Brilliant place. Took my 13 year old & friend during weekday special deal. VR game, sphere & 5D cinema. Great fun & very engaging. Lovely & helpful staff. Easy to park nearby. Highly recommended!
We recently help my daughter’s birthday party here.
The party leader Jodie I think that’s her name was absolutely incredible from the beginning to the end.
It was un stressful for us as parents.
She even took the time to find my phone I had dropped whilst on the trampoline part !
I just wanted to say thank you to her !
We would definitely consider another party being held here.

Very run down, only good parts are the soft play centre and the cinema

Went to the cinema here. The seating was deluxe the staff were very helpful
Decent place got cinema food outlets. The clip and climb has closed down so don't expect to see that what's in the picture
Visited here for father's day and this was out first time visiting. Great venue for all ages and the glow in the dark section was a surprise.
My only negative is the having to move with your drinks and the place being so busy we felt we had people waiting for us to finish each course so was a little rushed.
But overall a great venue, we were offered table tennis after we finished the golf and they had various of other options to keep the kids (and adults) happy.
Will be visiting again for sure

I visited Vertigo last month and was impressed by the facilities and the staff; especially Joel, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was excellent. I can't believe it took me this long to visit, but I will definitely be back again soon.
Great for the kids. Parking can be quite difficult in the summer holidays. You can always park at Tescos and walk.
My grandson had his birthday party here. Staff and facilities outstanding. Friendly helpful and happy staff to accommodate all. Highly recommend.
From the moment I realized I'd lost my wedding ring, Employee was incredibly helpful. She immediately took the time to understand the situation and offered her assistance.
Her dedication and commitment to helping me find my ring was truly impressive. They never gave up and were determined to find it.
I was really touched by her compassion and empathy. She understood how important the ring was to me.
Later in the day, I return to ask for updates & she spent her shift looking for & found it!

We had a fab, fun evening for my impromptu 65 th birthday party. Our family ages ranged from 85 yrs to 2 years old. The staff were
friendly & helpful. Food was yum !!. The 'free' drinks with our tickets were excellent value !!.we all had a very memorable evening and would thoroughly recommend this venue.
We'll be back..... might be while for me as I'm from Australia, but everyone else was may well plan for more family fun get togethers.

Nice enough but expensive and the card system makes it even less value
Visited over the May half term and it was a great experience for the kids. They loved it (we've been here a few times). It was very busy, but relatively clean (when compared to other kid related places during half term). What really made the experience brilliant this time round was the customer service I received from the chap behind the desk; Luke. Luke was helpful, engaged with the kids and we had some good banter - he went the extra mile and will be the reason I'll come back even sooner for a bounce and climb (for the kids).
Booked my sons Birthday Party here, The party host Bambii was great greeted us the door and took us to our table. Was more than helpful and polite throughout the whole event. She definitely made the experience great she also wonderful with all the kids. Would recommend 100%
Just visited Tower Park to dine at Nando’s with the family. There is plenty of parking spaces and lots of different restaurants to eat. There is also a cinema. We’ve a blue badge and found there are plenty of disabled parking. 🅿️

Great range of activities for all ages. We went bowling, and the staff were lovely and polite. Also very reasonably priced for the games and for drinks.
I attend the Sunday morning SEN sessions with my little boy. Last Sunday Sophie went above and beyond to deliver an ACE (amazing customer experience) she played with my son whilst he was in a particular area of the trampoline park. This showed a great deal of care from a Marshall who as well as ensuring everyone was safe went the extra mile and helped one little boy have an extra special time.
It’s 50/50 really, it’s a shame the outer of the building and car park is so run down and dirty and let’s the place and experience down 😕
Disgusting, overflowing bins plenty of drinks spilt on the floor with only one wet floor sign out. Plenty of staff flirting and running around doing nothing.
Shame when we were last here it was much busier and much cleaner.

Tower Park in Poole is like a fun-packed one-stop shop for entertainment. It's got something for everyone – movies, bowling, even a water park. The place is usually buzzing with energy and kids running around having a blast. The staff there are good with families, keeping things running smoothly even when it's busy. Need a break from all the action? There are plenty of spots to grab a bite or a drink. It's pretty well-maintained and clean, considering the crowds it pulls. Great for killing a few hours, having laughs with mates, or a family day out. Just remember to book some activities in advance to avoid missing out!
This was our third visit to Gravity. One of the staff members, Yasin, was very kind and helpful. He made us feel comfortable, and because of the excellent treatment we received from him, we decided to sign up for a membership. Yasin guided us through every stage to ensure we chose the right package. Additionally, the manager, Cameron, was also kind and patiently explained all the membership options. I highly recommend this place; it's very lively and active.
Myself and my family are currently on a holiday in Bridlington and decided to go and watch a film at the Forum.
On the way out my son very politely asked a young man on the cinema ticket desk where the toilets were. The man very aggressively told my son the toilets are in the corner and I am actually serving someone else. The way he spoke to my child was absolutely disgusting and totally unacceptable. I told the man not to speak to my son that way and was then verbally abused and told to shut up by the man. This was very upsetting for my children and for myself and very unprofessional by the staff member. I asked another person who works there if I could speak to a manager to report what we had experienced but after waiting 10 minutes I unfortunately had to leave due to the time running out on my parking.
Staff don’t appear to where name badges from what I could see but the man was on the desk around 15:40 today, approximately early 20s, with dark hair, stubble and wearing glasses.
I’m hoping this man just had a bad day and wouldn’t normally treat paying customers and children this way but whatever his issues, he should not take out his issues on others.

Kid 1-It was an amazing game place. It had so many VR options; the controls were easy to learn. Finally, the staff were so nice and you can play with friends.Highly recommend.

We did the Easter deal which included 45 minutes on the VR gaming system, a VR pod and a 5D cinema.
The gaming was great fun - loads to choose from. My personal favourite was the Deep Blue experience, I really felt like I was in the middle of the ocean surrounded by whales, jellyfish and more.
My partner loved the more interactive games with bow and arrows, guns etc.
I did have a few issues (user error most definitely! ) and the team gave me a helping hand easily.
The VR Pod was another fun activity, we did a waterside ride, which was also super fun. Graphics were really cool
And lastly the 5D cinema. We saw an Ice monster short film.
The ride was pretty hectic! It was also great fun, with wind, fog and water as well you were really emersied into the zone.
We will absolutely be back! Would highly recommend.

Bowling was ace.
Food was terrible.

We've had two parties here now and honestly I can say it's the best place we've ever hosted at. The staff are so friendly and helpful, can't do enough for you. As a busy mum, it is so nice to just rock up with a cake and know that everything is handled. The kids have SO much fun on the VR headsets, pods, cinema etc too, and sitting and playing xbox after some pizza is the perfect way to end their time there!
They were so nice and helpful and my son absolutely loved it,overall a beautiful family day off. We returned with our nieces and nephews after a couple of months and they absolutely loved it as well. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Absolutely disgraceful conditions in the gents toilets, appears to only be checked once a year, no lock on the 1 usable toilet, no toilet paper, 2nd cubicle been locked shut. No obvious signs of being recently checked, let alone cleaned. I'd not suggest eating here at Forum if the cleanliness of the place which most public places clean every hour or so.
I went to the Cinema there to use my Three+ voucher. The place is great. I have one serious problem. Why is no bus service from the centre of Bournemouth there???? You have to walk there through the industrial area which is not safe in the dark
On the way back to the station, dodged the rain and played the 2p machines. Great fun for 30 minutes. Won 70+ tickets and gave them away to a little boy. He looked very happy.
My 4 year old son had his birthday party here, every kid loved, some parents that went to look after their kids end up jumping and had a lot of fun. I will definitely come back for regular sessions and maybe host another birthday party! My suggestion is have activities (dancing) while the kids waiting their foods (took 30’ between food and deserts)
What a fantastic establishment. Full of family fun. The bowling was great, we ate plenty of popcorn and drank copious amounts of fizzy drinks and some alcohol for a few. The arcade is a great big space and we thoroughly enjoyed it after bowling. The customer service was fantastic. Thanks for a great evening.
It is one of the main attractions in Llandudno and it is the point for boarding Hop on buses for those who are willing to explore.
Brilliant pier in Llandudno..big wheel..punch & judy show..fish & chips..candy floss..ice cream...something for all ages...the best area is at the end of the pier with the indoor arcade...and..the Ocean bar that have singers / entertainment on an afternoon...absolutely Brilliant atmosphere with lots of seating outside on the pier...
Small but a great little arcade in a good spot. We always head down to this one first. Any issues staff always right there to help. Good variety and chilled out. Can do 2p machines normally. The main games you get a card that can be used at both this arcade and the one at the start of the pier. You select the amount for you want and pay as normal and you use the card to pay the games. Worth a wonder down to try out both arcades.
Absolutely disappointed I never win when come here I am not going to return its a poor zero payout system wich im fed up beyond belief in paying of machines with no bonuses or wins also the staff are terrible the women are rude no hospitality or customer service skills at all thy old women lok washed up dried up fed up look messy as well and stand Incorner of shop, by fridge and talk about people only staff wich is good is Dan he's lovely good customer service skills he should be in diffrent job he's too good to be there
Really lovely arcade, most machines u load a card to play. Money goes quickly but nice selection of games & very popular place when we went
a good amount of different games to play for young and old. they have also got a new card system to play the games which I thought was great as I never carry cash around on me anymore. good prizes to be won and the staff we all cheerful and helpful.
Great little amusement place for the family. Spent a bit of time in here and it was very family friendly.
We went for the ROFL club which was brilliant. But there's so much more going on there, climbing, laser tag, escape room, bowling, arcades, snooker, cinemas, bar, food, it's brilliant. Great for adults and kids 😁

Great place for an early morning walk nice and quiet all the fun of the fair games galore
Went just for the amusement part, as daughter loves the 2p machines and winning tickets. Small but good enough for my 8yr old. She got slime and sweets for her prizes and was really happy with that.

I love it in here the staff are so nice n polite can't say I always win haha cause no one dose but u get a conversation and a brew it's all covid safe staff wear face coverings too n clean n machines after every player and they wear gloves can't wait for the lockdown to go away n I'll be back in c u all so soon I have missed u all xx
It's a great place especially for the kids we went bowling today an it was brilliant,the bowling alley is large they have an American theme Diner.a great bar and lots of amusements. The place clean and well managed. I must say it's a bit pricey, three of us playing three games cost £70. Maybe the reason it wasn't that busy. But had a good time anyway.
This is the best Amusement venue I have ever used, the staff are more than polite always willing to go the extra mile to make ur experience the best in the land
