Absolutely shocking behaviour on behalf of the company. I would be disgraced to even work for such a company. I am pretty sure it is a child on the phone too. I kept getting told my driver would be 10 minutes and when the food finally arrived, almost 2 hours late and kept lying about the driver being new and even the driver admitted that the company are a bunch of liars and looked as fed up as we felt as customer. Food was in a bad way when it turned up and the size was tiny. Never order from here. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My partner better get his refund.
Absolutely disgusting attitude, food was an hour and a half late and the food is poor quality. The young woman on the phone constantly lied about the driver being 5 minutes away and saying he was a new driver. The driver said they lie all the time. Buyer beware as this is the worst food company I have ever encountered.

Can't share details on food that never arrived, order was over £20 and have been waiting for over 2 hours. Apparently not even worth a phone call and when I called asking about order they just kept saying it was on route and then they just stopped picking up when I was enquiring about my order and they are now refusing to refund my order at all so it's basically theft. Don't know how anyone can allow such shoddy and terrible service and still call themselves a business. Will definitely be bankrupt before the year is over. Absolutely atrocious.
Great prices and portion sizes on the southern fried chicken meals. The indoor seating is also decent. Honestly don’t know how the place isn’t +4.5 stars
A simple small yet accommodating Arabic restaurant well known for mandi.
The place was full but waiting period is hardly two minutes. I tried the lamb zarbian and yes it was indeed delicious and rice was well cooked. The lamb chops were tender and cooked well. The soup was outstanding though 10/10. The best I had. It simply Tasted like the famous indian Hyderabadi marag dish. The tomato chilli sauce was freshly made and tasted great with the rice. Food experience 10/10
Coming to service : one of the fair Arabic lady staff with a fair complexion had a bad attitude and she needs some serious customer service training. Initially she took away my menu from the table without asking and when I asked her to please keep it back she seemed to have a problem with that while placing it back on the table. Finally while I was still dining she came and took away the tomato chili sauce popped it in the soup bowl without asking if I was done! When I asked her to please give me the sauce she gave a bad look and placed the dirty tray in front of me to pick up the sauce myself from the dirty soup bowl. I didn’t complain though but she needs to learn some manners and fix her attitude.
Avoid being served by her and request someone else to serve you to enjoy the good food here.

They have an amazing deal going on, offering half peri peri chicken, rice, chips and fries for 7£. This deal is a steal. The chicken is tasteful and the rice are cooked to perfection. Definitely recommended.
There are better restaurants in Chinatown I recommend over this one. They did have genuine baiju for only £15 a bottle. Too little rice for the food we ordered, we had to order another portion. The main came served in a fruit ball cooked ok and not too spicy. The bill was a tad high there are places where you can get better quality food, service and atmosphere at a lower price. We went on a Saturday night and there were only a couple of other tables in. Says it in.

Yes, they don't accept card payments but that keeps the prices lower (and they are very low) so it's a bit of a trade-off.

Arguably the best Spicy Chicken Burger in the UK. Without a doubt. Nothing comes close to this. Not Shakebee’s nor Roccos or any of these other wannabe’s. No one does it like Miami Crispy. Unlike the rest. The Miami spicy sauce actually has flavour and isn’t just pure spice. Their wings are so succulent they fall of the bone. Must try. Don’t forget cash. Miami Crispy is strictly cash only. No card.
I've placed an order online through Uber eats at 17.45 this afternoon. The order was supposed to be delivered between 18.10 and 18.30 by one of the restaurant's own drivers. Nothing delivered by 18.50 so I rang the restaurant for am update and they said the driver was 10imutes away. I waited until 19.15 and rang again, no answer on the phone. I contacted Uber eats CS but they couldn't do much as the restaurant uses their own drivers. Rang the restaurant again at 19.23, spoke to a gentleman who seemed very willing to help and said he would call the driver to check where he was and would ring me back. Never had a call back. Rang the restaurant again at 19.35 to ask AGAIN what was going on, they said order would be with me in 2 minutes. Order finally delivered at 19.42. I've missed a very important prior engagement as I had to sit at home and wait for my order for a grand total of 92 minutes. What a joke. I'm surprised they are as big of a company as they are with several locations. Do not recommend for delivery. The food is good and all, maybe try collecting or eating at the restaurant.

I tried turkey ham & mushroom pizza and beef pizza. Worst pizzas I had ever ☹️ ... the crusts were very very hard and toppings were not tasty. I don't know what I ate. Ordered from here as it's a halal shop but it was very very disappointing. They should improve their food quality.
Ordered food to take out. The food was excellent, good size portions, well worth the money. Will definitely visit and eat in the restaurant next time.
Just avoid them as they are not clean enough to make food unfortunately that’s very dangerous for health.

High expectations going in here. Very authentic feeling on the inside, but can get quite hot as there are no windows. We had to wait aaaggeess for our food after ordering which wasn't fun. The food tasted okay, I wouldn't say amazing. We had the goat curry and lamb stew which were unimpressive. The jollof rice tasted quite nice though I'd recommend that. Chicken liver for starters was also good, as were the cassava chips. Not sure if I'd go back here in all honesty, but perhaps worth a try if you're feeling authentic African food.
Great place! The spicy chicken burger meal is fantastic, and the spicy wings are a hit! Be prepared for a queue, I recommend waiting outside to avoid the stuffy atmosphere inside the shop. Remember to bring cash since they are cash-only. Worth it for the delicious spicy chicken burger, even with new competition around!

Me and a couple of mates visited here yesterday for the first time and ordered double chicken burgers half spicy and couldn't believe how fresh and nice the food tasted. We all agreed it was the best chicken burger we have had in a long time, and highly rate the food. Will definitely be returning!
Nothing of note. The girls in there were friendly, they made the food quickly, it tasted fine - like any other subway (not my first choice for food but was all that was available in a town I'd not been to before and was hungry and in a rush 🤷🏽😁)
This restaurant has excellent food and atmosphere and provided me with a satisfying introduction to Ecuadorian cuisine.
I came all the way from Portsmouth. While in Portsmouth, a very close friend of mine recommended Calabash African Bar and upon My visit, The restaurant is simply the best. The quality and the taste of the food was excellent the customer service was awesome. Bala, Steve and other staffs possessed excellent customer services. I will always come to this restaurant again and again and do not hesitate to recommend the restaurant to anyone that value real quality african tastes.

I feel like I've become emotionally attached to this place as I had my first real meal here in the UK delivered from this place when no other restaurant was accepting cash and I hadn't opened up my bank account yet. The first bite was emotional too 😭 lol but seriously I've ordered from here at least 6 7 times now and the flavours are always bang on! Fresh tasting food always too! Just attaching one picture from the many meals I've had. Their pizza is also super delicious!
I walked in for a take away order, I was not greeted nor told how to order until I went up to ask how to order.
I ordered Okro soup it tasted okay but not fresh, seemed defrosted and warmed up. The pounded yam to go with it as well wasn’t made properly. The portion was small as well for the price.

i come here a lot. the food is subway so you can’t really complain about it , the staff are usually very friendly. but today was awful , i ordered my sandwich and it was a set sandwich , i then asked for a few salad items to be swapped which clearly isn’t difficult but the staff member decided to say “could’ve just said that” when repeating what salads i wanted. i then went to pay and i asked to scan my subcard and the woman proceeded to say to her colleague “could’ve just said before hand” and then left me to pay without saying thanks or anything. i don’t know their names but they are twins i think , they’re so rude and impolite everytime i come here. they make me not want to come anymore.
Love this hidden gem!! The ceviches deserve pride of place but whatever you do don't miss the guacamole with plantain chips and the croquetas, they're to die for. Will be coming again !!
I'm going to give this place a 3 star as the spicy chicken burger is only spicy and had no real flavour, I've had others which consisted of both, but it wasn't bad. Parking available on side roads, service was quick and effecient 👍🏻
The place is underground. We came very enthusiastic with high expectations, and as high the expectations - the high of the disappointment.
We waited for our food for *40* minutes, and when some of it did arrive it was tasteless, and felt defrosted.
After the bad experience and the lack of patience, be just left without even getting the rest of our order.

*DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY* I ordered food from here a good few months ago and it never arrived, was told I'd get a free meal to compensate... never arrived and then it's been months since then and it was the only place open on UberEats that were still delivering so I thought yano maybe they'll deliver this time. They did deliver, 2 hours after I'd ordered and rang them up twice. The first time was to see where it was and I was told it'd be with me soon because the driver is on his way. Over an hour later still nothing so I was like yeah I'll ring, cancel and go to bed. I rang and they said he was 2 minutes away and I couldn't cancel. Then the driver appeared, chucked me my food, took a picture and left. I opened it to find all of the food stone cold and wet. I ordered some popcorn chicken with cheese that was so cold I turned the tin upside down and nothing moved an inch, it was completely stuck to the tin. The sweet potato fries are really soggy, wet and cold so I've raised a complaint with Uber, the food is in the bin because its not edible at this point and I'm heading to bed
Amazing place. Bryan was the best. The service was a top top. This was a great find during our trip to London. The food taste like heaven. Service super fast. I noticed something that it was the best experience ever. Bryan our waiter and bartender spoke 3 languages on the same table. This was service 100%! Thank you for the great drinks with sugar Cain juice, and the patacones 😊.

Appalling customer service. My Just Eat order was cancelled. Due to having an autistic child, I thought it would be a lot more simple to collect my order.
Initially, they refused to serve me due to apparent racism. 60 plus % of my family is of the same ethnicity! What I dislike is the fact that I apparently stated bumbaclart to them. Due to my skin colour I not only find that insulting, but racism within itself.
Then I was told that I had apparently threatened them (I'm a single female who just wanted to get my child their favourite takeaway).
I asked for the so called recording of the apparent racist/threatening phone call, Yet they were unable to provide me this.
What I was confronted with was 3 aggressive male (employees) that brought me to tears. And yes I contacted the police on my arrival home as I felt very scared after the ordeal.
Oh and I'm apparently ao racist below and you can see my child in their eid clothes.
Another Edit. SO DO NOT ORDER IF YOU LIVE IN A FLAT. NEVER MIND COMING TO MY ACTUAL DOOR, BUT THE DRIVER COULD NOT EVEN BE BOTHERED TO GET OUT OF HIS CAR AND MEET ME AT RECEPTION. But still deserves to stay up so it does not happen again. Anyway, for a change I ordered the Piri piri half chicken and it was mouth watering. I should have ordered a full one. And I must point out that these days they actually complete an order. As in the past, they would always forget something small like a drink or a dip. But for as long as I can remember, for a long time now all my orders have been flawless.

Ordered a takeaway and found a hair in my wedges, the doner was hard and overly greasy. The salad with my Chicken burger was pure onion and the burger bun was over toasted. In total, we ordered 5 burgers and asked to have them with wedges but when they arrived they came with chips.

Visited around 12:30pm on a Sunday, few people around but no queue to order. Waited around 20mins for food so not too bad. Very friendly, service with a smile.

My burger fell apart pretty much as soon as I looked at it so it was quite messy to eat - better to take home and eat on a plate maybe. Husband had no trouble with his so maybe it's just me. Good selection of drinks. Spicy option not for the weak hearted. Would go back but probably not for a burger next time.

I never, ever write anything about food places but this place, Krispy Chicken on Stockport Rd, Levenshulme is absolutely amazing. The service, food and prices are the best this side of Manchester. 🏆🏆🏆 Treble winners 👍 This food cost me £7:00 !! I've just been into Krispy Chicken again tonight and the manager recognised me from the other night. Ok look, a few people have been saying unjust things about him in some of their reviews. I found him interactive, polite, friendly and respectful. When I went in I had to wait a while as they were snowed under. The manager explained this to me. Now, if you feel that you don't want to wait then there are plenty of other eateries on the Road. It was busy tonight which gave me a chance to watch his people skills. Tbh he was great with customers who he knew and those who he didn't know. Sure, if you go bouncing in with an attitude he doesn't look like the kind of character who will take that kind of disrespect. But then would you if you were in his place? Be honest. So yeah. Some of the reviews on here have been quite personal towards the manager. If you have a problem with the food, which myself and lots of others don't, then it's you right to complain. But forget the character assassination as I was in there a while tonight and the other night and didn't see that. Anyway I just wanted to add that. Go in, check the food out because Krispy Chicken is definitely worth checking out 👍

Stumbled upon here in angel. Drinks wise- they have Stunning spicy margs! The food was sublime and our server was a lovely guy who gave us great recommendations. Would highly recommend this place

Not only was he rude and impolite, but his demeanor seemed to suggest that he was dealing with some mental health issues. As someone who believes in treating others with respect and kindness, it was disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism.
Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted with a complete lack of courtesy. The owner appeared disinterested in serving customers and had an overall dismissive attitude. It was clear that he had little regard for customer satisfaction or even basic customer service etiquette.
Moving on to the food, it was truly abysmal. The chicken was overcooked, dry, and lacked any flavor whatsoever. The portion sizes were significantly smaller than what one would expect, given the prices charged. It felt like a complete rip-off, and I was left questioning the quality of the ingredients used.
In addition to the poor food quality and the owner's inappropriate behavior, the overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. The dining area seemed neglected, with dirty tables and floors. It was evident that hygiene standards were not a priority.

I’ve ordered food on the website the money was deducted from my account,and the food was one minute away, according to the delivery app. The food never arrived after 2 hours of waiting, the shop was closed. I contacted the manager the next day to discuss the matter; he was extremely rude and had awful customer service; he never apologised and simply stated that there was a technical issue and that the business was closed. I still haven’t received my refund two weeks later.

It was one of the most valuable experiences I have ever had. Food was topnotch, and the customer service was great. It's good to have such experiences once a while. My wife was more than happy as it was on her birthday.

Staff was helpful and friendly. We were a party of six who shared a few starters, a couple of fish and meat mains and some sides. We really enjoyed dining here. The food was brilliant and the atmosphere was relaxing too. The space itself was beautifully decorated. It was worth our travel to this part of London! I would be returning!

The perfect way to describe this restaurant is "value for money". So far the best salad I had at this price and that huge and soft Naan at £1 is the best.
The most delicious halal place around, the spice level was great (with extra spicy sauce for those who want it), excellent prices and portions. Do come early if you would like the yemeni classics, they run out fast in the evenings. The servers were very friendly. Atmosphere could be improved slightly but that didn't matter with the food tasting so good.

It's my third time trying Miami's spicy chicken burger and honestly i have never been let down. The double spicy burger was enormous, spicy and crispy. Single burger is a very good size also. The wings were amazing, full of flavour and fall off the bone. Miami Crispy is truly "The King of All Spicy Dipped Burgers!!!"
Disappointed tonight, normally food is pretty good and comes correctly, but tonight 2 chicken and chip meals were covered in mayonnaise when we asked no sauce on the food. Didn’t end up eating either chicken meals and don’t have time to ring them possible wait for replacement.

I recently tried Miami Crispy and overall, I thought it was a good experience. The burger was massive for the price and it came with loaded fries and a big chunk of fillet. I also appreciated that they gave me a mix of tomato and mynose sauce for free. For £4.70, I received a drink, fries, and a Big Fillet burger, which was a great deal.

Ordered through just eat at 8pm, said would be delivered by 9:10-9:20, no sign of it, so rang the place, no answer. Asked for an update through the app, said it would be 9:40, kept waiting and eventually gave up and went to bed. At 00:15 the door bell went off, which not only woke the dog, but also the 5 month old baby!! We obviously didn’t answer the door due to all being in bed so they left it on the doorstep (only found it there this morning) And have complained but they have said ‘we aren’t giving you a refund, sorry it was delayed, hope you enjoyed your food’

Everytime I order from here they always get my order wrong, today orderd a tuna sub and they put bbq sauce all over it and killed the sub absolutely disgusting why they would do that idk was told to request a refund and reorder but refunds take upto 5 days.... I'll just never order or recommend this place again

I recently visited Kebabish Express, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The food was simply amazing! I ordered a chicken kebab and it was cooked to perfection. Prawn stir fry was noodles and 4 peices of prawns with no sauce. Pictures on the menu looked nothing like the food served. Plates too small and table felt quite cramped. The food looked like it was rustled up by an inexperienced cook. £50 for 2 and was not worth the money and staff were often unattentive

Excellent restaurant with a very a comprehensive menu. Food very high standard however not inexpensive nor are the drinks including water. Found the restaurant to have a lot of echo noise due to the open design of the building. Ample free parking alongside the restaurant. Delivery offered as an option.

Came here for the third time today and this is one of those places where because the food is so good, I couldn't care less about the "aesthetics" of the restaurant - especially with the price point, taste and efficient service. With the rice dishes one is definitely enough to feed two people. It's not a fancy looking place but doesn't need to be, and actually feels quite homely with the place often filling up quite quickly whenever we are there, so theres definitely a nice atmosphere =) Looking forward to making more visits here when in Sheffield!
Visited the place recently for lunch. These types of places are flourishing during the cost of living crisis simply because they offer simple down to earth tasty food at simple down to earth prices, and with friendly fast service. The food on sale was a mix of Yemeni and other Middle Eastern. My friend and I ordered the Small meat which was a Saute Lamb with onions and peppers with mild spicing and a Lamb Kofte Kebab with Salad, a couple of House Soups for starters. The mains included a couple of Nans. The whole meal was amazing.
It was Sunday lunch time and yet the place was almost full. The clientele on the day were a mix of middle Eastern and African , however anyone would feel comfortable sitting here as the staff were very friendly. I would definitely visit this place again.

Excellent Ecuadorean food jazzed up Islington style served in a meticulously thought out interior. Very friendly and efficient staff. The chef obviously works his derrière off so literally every dish is cooked to perfection making it a true cultural experience. Canelazo wasn’t on the menu, highly recommended. The portions are tapas size so the bill ran up to £150 for three people.

But I ordered tonight before 7.00pm on a Saturday night on Just Eat, and at 8.30pm I still didn’t have my order. When I rang to chase my order they blamed the lack of drivers, they blamed Just Eat and then they blamed me. They told me I should have ordered direct from them and cut out Just Eat. 😳 Whilst that may be true, I didn’t appreciate the lack of apology and being made to feel like I did something wrong. I’m local and would order regularly but don’t like being blamed by a restaurant who should be doing much better. So I will never be ordering from here again. 😤

Quite like the subs here. Like the ham with cheese and poached egg. Tried the gravy for the first time and thought it had a peculiar taste so wouldn’t buy again. Also tried the pigs in blankets and they were ok.

Went two days in a row whilst visiting family in Sheffield. Had their SFC meal which cost £4.79. Thought it was good value for money and very filling and delicious too. Will definitely be back.

Best spicy chicken burger in Manchester! It’s huge and just the right hit when you get a double fillet, one spicy and one normal filet. Chips were crunchy and seasoned, wings were nice with soft spicy batter (not crunchy if that’s what you prefer). They always cook things fresh. Highly recommended.

Last minute dash in after street food was closed. Tbh wasn't sure what to expect as v mixed reviews over the past few years but much better this year.

I had a lovely experience at this restaurant, located in Glasgow. I was hungry and wanted to eat my Nigerian delicacy. It was quite easy to locate by Google map. The restaurant itself looks good and neat with enough eating tables for customers, I rocked and enjoyed the afro music playing in the background, it gave me a feeling of home. Their menu contains variety of African - Nigerian food s, drinks and snacks. I ordered the infamous palm wine which I have missed for over 5yrs. The cost of food was OK, quite affordable. Good customer service, but they need to employ more staff to make the service quicker, I had to wait for about 30 minutes to get my meal. Also, the chicken I ate didn't taste like a hard chicken from Africa. The vegetable soup I ate was very delicious, but a bit watery. The pounded yam was perfect!!.
In conclusion, I didn't regret coming there, and hope to come back anytime I am in Glasgow.

Food was OK, but didn't see what made it win awards a couple of years back. A nice menu with some good, not often seen dishes. Service not great as waiter first assumed I was sharing the wine ordered (didn't ask) and then when I managed to order a pint of Kingfisher on draught, brought me a bottle of Cobra. Otherwise, just above average but decent none the less.
One of my two favourite Indian restaurants in Harlow. Gimme that silla silla! Always tastes great and the brandy coffee is always top notch. Highly reccomended
Really disappointing. It was the only place without a massive queue and that says it all really. Quite expensive for the amount of food and the quality wasn't the best either. It was just quite bland. Not only that but the food came out so quickly apart from one dish. I was waiting about 10-15nins before I said something and then about 10 mins before the dish came out. Noone explained why it was so much later than the rest of the food. The staff were really nice but I don't intend on going back

It's a decent Arabian restaurant with fair prices. However, the only drawback I noticed was one waitress's terrible behaviour. This individual consistently treats us like garbage whenever we come here.

Taste was amazing.. I had went with my friends and we ordered many things like 2 different kind of footlong also we ordered sides. Nachos are superb and tasty. The way subway prepare Nachos with salsa and cheese... It's lovely and superb. It was extraordinary experience for all friends at this subway. We all went to many subways before but here the staff is good and also welcoming. Definitely I will go again To eat again. Very neat and clean place.
I had a doner kebab early hours of Sunday morning. An hour after the kebab I was throwing up violently and having symptoms of food poisoning. I went to the hospital today as I still have symtoms and they said its a stomach virus caused by contaminated food. Be careful what you order from here, especially if its a kebab!
This restaurant was a very unexpected pleasant surprise to me. The restaurant staff were very welcoming, and the food was amazing. I can honestly say this is one of the best Indian meals I have had. I had the King Prawn Puri to start, which was very flavoursome and well cooked, with a Lamb Dansak, Mushroom Rice and Cheese Nan for main. Everything was cooked to perfection, the Dansak had a nice heat to it too, and there was more than enough food for each person in our party to feel very very full at the end of the meal. This is definitely one to try.
It was the best kebab in Cricklewood - it was. I have received completely cold mixed meat. Returned to fix it up in hope they will gave me at least new meat with old stuffing, but they just heat it up, so now even salad was hot, bread was gummy in some old oil - just discusting. I`ve been with them many years and it is over - keep my 7 pounds just shame to waste food - it landed in a bin. Good luck

Had clear view of the driveway so I’ll be able to see anyone who came by. I told them that I didn’t receive it they insisted that it was delivered.. Still haven’t received my food and I have not received any compensation.
