10. Very soft/sweet/crunchy/flavoursome bread, with butter, mayo, black pepper and good quality ingredients
Their raspberries macaron was the best I’ve ever tasted! So fresh and delicious!

!!Unhygienic!!

I encountered this place at Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet and tempted to try their massive croissant, and lined up in the queue.

However, soon I saw flies enjoying the pastry (video/picture
attached). I was astonished by it and I mentioned this to the staff and they got rude that I pointed that out.

Thanks to that fly, I got to see their real customer service.

Wouldn’t recommend, unhygienic food & rude staff perfect reason for 0 stars

P.S - date of my visit 27/03/24 and time was 7.17pm

Stumbled upon this bakery by accident, and scoured google maps until I found it again. Everything looked and tasted amazing. Even on a sleepy Sunday morning there was a line out the door, but don't worry it moves fast! There isn't any seating, but we walked to a park nearby to enjoy.

Such a great bakery. Stopped by here one morning on my way to Les Invalides and there was already a line out the door, well worth the quick wait. The woman behind the counter was very patient with my broken French and would repeat back my order as she was grabbing each item, which helped me to learn the proper pronunciation.

All the pastries are stellar, definitely stop by!

Food price nice service
Best tarte tatin I’ve ever tried, secret recipe and all that. Delicious, with very thin layer of dough and amazing apples! Must try!
A nice store, but everybody, please check the prices carefully with the official website, they can vary up to about 40% (36% in my case) for the same product - or go to a different branch. For a cheese they had 3 prices:
38.90€/kg (on the shelf), 37,50€/kg (in their system) - isn't that "great", from their side they had already two prices for the same thing. And 25€/kg on the official Carrefour.fr website. This is a substantial difference.
When I asked the staff (friendly but junior) the first was an explanation the price might be different in different markets, then I raised the point that it is the official website and the difference is 13 euros, the reaction was that this is strange. They offered me a reimbursement for the difference between 37 and 38 euros rather than to the official Carrefour price.
Be careful, check everything or go to the Hyper Carrefour they are competent even if there issue.
I will follow up on this matter because I think it is against the law if "correct."

Got an eclair and croque monsieur … eclair tasted stale and old which can’t be right cuz it’s a super busy spot ! Regardless it was a disappointment. As for the croque monsieur is was decent ! But definitely nothing exceptional there… it’s cafeteria food by the end of the day so don’t set ur standards high
fatiha A,,, i think is her name .. she is really nice n i loved the croissant n coffee
Today, I ordered a pastry with choco drops which was awful and not fresh. Secondly, I ordered a cup of tea and the lady put it in the microwave with the tea bag inside. The worst thing was that I asked her for a napkins for the pastry and another one for the tea cup because it was hot and she got mad as she told me “she can’t give 10 napkins to each customer”. Very bad service and bad quality.
Nice little neighborhood bakery, solid baguette, tasty light croissants, reasonably priced.
If you like VERY crispy and almost salty croissants, then this might be your favorite place! They have a very good selection of baguettes and sandwiches as well.
I was charged more than 4 Euro for a bad coffee made on an Nespresso machine!!! Ridiculous and taking advantage!!! No wonder I saw this is badly rated!!!
I love so much this bakery for their traditional french pastries, the ones I ate when I was a child, with pastry cream and choux pastry. I don't find anywhere else such quality and quantity for a very reasonable price. Moreover they are doing the best tarte Tatin (the famous reversed Apple pie) in Paris. You can buy a piece, a medium pie or a big pie, again for a very moderate price. I decided to write this opinion in English to encourage tourists to visit this bakery which perpetuates our french traditional pastries patrimony. Too much parisian bakeries stopped doing traditional pastries and chose to do "modern" and much more expensive ones. Taste these delicious pastries of my childhood! They are still done in some town bakeries and in country bakeries. But the best I ever ate are done by Dupuy bakery !

This place is an iconic bakery! 🥧 Chez Meunier inside Galeries Lafayette serves an endless amount of incredible 🤩 pastries 🥐 and baked goods! 🥖 Definitely go for the Chocolate-Covered 🍫 Croissants! Arrive early ⏰ as this place draws a crowd 👥 and might have a long line. I wish I could come here more often!
An amazing bakery with tasteful options for breakfast. There are plenty of things to choose from sandwiches, croissants, salads, sweets, breads and more. There is one Vegan option, the olive bread that was AMAZING. They offer coffee but not from an espresso machine. The stuff was really friendly and was trying to help me find something to eat and I thank them for that. They prices are really fine and the location is great. We ordered out food and head to the island to eat out breakfast on a park near the Notre Dame.

The almond croissant was nothing short of exceptional, flaky on the outside and luxuriously almond-rich on the inside. In fact, every pastry we tasted was a testament to their craft. To top it all off, the pricing was refreshingly reasonable, making the whole experience not just delightful but also great value for money. A must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth!
There are many kinds of bread, and it is a good bread restaurant to enjoy as a meal or dessert. The staff were very kind and the interior of the store was clean, so I felt hygienic. You can eat outside and inside the restaurant, and I had a chicken burger for lunch, and it was delicious and the amount of menu was large, so it was enough for lunch. I want to visit often
These ladies sold the best croissants I’ve ever tasted. The shop is small and unassuming, but don’t be fooled. The quality is remarkable. I would go back every day if I could. Just make sure you know what you want to order before you go up to the counter.
Delicious pain au chocolat and sandwiches to choose from, for a very reasonable price.

Super flaky but did not taste only of butter, really enjoyed this!
Delicious croissants, quiche, sandwiches and coffee. It was just a block from our hotel.

This boulangerie is excellent. It has a wide variety of choices and it all looks fresh and tasty. I went in to buy a croissant and the lady working there was extremely friendly and even gave me another one for free (because “one is too small”). I have to say it was extremely delicious as well. I would definitely recommend anyone to go and try their products, especially if you are close to La Fayette.
The best croissant in Paris! (Not all of the Paris probably, but definitely of all I’ve tried). Same with baguettes! Simply
Delicious.

Second bakery we had here in Paris, and must say that the standards were really high!

The croissant was a bit crispier for this one, but similarly flavourful when compared against the ones we had so far. La babka was sold by weight, and was not our favourite amongst the bread we had - probably won’t go with this in future.

Nonetheless, a very popular bakery in the area with a constant stream of customers 🍞
Decent croissant option at the train station
Such a great bakery in Paris. I only tasted their pastries, but they also have different deserts.
Their pastries are fairly priced. You can also get a machine coffee there, but it’s acceptable and nice.
Especially if you’re on a budget, this will be a great place to have an authentic breakfast. But even if you’re not - this is a must try spot in Paris (at least for me). I went there twice in one week and I plan to come back as soon as I visit Paris again!
Honestly this was the first place we stopped in when we arrived in Paris. It was absolutely amazing, every bite. The servers were kind and me a bit of English. Our hotel was right around the corner and we were able to make several trips there. We tried the chocolate croissant and the le pepito— just amazing. We tried several other spots, but kept coming back. Note that there isn’t seating. It’s all grab and go. Highly recommended
