Best Golf clubs in France

Had a blast playing this amazing golf course located in Châteauneuf de Grasse, 20 minutes away from Nice and Cannes 🇫🇷
Course in a great shape, with very nice views 😍⛳️☀️
I highly recommend it !

Worst Golf course we played over the last 10 years.
Boring layout, VERY bad greenkeeping (even when water is rare these days, well growing grass IN the bunkers and weed all over the course is a must not)
Not even basic english speaking personell at the reception.
Etc etc etc
Conclusio: its a effrontery to gain so much money for such a bad course

Enjoyed playing here and will be back again. We'll maintained course, on the playing side a good placed drive will give you a shot to well guarded greens with slopes you need to read well to get close when putting.

Very good course condition (as for many golf courses: T-boxes could do with a bit of love-and-care)
The course itself and the facilities are in fact close to 5 stars but without a real full driving range impossible to award that fifth one...

I played on a beautiful, sunny, winters day, which followed a few weeks of rain. Because of the amount of rain 4 holes were closed and we only got to play 14, all of which were in very good condition.
My only complaint would be that there were some very slow players in front of the two ball in front of us and we were not being let through (the three ball was causing a serious jam behind us too). I did not see any rangers on the course monitoring conditions.
I look forward to playing again on this course, with its lovely views, when all 18 holes are available.

Always enjoyable and usually quiet. Great for lunch even if not playing. Very pleasant staff.

Very friendly welcome, course and greens in excellent condition, bunker sand a little compacted after the rain!

This a lovely place to play golf, not to hilly good greens and excellent views. Also has a very good restaurant with friendly staff at reasonable prices.
Added note - as a regular visitor to this restaurant I must add that recent visits to this eatery has not been the best as food has been served cold! Obviously microwaved but not to required heat, main meal sent back to kitchen while the french fries had to be eaten separately! Totally not acceptable!
